He said that it is completely dirty and needed immediate attention to be cleaned or else my system will not run correctly. I was given a quote and he asked if I wanted it done the same day. He did not show any pictures or anything to support his reasoning. I declined the service because I got a new system less than a year ago. I got a second opinion from a different company. The technician took out the blower wheel, took it out and showed it to me. It was not dirty just a few specks of dust. That was all! It was not in a condition where it was dirty and required immediate attention as stated from the tech from this company. When you called me, it wasn't about making things right, it was simply: take down the review, I'll take my part back, and we go our separate ways. I then called a friend who owns an HVAC company. He showed me small part where the o-ring was missing. He fixed it for less than $500 and told me nothing was needed for the other unit.
