Brought my car in for a wash. Still streaked with dirt afterwards but the worst part is the washer damaged the cover to my side mirror so now you see the wires. They were able to find the cover (in three pieces). My car dealer quoted $850 to replace the mirror since it cannot be repaired and Fuller's is denying all responsibility. Something about accepting liability when you go through the car wash? Does anyone stop to read the fine print at a car wash when there is a line behind you? Sounds like a shrinkwrap waiver to me. Even if you refuse to accept liability, there is no way to back out of the car wash and turn away. You are trapped and must move forward. Waiver or no waiver, their equipment damaged my car and they should repair it. Interestingly, this is not the first time this car wash has damaged my car. A few years ago a piece of trim popped off but the dealership was able to replace it for $20 so no big deal. I have been through this wash hundreds of times since then. I live downtown and she called my building concierge from the address on my ID to get ahold of me. My fiancé went to this Fullers location today, January 28th at 8am to get our newly purchased vehicle (purchased yesterday from Woody's GMC of Naperville, a 2018 GMC Canyon in excellent condition) waxed. My fiancé was there today right as Fullers opened. He purchased a $150 wax and 3 Fullers employees waxed our truck. My fiancé even pre-tipped them $10 a piece ($30 total). When they were finished and the vehicle was ready, my fiancé noticed that paint had been chipped off the front of the truck. Our truck was in perfect condition yesterday and this morning before ever coming to Fullers. No paint was chipping off of the vehicle. When my fiance brought the manager over to complain, they got defensive and said this wasn't their fault. The 3 employees working on the truck said the same. My fiancé called the Westmont Police Department to file a police report for our insurance. Fullers still maintains that this had nothing to do with their negligence and did not rectify the situation nor offer any compensation or solution. Fullers, DO BETTER. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR WHEELS AFTER USING THIS CARWASH! I just took delivery of a new car and since this location was on my way home from work the monthly pass seemed like a good idea to keep my car clean and shinny. This past Monday (09/20/2021) when I got home after taking my car to the car wash I noticed that my front left wheel (the one that goes on the track) had damage. My car had loess than 1k miles at the time and most of the driving was done between work (parked in the lot with no curbs on both sides) and home (parked inside my garage, no curbs), so I could not pinpoint where this damage could have happened. On Thursday(09/23/2021) I took my car to the car wash again and upon getting home I noticed new damage done to the same tire. At this point this could not be just coincidence. I wrote a message on their website and got a response the very next morning by Ben Fuller, he was quick to dismiss my claim saying that the damage could have happened by hitting a curb and that they never had any complaints before (big lie as we can see by all the negative reviews here). I replied to the email providing pictures of the damage as well as data that could prove beyond doubt that I was at their car wash and reported the damage as soon as I got home, I was very accommodating on how we could solve the issue, even suggesting to use their in house wheel repair if they had one in order to minimize the cost for them. I contacted Ben again this morning (09/27/2021) to request a follow up from my previous email only to have him dismiss me completely claiming once again that no one else complained about this issue before and insinuating that I could have hit road debris (that's some precise debris since there's no damage anywhere else in the car but the front left wheel). Funny enough there's no new damage on my car, it's almost as if road debris and curbs are now avoiding my car. Avoid this place at all cost! UPDATE: Went to Delta Sonic down the street today to get my car washed and I think it must have been some sort of a miracle but when I got home not only my car was sparkling clean there where no curb rashes on my wheels!! This time that I wanted a NICE, CLEAN inside car (willing to pay more), I was VERY disappointed! * The mats were not taken out to clean, they just vacuumed them on the spot, (I didn't check under, but most likely I may end up re-vacuuming at home) * The stick shift was still with spills and stuff around it. * The handle to open the passenger at the back row had some beads before taking the car to the car wash, guess what? I had the beads AFTER leaving the car wash. * The inside part of the doors was NOT wiped clean! * The seats were semi-clean. The WHOLE PURPOSE of taking my car to the carwash to be cleaned inside and paying for it, is for me not to do it. Now, when I got home I have to do it anyways. What a waste of $25 buck extra. She spoke to DeDe the cashier and Miguel who calls himself the manager. She explained what she needed and they sold her a "works wash" priced on Fullers website at $ 38.00. She asked if that included washing floor mats? No