We tried $13 PIZOOKIE MEAL DEAL. We upgraded to add wedge salad and DUBAI CHOCOLATE PIZOOKIE®. Enlightened Mediterranean Chicken Bowl was delicious and healthy. I will definitely order it again. DUBAI CHOCOLATE PIZOOKIE® was full size. That was $5 additional. It was good but it was too sweet at the end. I wish I could choose pizookie, drink, or salad. I prefer to have salad more than sweets. The service was good. People were watching for the dinning area but bar area was opened. We watched hockey and baseball. That was cool. I think the food quality here is better than Chili's and Applebee's. read more

I've been to this branch multiple times, and unfortunately the quality of the food has consistently been below par. My wife ordered the prime rib medium rare, but what she received was a tough, overcooked slab of meat. We requested a replacement, and thankfully the second one was prepared correctly. I ordered the jambalaya, and it looked like the ingredients were simply tossed onto the plate without any care. The presentation was unappealing and did not reflect the quality you'd expect from the restaurant. The service, however, was excellent. Our server, Daniel, was attentive, checked on us regularly, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. He clearly understands what great customer service looks like--give him a raise! One additional concern was the condition of the restaurant. The floor was noticeably slippery, which is often a sign that the mop isn't being rinsed properly or replaced regularly. The restrooms were also not clean. Overall, while the service was outstanding thanks to Daniel, the food quality and cleanliness have declined. What is going on at this location? Corporate, I hope you'll take the time to review this experience. I placed an order through the BJ's app before arriving at this location. When I got there, the restaurant had no record of my order, even though it had been submitted through the app. I understand that technology issues happen. My concern is not that there was an app issue. My concern is how it was handled. It took three employees to address a situation that ultimately I, the customer, had to figure out myself. The first employee was Ashley, who attempted to help but appeared unfamiliar with how to resolve issues involving the app. I also wanted to redeem my rewards points. Ashley told me she could not see my points on her screen while they were clearly visible on my app. Once again, I was the one who had to determine how to move the transaction forward. Next, Manager Daniel became involved. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve. Rather than taking ownership of the situation and providing a solution, I still felt responsible for resolving the issue myself. Leadership sets the standard for customer service, and in this case, the lack of guidance from management appeared to carry over to the rest of the staff. The third employee was a woman wearing glasses who appeared to be visually impaired. Before Manager Daniel arrived, she and Ashley seemed more focused on reinforcing each other's position than on listening to the customer and working toward a solution. Regardless of intent, that is how the interaction came across from the customer's perspective, and it made an already frustrating situation worse. I have been a loyal BJ's Brewhouse customer for over 10 years, dating back to when I was working toward my first of four college degrees. That longevity is why this experience was so disappointing. I expect employees, especially management, to be knowledgeable about the company's own app, online ordering process, and rewards program. If BJ's is going to encourage customers to order through the app and participate in its rewards program, every employee should be properly trained to locate mobile orders, troubleshoot common issues, and assist guests with redeeming their rewards. Customers should not have to educate employees on how the system works or solve technical issues themselves. This experience felt disorganized, poorly managed, and inconsistent with the level of service I have come to expect from BJ's Brewhouse over the past decade. I hope corporate reviews the training, leadership, and customer service standards at this location. I would appreciate a response explaining what steps will be taken to ensure future customers do not have a similar experience. What bothered me most was the staff's demeanor and facial expressions. Even while speaking with the manager, there were cynical smirks and laughter, which made me feel as though my concerns were not being taken seriously. To make matters worse, I ordered the $13 Meal Deal, and my Pazookie® and ice cream were completely missing. After everything that happened, I feel like I was simply ripped off and further inconvenienced. This was already the third time my order has been incorrect. Given the repeated mistakes and poor customer service, I believe the manager should have offered some form of compensation or goodwill gesture, but nothing was offered. I respectfully ask that corporate visit this location and evaluate the level of customer service being provided. The combination of repeated order errors, dismissive attitudes, and the lack of any effort to make things right reflects poorly on your brand. read more

I've been to this restaurant a few times but I only ever come back here for the pizookies. On Tuesdays they have $5 pizookies and it's definitely something you could share with someone ( or not ) if you're around the area looking to grab a sweet treat. I have tried almost all and will say the Dubai pizookie and the chocolate chip pizookie are both my favorites. Service is always great. Its been a long time since I got BJs. Some of you are chuckling right nowz but you know what I mean. I wasn't aware there was such a variety on the menu. A solid 3.5. I enjoyed my steak salad. It was cooked perfectly. Not the tenderest cut, but We also enjoyed the chicken parm pasta, however it was less of a pasta dish and more of a chicken parm dish. There could be better balance. It was nice to see some healthier options on the menu than their used to be as well as vegetarian and vegan options The service was great, often filling my drink before I needed a refill. read more

