Same owner as 1823 Bakehouse in Franklin, so you know the coffee and matcha is going to be good. I had a matcha latte with honey and lavender and it was perfectly balanced. Not too sweet and the matcha was the star. While I got mine to go, this would be a great place to meet someone for breakfast or lunch as they also serve some bakery items like açaí bowls, juices and sandwiches. The decor is fun, with literary vibes and there are some cool artwork on the walls too, including a mural. Loved chatting with the owner and the barista working the front counter who advised me on what flavor matcha to get. I will definitely go back to try some other things!

I gave a different review back when the company had a different name (Roots to Rise) - same ownership - and I hadn't been impressed with their coffee or açaí bowls. With the new branding, I figured I'd visit again & stick to juices. They quickly became my post-yoga stop on weekends. I would have went before work on weekdays but they aren't open early enough for that. Today after I ordered I was warned there were a few orders ahead of me. That knowledge before ordering would have been more helpful. Normally a 5 minute wait or so, I was guessing a 15 minute wait would be reasonable. I went outside listened to 3 songs, back in, still no drink, went back out- 2 more songs, back in, still nothing. Ordered at 11:15, drink was done at 11:51. I think good business would have been upping my size for free, or a coupon, or even a thanks for your patience. A simple, "Thanks," while kind enough, caught me off guard. Any gesture to recognize that wait was unreasonably long would have sufficed. The juice was still delicious, I can't lie. I don't know if it's staffing (2 employees on Sat. morning- no Now Hiring sign tho) or what, but if you are in any kind of time crunch, I'd probably avoid the wait. If you are on vacation time- by all means- go enjoy their offerings. I realize it's what comes with a small business, but also something to recognize an unusually long wait would also be a small business quality. I'm disheartened by this. Greenwood is very slack on fresh juice options, although I saw an Ever-Well going in on 31.

Thankfully no one was behind me because I always tell myself I'm going to try something new, but then I end up debating my order! I decided to ask whether there was still an upcharge for adding dark chocolate to the Beach Bum smoothie because there had been one the last time I visited. She let me know there wasn't an additional charge, which made my decision easy. The drive thru was quick and convenient, and my order came out fast. I enjoyed my smoothie.

That's ok, it could've been her 1st day. The thing that upset me the most was she didn't know how to count change back if the "cash register" didn't tell her. She was going to give me more money back. I had to tell her how much I was due back! Then she wanted to know if I wanted my change back at all! What the heck? Yes! I do want my change. There is no tip jar out front. I would've probably left a tip, but don't just assume please! And for goodness sake somebody please teach your employees to count change back! My smoothie was terrific as usual! Service needs some attention.

This is a cute cafe that is located in the Kroger strip mall. Being that it is in a strip mall, there is more than enough parking available. The cafe has a few tables inside for you to dine at and it is a very trendy place. There are tons of smoothie options to choose from. It looks a bit overwhelming. With that being said, I would probably peruse the menu before you arrive to save you some time. In addition to shakes, this cafe has coffee, teas, and energy bombs (colorful fruity energy drinks). You can get different types of add ins for your shake that include protein, immunity boosters, and fiber. They offer a loyalty punch card where after a certain amount of punches you get to spin the wheel for a free drink. The woman working during my visit was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful. She explained much of what the shop had going on, being that it was my first visit and all. I got the Peach Cobbler shake. It took only a few minutes to prepare and it was ok. I did not taste any of the peach and it was heavy on the cinnamon. I wanted to like this place a little more, but I wish I enjoyed my shake more though. I will definitely be back and will give their menu another whirl. Remember, just do a little homework before you go, it will save you time and help you make a better selection.

We always enjoy our treats here. It has a very mom & pop feel, and that's definitely reflected in the staff who are friendly and fairly casual. There's not a ton of room to eat in the store, so you're better going over to the massage chairs across the way. And, what could be better than a massage and froyo anyhow? The only thing we always comment on is that Indyo has a policy against customers putting their own toppings on. Every other Orange Leaf-style froyo place lets you scoop M&Ms and cheesecake bites onto your frozen treat yourself to your heart's content. Them putting it on definitely isn't bad. But it does leave all of us a little self-conscious and less willing to get as much as we normally would. When you have to tell someone else "No. Keep going and add that third scoop of M&Ms" it just gets kinda awkward :D
