I stopped in for a quick bite to eat before an appointment. Christoper was the perfect waiter. He was friendly and conscious. Being on my own today, I enjoyed the happy conversations around me and the tasty sliders. The sliders came out hot and the buns were fresh. Good choice.

No Desert in the $13 meal deal with a ripoff took them three times and they still didn't get it right

What is going on at this location? Corporate, I hope you'll take the time to review this experience. I placed an order through the BJ's app before arriving at this location. When I got there, the restaurant had no record of my order, even though it had been submitted through the app. I understand that technology issues happen. My concern is not that there was an app issue. My concern is how it was handled. It took three employees to address a situation that ultimately I, the customer, had to figure out myself. The first employee was Ashley, who attempted to help but appeared unfamiliar with how to resolve issues involving the app. I also wanted to redeem my rewards points. Ashley told me she could not see my points on her screen while they were clearly visible on my app. Once again, I was the one who had to determine how to move the transaction forward. Next, Manager Daniel became involved. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve. Rather than taking ownership of the situation and providing a solution, I still felt responsible for resolving the issue myself. Leadership sets the standard for customer service, and in this case, the lack of guidance from management appeared to carry over to the rest of the staff. The third employee was a woman wearing glasses who appeared to be visually impaired. Before Manager Daniel arrived, she and Ashley seemed more focused on reinforcing each other's position than on listening to the customer and working toward a solution. Regardless of intent, that is how the interaction came across from the customer's perspective, and it made an already frustrating situation worse. I have been a loyal BJ's Brewhouse customer for over 10 years, dating back to when I was working toward my first of four college degrees. That longevity is why this experience was so disappointing. I expect employees, especially management, to be knowledgeable about the company's own app, online ordering process, and rewards program. If BJ's is going to encourage customers to order through the app and participate in its rewards program, every employee should be properly trained to locate mobile orders, troubleshoot common issues, and assist guests with redeeming their rewards. Customers should not have to educate employees on how the system works or solve technical issues themselves. This experience felt disorganized, poorly managed, and inconsistent with the level of service I have come to expect from BJ's Brewhouse over the past decade. I hope corporate reviews the training, leadership, and customer service standards at this location. I would appreciate a response explaining what steps will be taken to ensure future customers do not have a similar experience. What bothered me most was the staff's demeanor and facial expressions. Even while speaking with the manager, there were cynical smirks and laughter, which made me feel as though my concerns were not being taken seriously. To make matters worse, I ordered the $13 Meal Deal, and my Pazookie® and ice cream were completely missing. After everything that happened, I feel like I was simply ripped off and further inconvenienced. This was already the third time my order has been incorrect. Given the repeated mistakes and poor customer service, I believe the manager should have offered some form of compensation or goodwill gesture, but nothing was offered. I respectfully ask that corporate visit this location and evaluate the level of customer service being provided. The combination of repeated order errors, dismissive attitudes, and the lack of any effort to make things right reflects poorly on your brand.

We tried $13 PIZOOKIE MEAL DEAL. We upgraded to add wedge salad and DUBAI CHOCOLATE PIZOOKIE®. Enlightened Mediterranean Chicken Bowl was delicious and healthy. I will definitely order it again. DUBAI CHOCOLATE PIZOOKIE® was full size. That was $5 additional. It was good but it was too sweet at the end. I wish I could choose pizookie, drink, or salad. I prefer to have salad more than sweets. The service was good. People were watching for the dinning area but bar area was opened. We watched hockey and baseball. That was cool. I think the food quality here is better than Chili's and Applebee's.

Hot honey & pepperoni pizzokie you say? April Fools you say? BJ's posted this up on their social media and we had to check it out! There were 5 of us and we all ordered this pizzokie .. the spicy, salty, sweet actually worked really well together. Our server was great (she had not tried the pizzokie) but we ensured her that it was delicious.

I've been to this restaurant a few times but I only ever come back here for the pizookies. On Tuesdays they have $5 pizookies and it's definitely something you could share with someone ( or not ) if you're around the area looking to grab a sweet treat. I have tried almost all and will say the Dubai pizookie and the chocolate chip pizookie are both my favorites. Service is always great. I don't remember loving any dishes however I would consider trying it again.