I brought my crew here for our last full Vegas meal, finally we're outta here! Vegas that is. I wanted to come to BJ's for the $13 Pizookie meal specials. The one that looked the best was the personal sized deep dish pizza, served with a salad and dessert of several different flavors of this Pizookie thing. The special is served at all BJ's locations nation wide I think. This BJ's is located just south of the 215 freeway on South Eastern Ave. Just turn into the Park Place shopping center and head south. It's right near the Indian restaurant we went to previously. Lots of parking, I do love that about Vegas! We get seated at a nice table and drink orders take by a super friendly server. The interior is upscale brew pub look. We all get the Pizookie meal deal with the personal sized deep dish pizza. We try different topping choices. I get the Classic BJ's special with veggies and meat sausage. I opt for the Caesar salad as does most of the table. Our salads come first, I gotta say the salad size here is very generous and the Caesar dressing isn't too gloppy. You can request anchovies if you like with the salad. Our pizzas come and they are smaller sized personal size, but they make up for the small size by the thickness. I asked for extra sauce, cause last time I ordered these, it was a bit dry I thought. It's plenty to fill you up, especially with the dessert coming. Pizookie is a BJ's invented dessert with ice cream served on top of a kinda cookie thing and topped with sauce and whipped cream. This will shoot your glucose levels up, If that's a concern of yours. I got the strawberry and cream Pizookie. I gotta say it was very tasty. We are visiting for the weekend and decided to go to BJ's because they have gluten sensitivity options. When we walked in the place was like any other BJs. They asked us if we wanted a booth or a table. We said booth. It was 4 of us. The hostess walked us over to a table.We asked if we could sit at the booth and she gathered the menus and flatware to put us at the booth right next to the table. She didn't apologize but rather seemed as though it was a changed preference. I had to use the restroom and saw that they were clean. I do not like using public restrooms so clean ones are really appreciated and noticed. No one likes restrooms duty so thank you staff for doing that yucky job well. My family ordered my usual, a coffee and a water. Although this wasn't done, I love when waiters and waitresses automatically bring a water when I order coffee. Not sure if presentation is a priority because my coffee came pre spilled in the saucer in a dripped stained cup. It's happens. Maybe it was a rush, I don't know. I asked for some sugar. The waitress was nice. Great and easygoing personality. I appreciated her knowing the menu and helping me decide between two salmon dishes. I ended up going with the protein bowl with Blackened Salmon. My daughters ordered the Strawberry Fields Salad with Chicken. She made the comment that apparently it only had 3 pieces of strawberries. It was good despite not really living up to its name. She also loved the caprese salad as an appetizer. The portions were big! The family all got their food. It was real odd because when it came out the woman different from our waitress just looked at me without food and walked away. Apparently Monday afternoons are the best time to visit BJ's for their $13 pizookie deal and half off large pizzas. We were seated right away and greeted by our server, Chris, who kept us laughing our entire lunch. The $13 pizookie deal is well worth it; both the southern fried chicken with corn and mashed potatoes and the chicken parmigiana were served hot and were delicious! I like to say I'm a mashed potatoes connoisseur and there's passed the taste test. We also opted for the strawberry shortcake pizookie and made the right choice because the fresh strawberries complemented the sugar cookie base perfectly. Since it was half off pizza day, and because our server said we could do a half/half pizza, we got extreme pepperoni and great white (Alfredo, chicken, mushrooms, garlic). Chefs kiss, the great white was everything I was hoping it would be and because we could split the toppings, I boxed up the pepperoni half to bring home to our kids for an after school snack. This time my boyfriend and I started with the appetizer platter, and then chicken Alfredo pasta, and sticky ribs. 1st out was the pasta which was a little weird but we didn't care. It was delicious! Hubby and I decided to go to BJ's to watch the Bears game and nosh on some happy hour items. It's been a while since we have been trying to eat healthier, but I have to admit I do love BJ's pizza. The personal size on the happy hour menu was perfect and we shared it along with some chips , salsa/guacamole, and an order of pot stickers. Yum! The real reason I chose to go was the "Boo" -zookie. Absolutely terrible experience at BJs on Eastern. The customer service was beyond horrible. I waited forever just to be acknowledged, and when someone finally came over, they acted like I was an inconvenience. I was literally just trying to see what time they closed since on Apple Maps it says 1am but looked like they were closing when I walked in. Bj's is always a great place for a good time with friends. My friends and I frequent this place for dessert. Usually on our Tuesday dinner nights we hit up Bj's for their $5 pizzokie deal. My favorite part is that my friend can have her GF Pizzokie and not feel left out. The dessert is always good, but its always hit or miss on the service. We usually go as a party of 4/6/8 and depending on the day- it is fairly okay. Also their happy hour includes a wide array of options, We opted to do the spinach artichoke dip, absolutely delish. As for the quality, flavor and value of the food... it really depends on what you order. I had fish tacos, my son ordered the all you can eat salad with soup and my partner had the fried chicken, mashed potatoes and succotash entrée. Everyone enjoyed their meal, but I probably would not order the fish tacos in the future. My go to is a salted caramel pizookie with vanilla ice cream. I noticed that they have an option for a chocolate ice cream instead, but I feel like those would pair best with a chocolate cookies base. When you order it ahead of time, what I noticed is that they package it on the side with your cookie and at least the ice cream they keep frozen and cold until you're there to package it all up finally. Hands down one of the worst service experiences I've had at a BJ's Restaurant -- especially in Las Vegas. We sat for over 20 minutes without even being offered drinks. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. By the time our server finally decided to show up, we were forced to order drinks, appetizers, and our entire meal at once because we had no idea when we'd see them again. Our appetizers sat in the window so long that we seriously questioned whether they were still safe to eat. Even worse, multiple servers walked by and ignored us completely, including one working the section right next to ours. When our waiter finally checked back in, we were already halfway through our meal. No refills, no follow-up, no apology. Just careless, inattentive service from start to finish. Management was either nonexistent or completely disengaged. A manager should have been walking the floor, and the food runner could have done the bare minimum by asking if we needed refills, ketchup, or anything at all -- but that never happened. This wasn't just slow service; it was total neglect. Absolutely unacceptable and not worth the time or money. I won't be returning to this location. read more

I got the fried chicken sandwich which wasn't a fried chicken breast but a long tender that I had to break into pieces to fit on the bun but then it was falling out so it was a pain to eat. It looked over cooked & dried out but it wasn't. Their honey mustard dressing was really good & their coleslaw is the bomb! Just as good as KFC's coleslaw. I find the personal pan pizzas don't always taste the best but it's a great deal ($7) on their HH menu. I got the BBQ chicken pizza & didn't see nor taste the BBQ sauce. I asked the waiter if it had BBQ sauce on it & he said it did. When I told him I didn't see it or taste it he didn't do anything about it. I love their cocktail glasses. They're a nice size & Tito's and soda with lemon always is so tasty here. One time I got their slidders & they were the bomb and the next time I got them they weren't that great. Their pizzas are always a hit or miss. But their vanilla bean ice cream is to die for! I usually come here for HH & sit @ the bar. Pretty much all the bartenders are great some are funner/cooler than others. lol Last night I took my friend's who were visiting from out of town for dinner & sat @ a high top in the bar. Daniel was our waiter & I was pretty impressed he remember our order even with my small requests of things on the side & omitting an ingredient. My party of five went in last night at about 9:30PM. We were seated immediately and our server came by for our drink order. You could see he was flustered as he was being overworked. He came back about 15 minutes later to take our order. The food was brought out by some other lady who was reaching over everyone to hand out the plates instead of walking around the table. The food was good with the exception of the kids Mac n Cheese, which was Kraft that was reheated not freshly made. This is when it went downhill. Our server finally came back to refill drinks said it was him and one other serving tables as it was busy. One thing we have noticed on our last few visits is the tables stay filled with dirty plates from other diners that have left before we even got there. The restrooms are beyond dirty and disgusting. Are you telling me that none of the employees use the restrooms throughout the night to see this? While this makes the place look messy, the hostess is at the front tossing a ball up in the air and catching it. She probably could help with the clearing of tables as no one was coming in the restaurant at this time.Our server came to ask what two Pizookie's we would like and left our bill. The Pizookie's came out about 20 minutes later and he took our payment. The servers definitely need more help,some bussers to clear the tables in a timely fashion, and a checklist to be sure the restrooms are properly maintained. I came in on a Saturday night around 10:30 PM, and they don't close until 12 AM, so it wasn't like we arrived right before closing. Our server, Christina, was rude from the start and had no customer service skills whatsoever. She sat us down and immediately gave off an attitude. On top of that, our food took about 30-40 minutes to come out, and when it finally did, it was cold. We politely let her know that our wings and nachos were cold, but instead of being apologetic or trying to fix the situation, she just said she was "confused." There was zero empathy or concern. I will preface this by saying that I rarely write online reviews...in fact, the few that I have written have always been positive. I have never written a negative review of any business because, normally, I would simply address my concerns directly with that business rather than airing them publicly. However, the situation at BJ's Restaurant on Eastern yesterday was egregious enough that I felt compelled to write this review. While eating lunch yesterday, my dad began to choke, to the point that he turned purple and could not make a sound. I was able to successfully administer the Heimlich and clear his airway. During all of this, NOT ONE BJ's employee offered to help or call 911. In fact, they all stood by and watched (including two bartenders coming out from behind the bar to get a closer look), while I, a 115 pound, 5'4" woman, administered a lifesaving maneuver to an adult man who definitely outsized me. They did not offer to help even when, after the first few thrusts, nothing was happening, my dad still could not breathe, and I was feeling as though maybe I was not going to be able to save him. Once it was all over and my dad was breathing again, the manager came over briefly and said, "Are you all good over here?" No offer to get my dad some water or help clean up the aftermath of the incident, just, "are you all good?" My dad left the restaurant (he was so embarrassed by what had happened, even though there was no reason for him to be) while I stayed inside to close out our bill. The waiter, who pretty much stayed as far away as possible during the incident, finally came over and said, "So, he's fine now?" If anyone should be embarrassed by this situation, it is BJ's and their staff. Although this review has nothing to do with their food, I will NEVER return to this restaurant. I am just grateful that I renew my CPR and first aid training regularly and was able to save my dad's life. read more