floor mats are an extra $ 10.00 she is told. My car was one year three months with 3000 miles when I brought my car to Fuller's Car Wash at 0800 and I picked it up at 5 PM an hour before closing. I ordered a deluxe wash for deep cleaning. Which consisted of wax and buff on the outside, wax and clean the leather, door jams, windows, they did buff out some scratches. The car looked great. I stopped there today to buy a car wash, at their kiosk I selected the wash I wanted and was prompted to make payment. I inserted my credit card and the kiosk processed the payment but the gate did not open. I confirmed through my mobile app that they debited my card. I was stuck in their line with no way to exit. I was blowing my car's horn to signal for help to no avail. I had to dangerously back out of the line nearly getting into an accident. I proceeded to the office where the clown show took place. 2 Hispanics who looked like boarder bunnies and some old woman who looked like she belonged in a nursing home all tried to make sense out of what I was trying to convey. I had the transaction on my app and showed them but they just scratched their heads as if I was trying to explain thermonuclear physics to them. I asked for their manager and they gave me a number to call. When I dialed the number the same old lady at the counter answered the phone! I contacted Fuller's in Hinsdale and one of the Fullers quickly informed me that though they are related they are in no way associated with their business! On April 4, 2022, I brought my car (2013 Yukon) in for a full detail (price $349.99). When I picked up the car, I was told to keep my car in my garage a couple days while the carpets dried out. A few days later I went to drive my car, and pulled the visor down to avoid sun, and the mirror cover fell into my lap. I immediately called Fullers to tell them what happened. I talked to Miguel, who denied anything happened but who would talk to Manuel who did the detail. No call back. I called again about a week later and got Miguel again. Of course Manuel denied doing anything. When I insisted that they needed to pay for the damage they disconnected the line. I called back a few more times with no results so I went there in person in late May. I spoke to Miguel who stated that "it's a 10 year old car so they're not gonna pay for it". I said my car is in great shape and that's not the point, you can't damage peoples property and then shrug your shoulders. On the same day I went to the Westmont Police Department and made a police report. The officer said he would try and call Fullers, but I received no call back from Fullers. I have a receipt for the new visor which was $314, because the visor has a lighted mirror in it and they could not just repair the broken cover. I did dispute the charge for the detailing with my credit card company, and thankfully it was resolved in my favor. I just couldn't believe that Miguel/Fullers was so awful about it. I even tried to contact somebody above Miguel by contacting other stores but I did not get called back from those stores either. I will never use this company or any of their location. Dirty rotten scoundrels!! If you want a good detail of your car, just go to Delta Sonic right down the street. I had a pretty messy, dirty, never-before detailed car and have two children under the ages of 3 that made my car a bit of a catastrophe so I was concerned they would take a look and would up charge or deny my car but instead they said it was "not that bad" and brought a detailing guy to verify and they were done detailing it that day. I cannot say in words how much work they must have had to do to get it looking like it was pulling off a used car dale lot. I was trying to sell the car...so needed it the in the greatest condition. Fuller's did such an excellent job that I couldn't find a single crumb from a goldfish cracker or any hidden stuff I could never get to from vacuuming. They asked me when I was leaving why I was selling such a nice car...(it was relatively new) and I actually reconsidered and ended up keeping it as it was immaculate. They are also very friendly, responsive and gave a more family business vibe. read more

Drivers window had some towel residue left behind, as well as the upholstery lining the window inside which looked to be sticky and did not prior to the wash. I politely asked to have the window cleaned and mentioned that the inside looked sticky. Worker rewiped the outside of the window and informed me that they dont wipe off doors before turning away. There was still something stuck to the outside of the window, and when I opened the door to scratch it off with my nail the worker was speaking to the two others working and mocking my request to wipe the upholstery lining the window. Would only recommend for convenience if you are needing the outside washed. Don't waste your money on the interior wash. You can get much better cleaning and service for $34 elsewhere. read more