Its been a long time since I got BJs. Some of you are chuckling right nowz but you know what I mean. I wasn't aware there was such a variety on the menu. A solid 3.5. I enjoyed my steak salad. It was cooked perfectly. Not the tenderest cut, but We also enjoyed the chicken parm pasta, however it was less of a pasta dish and more of a chicken parm dish. There could be better balance. It was nice to see some healthier options on the menu than their used to be as well as vegetarian and vegan options The service was great, often filling my drink before I needed a refill.

Updating my review since my experience this time was much better. We were seated quickly upon arrival and our server came right over to introduce himself and take our drink order. He was friendly and attentive. We tried the margarita flight and it's definitely worth trying. It comes with 4 small margaritas and all tasted great. For food, we had the tavern cut pig pizza and kids boneless wings and both were tasty.

I brought my crew here for our last full Vegas meal, finally we're outta here! Vegas that is. I wanted to come to BJ's for the $13 Pizookie meal specials. The one that looked the best was the personal sized deep dish pizza, served with a salad and dessert of several different flavors of this Pizookie thing. The special is served at all BJ's locations nation wide I think. This BJ's is located just south of the 215 freeway on South Eastern Ave. Just turn into the Park Place shopping center and head south. It's right near the Indian restaurant we went to previously. Lots of parking, I do love that about Vegas! We get seated at a nice table and drink orders take by a super friendly server. The interior is upscale brew pub look. We all get the Pizookie meal deal with the personal sized deep dish pizza. We try different topping choices. I get the Classic BJ's special with veggies and meat sausage. I opt for the Caesar salad as does most of the table. Our salads come first, I gotta say the salad size here is very generous and the Caesar dressing isn't too gloppy. You can request anchovies if you like with the salad. Our pizzas come and they are smaller sized personal size, but they make up for the small size by the thickness. I asked for extra sauce, cause last time I ordered these, it was a bit dry I thought. It's plenty to fill you up, especially with the dessert coming. Pizookie is a BJ's invented dessert with ice cream served on top of a kinda cookie thing and topped with sauce and whipped cream. This will shoot your glucose levels up, If that's a concern of yours. I got the strawberry and cream Pizookie. I gotta say it was very tasty. Everybody enjoyed their meal here at BJ's, so we all left happy!

    Jambalaya
    Dena M.

The hell is this jambalaya. No seasoning. How can you even send this out. We come all the time and this is the worst. The jambalaya is normally spicy and cooked very well. That shrimp is white and the chicken barely has a grill line. Ruined my Mother's Day dinner. I could have made this ten times better at home. Did your chef even go to culinary school?

We are visiting for the weekend and decided to go to BJ's because they have gluten sensitivity options. When we walked in the place was like any other BJs. They asked us if we wanted a booth or a table. We said booth. It was 4 of us. The hostess walked us over to a table. We asked if we could sit at the booth and she gathered the menus and flatware to put us at the booth right next to the table. She didn't apologize but rather seemed as though it was a changed preference. I had to use the restroom and saw that they were clean. I do not like using public restrooms so clean ones are really appreciated and noticed. No one likes restrooms duty so thank you staff for doing that yucky job well. My family ordered my usual, a coffee and a water. Although this wasn't done, I love when waiters and waitresses automatically bring a water when I order coffee. Not sure if presentation is a priority because my coffee came pre spilled in the saucer in a dripped stained cup. It's happens. Maybe it was a rush, I don't know. I asked for some sugar. The waitress was nice. Great and easygoing personality. I appreciated her knowing the menu and helping me decide between two salmon dishes. I ended up going with the protein bowl with Blackened Salmon. My daughters ordered the Strawberry Fields Salad with Chicken. She made the comment that apparently it only had 3 pieces of strawberries. It was good despite not really living up to its name. She also loved the caprese salad as an appetizer. The portions were big! The family all got their food. It was real odd because when it came out the woman different from our waitress just looked at me without food and walked away. No sorry, it's coming soon or sorry they had to catch the salmon... nothing but a stare and walk off. I came and our waitress did apologize for my wait. We ate, it was great tasting.

