I am SO HAPPY with my decision. They took my ring, brought it down a half-size which is just what I wanted, and had it resized in about an hour. You cannot even tell that the ring was altered, without feeling that it is indeed smaller. I dropped off a second ring to be adjusted, and I know that I will be back. I think I've absolutely found the perfect store for all of my jewelry needs in the future when it comes to repairs and adjustments.