Sketchy machines, bad staff, useless management, and an owner who condones the whole thing. On a Thursday night I had gone in for a car wash. I had selected a $15 "Works" car wash and totaled out at $15. When I looked at the receipt to put it away I saw I had been charged an additional $10. After my car wash I spoke to one of the staff members on-site, who identified himself as Miguel. I explained the situation to Miguel, and the first thing he did is tell me it was my fault. After going back and forth with Miguel for a short period of time, he was never in any way helpful, nor did he even make any attempt to be sympathetic. I asked to speak to his boss, and he gave me a number to call. When I went back to my car and called the number, it turns out it was a fake number. I went back and confronted Miguel about this and he admitted it was not a correct number and hopped in his car and sped off. I went back the next day to speak to someone else, but instead I got Miguel again, who it turns out is the assistant manager. I asked him once again if I could speak to his boss, and he told me that they don't give out his phone number. I asked if he could call him on the store phone and not give out his number, and Miguel just told me "I don't want to". If your company put a false charge on my card, I don't think it's a matter of "Want to". Meanwhile a younger, female employee behind the counter kept laughing at the situation. When I asked her if something was funny, she just nodded at me. Keep in mind that Miguel, who is a manager, was there the whole time and didn't say a word to her. FIVE days later, through means outside the facility, I was able to get in contact with the owner. In our conversation he was rude and kept trying to turn everything, even his employee's actions, to be my fault. It is very clear that this is a pattern of behavior from top to bottom. Five days later and after that conversation I am still left wondering if I am ever getting the overcharged amount back. If you are going to use their car wash, USE CASH, their machines are sketchy. And if you are ever so unlucky to have to deal with the staff, avoid the employees pictured below as if they were the plague. On top of all of this trouble, the car wash itself was awful. It did not get the bird poop off of my car, in fact, the "Heat Drying" at the end ended up baking it onto the paint. read more

I needed a quick car wash and I always forget about this place because usually I get my car wash closer to home. Anywho, as usual, this place was crowded, but I have to say, kiddos on their systems that they have in place. You pay and then once there is space and its your turn, the gate lifts up and you pull up. They have this down to a science! I was extremely impressed with the timing to quality ratio. What I mean by that is, it was a long line, but they have made the carwash so efficient and effective that the line moves quick WITHOUT sacrificing quality. Not only will this car wash damage your paint (scratches, rim damage in the winter, etc.), but they will also do anything they can to hold onto your money. Feel like cancelling? I used to really like this car wash but my experience today was really disappointing. The menu of options screen has changed and it's very difficult to decipher. It's very "busy" with illustrations and really confusing as to what you're buying. I thought I requested an "inside and out" option but a message popped up asking if I wanted to upgrade to full service. I clicked yes because I thought that meant inside and out. It was $56.00!! Terrible Customer Service at the Westmont location. It started when I entered to ask if they still did "Full Service" Car washes meaning Interior along with the Exterior. Counter person had a very hard time understanding yet explaining to me how Fullers now does business. This person seemed to have a speech problem and should not have been at the counter! Secondly the when I got through the wash the so called "Staff" stood around looking at each other to see who was going to complete my cars interior. When they finally decided to start others were already waiting to get the same "Shitty" Service! My interior was not wiped down as they previously did when I always patronized the Mokena Location. Finger prints still on the rear door interior glass and side door panels still dirty! WTF? Spent $30.00 on a Shitty Complete Service that needed to be redone when I got home. Don't know why ratings are so low. Wonder if some competitors are trashing them. Only used the more expensive detail service once. They did a solid job - maybe a four. But the base machine wash is great, as little as $3 for a base wash about $8 for a full service machine wash if you buy two. Free vaccums. I think they do a great job and $3 to wash the car in the winter is great. Come summer they even leave out a wheel brush where you can do a quick brush before going in and save in the wheel option. read more

This is a decent car wash, but they've raised their prices significantly recently. I used to be able to get an exterior wash with tire shine for $8.50 (when you bought 2 washes at the same time) - now that wash is up to $13 (a 55% increase). The one thing that Fuller family has to realize is that Delta Sonic is a better option 2 miles down the road (at this price point), and Jet Brite in Bolingbrook is a much better value ($10 for all described). Longtime customers are going to balk at that significant a price increase. Hope the Fuller family is listening and adjust their wash pricing. read more