Stopped by BJ's and had a really good meal. I got the jumbo meatballs with spaghetti, and everything was delicious. The Oreo Pizookie was definitely my favorite though, it was warm and perfect dessert. Mary was our server, and she was super friendly and made us feel really welcome. The restaurant also has a great atmosphere. It wasn't too loud, and I really liked the overall vibe. Definitely a place I'd come back to!

Hubby and I decided to go to BJ's to watch the Bears game and nosh on some happy hour items. It's been a while since we have been trying to eat healthier, but I have to admit I do love BJ's pizza. The personal size on the happy hour menu was perfect and we shared it along with some chips , salsa/guacamole, and an order of pot stickers. Yum! The real reason I chose to go was the "Boo" -zookie. It was so good! Decorated cute with Oreo crumble Halloween sprinkles and a chocolate crunch syrup on the ice cream. Yes!! We sat at the bar and the service is excellent. Watched the game with a small group of bears fans. It was fun! Parking is busy but the lot is spacious so I had no trouble finding a spot. Bathrooms are. Lean and spacious. Check out the Pizookies. The Halloween one is for a limited time.

The seared ahi salad off the luncheon menu at BJ's. Only 540 calories!

We have dined there in the past and have always sat at a table but we came in on a whim and there was only bar seating, which was fine. I liked the vibe and atmosphere right away. We came in on a Wednesday night as a party of five, and the service started off strong. We were greeted warmly, seated quickly, and our server was friendly and helpful. They recommended a few drinks and food options for us to try, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, things started to slow down after that. It took quite a while for someone to come back and take our order, and then it took even longer for the food to arrive. At that point, my first impression was definitely starting to change. We ordered the carrot cake for dessert, and while it was delicious, we once again had a long wait before it came out. Unfortunately, waiting for food and drinks became the trend throughout the night. As far as the menu goes, there was a good selection of food and drinks. I went with the Cobb Salad as a wrap, while the rest of the group ordered the fried pickles, nachos, and the Eureka! American Burger. The fried pickles were a hit, the nachos were pretty good, and everyone enjoyed the burger. Overall, I liked the atmosphere, menu selection, and the food we tried. However, considering the prices, the service didn't quite meet my expectations, especially for a Wednesday night. The long waits between ordering, receiving our food, and getting dessert took away from what could have been a much better experience. I'd still be open to coming back because there were definitely some positives, but I'd hope the service is more consistent next time.

I booked my reservation about 3 weeks ago and confirmed if I could also bring a cake. They told me it was fine to do. Upon entering, there's a cute formal sitting area perfect for photos and a large center bar that had serving chairs around it. The host was nice and asked if I had reservations, I told her yes and I asked if she can take the cake to be served after our meal. She gave it to a busier for them to take it in the back. We got seated immediately. Our server was the best! She greeted us as soon as we sat down. She gave us the run down for the cocktails and the highlights for the dishes. I also asked her about vegan options since one of my friend is vegan. She gave him a few options to choose from and gave him some of their house sough dough bread with oil and balsamic vinegar. He went with the spicy rigatoni and he devoured the dish lol. She was attentive making sure we were alright with everything. The house bead was so airy and light. The cocktail I tried was the magic mushroom. It was so good I got two of them lol. For appetizers, I ordered the scallop ceviche and coastal oysters which was fresh and just the right amount of seasoning. On to the main course; I had the salmon dish which had a shredded coleslaw on top and the creamy special sauce on the bottom. The fish was cooked perfectly every bite was delicious. Towards the end of our dinner our server sent out my cake and gave us their house made chocolate chip cookies to go!! Thank you Guest House for making my B-Day celebration a special one!!! I will be coming back!!

