I've been calling Encore for a while but no one is answering.Are they still on business?I had prepaid annual check on my hvac.

Their service team is on-time, thorough, and takes the time to explain exactly what is occurring to your system. I especially would like to highlight the great work of Anthony Acosta who did my routine servicing of my HVAC sysyem. Everyone at Encore is well trained and able to accurately diagnose problems to save you money, time, and frustration. I strongly recommend using Encore for your plumbing or HVAC system needs and to stay away from the "technicians" watching YouTube videos to learn how to diagnose or fix a problem. read more

This business installed a heating system in my home in late 2025. They did a great job and we were happy with their work. Unfortunately, they apparently have lost their license/and or liability insurance and failed to notify customers directly. They will not return calls or texts from any number listed for them, and simply closed their doors. We were contacted by one of their former employees who has obtained his own contractor's license and is soliciting business from a list of Encore's clients. We are supposed to have a 10 year warranty on our new system, and a planned service agreement for one year. Shameful that we had to hear this from an ex-employee and not Encore! read more

I had a 3 hours window booked for my repairs. Mike showed up right on time and was done with both services in less than 1 hour, that amounts to a labor rate of over $600 per hours...might be time for me to find an alternative for my repairs...makes me wonder if I really needed to do any repairs... I communicated my disappointment with them and got no response at all! read more

I was also burned by Encore HVAC. They installed an airconditioning system and told me thay would come back later to charge the system with freon. They are apparently now out of business and I am faced with paying to have my new AC charged. It is so sad that we live in a world where integrity is so rare. read more

They stand by their work and the quality of the parts they use with warranties (so rare these days!), are friendly, courteous, professional, and offer very competitive and transparent pricing. Hagen was awesome, explained everything in detail, asked questions and made sure we were in the loop and that all of our concerns were addressed. This type of approach is hard to find in service techs today. You're only going to find it in a family-owned company that cares about customer service, doing honest work, and establishing a long-term service relationship. Based on the positive reviews I saw here I had Encore do a summer maintenance/tune up on my AC unit. Nancy was genuinely friendly and knowledgable on the phone in the initial scheduling call. Then their tech Hagen came out that afternoon to do the work. Hagen was professional, friendly, thorough and knowledgable - explaining what he found, what tests he ran, and what he cleaned, both in my attic and on my condenser outside. He truly wanted to do a great job, and he did. I received a thorough email after his visit, with detailed photos documenting his inspection. Mine is a newer unit, so no problems found. But I will happily have Encore out for a winter heating inspection in January, and scheduled Hagen to come service the AC unit in my rental property nearby. This was a great experience through and through! read more

I gave Encore a call after seeing a Facebook post I was a nervous with my husband being out of the country so l gave them a go. I was pleasantly greeted on the phone by the receptionist explaining my concerns about my unit size and some noises. I was listen too and given some advice. I felt comfortable after the conversation and decided to hire them to come out and inspect. My technician Jason came out I was treated with kindness and respect. He did great breaking down my system and explaining what I needed done since I don't know what I'm doing lol. Iloved how quick it was to get someone out here and I most definitely appreciate the communication and understanding on their half. Encore Heating and Air was amazing! I had Encore Heating and Air come out to my house to perform a tune up on our heat pump system. The technician showed up on time, cleaned and tested our system. He even showed me pictures of the work that he had completed. He even got down my box of filters from the rafters in my garage and replaced the old air filter.