I had minimal expectations and it exceeded them by far. Food and drinks were ON POINT. Get the drink presentations. The mushroom one and the shots! Food was exceptional- notably the sea bass and scallops (perfectly seasoned and quite literally melted in my mouth). Short rib was mediocre. Dessert- butter cake is a must! Service was good but slow. There's room for improvement on that- hence the 4 stars. 1000000% recommend

I work just around the corner from Lexie's and am upset this was my first time visiting since they opened! Finding parking was relatively easy and finding the restaurant was even easier. Austin was attentive (and made a GREAT vodka soda with LOTS of limes for me), haha. Lexie's decor is absolutely beautiful and is a vibe. The bar and restaurant were fairly empty when we visited last night, but I could tell it's a great spot for the locals at Lumina. Will definitely be coming back for another after work drink in the future!

One of our party's food was severely undercooked. Her salmon was raw and not in a good seared way. My halibut was dry and too salty. Two people had to choose other options because they were out of ingredients. Then their chicken parm came out super dry. There was one waitress for the whole place and she was trying to keep up but it was really understaffed. The trivia night going on was really really loud. We could barely hear one another to talk. I have celiac and the one positive was they understood my allergy.

Not only was the food amazing, but the service was incredible from start to finish. We had three rounds of drinks--I stuck with the gin cocktails, while my friend tried a few different ones. The standout was a cinnamon champagne cocktail that was absolutely incredible. As for the food, every single dish was delicious. There wasn't one thing we didn't love, and we finished everything! The staff even surprised us with a few complimentary dishes, which was such a thoughtful touch. The restaurant itself is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, making it perfect for a date night, a celebration, or even a business dinner. The pricing was also very reasonable considering the quality and generous portions. Overall, it's an easy 10/10, and I'll definitely be back!

Our server Jasmine…read morewas extremely kind and so patient to help guide us through the menu and recommend dishes. We tried the Tandoori Roti basket -- highly recommend to try a bit of everything. Paired it with the trio of chutney's and all of them were amazing, but the Tamarind chutney... I need that packaged up in a bottle, that alone complimented all of the breads perfectly. The Fish Moilee Masala was an amazing warming curry, and that sea bass was so well cooked it melted in your mouth. The seafood stir fry was nice & flavorful, can definitely split it between two people. The Crown Lassi Luxe drink was very sweet and balanced, not overpowering at all. I tried the Majaraja of Patiala (Rosehip Chai) but as a zero proof/non-alcoholic drink, that also didn't disappoint. It was served warm which surprised me; I will say the drink itself (under the cream) tasted watery but still had depth of flavor. I'd order that again, but maybe mix the cream in next time. Kept it light for dessert with the mango sorbet, a perfect small size to curve my sweet tooth and end of dinner lightly. And our server brought out complimentary chocolates for us too! From the atmosphere, to the check in process, to the kindness of the staff, and even during our exit - Tamba exceeded every checkbox. I didn't come in with expectations as I haven't eaten at many Indian restaurants, but Tamba now sets the bar extremely high for me. I can't wait to go back!!

Firstly, service was great! My servers name was Jocelyn and she was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I was asking questions about different dishes and drinks with completely different tastes and she was patient and very descriptive. For my beverage I opted for the "now What?!" which was extremely delicious and refreshing. For the starter I was between the Hamachi and the imperial rolls. Jocelyn said the imperial rolls are a very popular dish so I opted for those and they were amazing. I could've eaten 20 then for my entrée I had the ribeye. The cook on it was perfect and the jus was nice and flavorful with a good consistency. Needless to say, my plates were cleaned and I'll be saving the spot for any future trips to the Las Vegas area.

We ordered the Imperial Rolls, Salmon Skin Tacos, Butternut Risotto and Bao Buns. The Imperial Rolls were crispy and full of flavor, and the tacos were delicious. The risotto was a generous portion and very rich, so we couldn't finish it--but thankfully we were able to take some home! The Bao Buns looked amazing and came with shrimp chips, but by then we were way too full, so we each took one home to enjoy later. I had a Riesling and my friend enjoyed the "As You Wish" cocktail. The vibe was cool, with a nice bar area, and our server Kayla was wonderful--friendly, attentive and welcoming. Overall, a really enjoyable dinner with great food and service!
