This place was extremely busy on a Saturday morning. Parking is metered, but I was able to find a spot on Washington Street without too much trouble. I liked the complimentary coffee bar while waiting for a table. Since I came with a couple of friends and didn't have reservations, we ended up waiting somewhere between 30 minutes to an hour before being seated. One of the biggest drawbacks was the restroom situation. There are only two gender neutral restrooms, and the wait was incredibly long. I waited close to 30 minutes just to use the restroom. It seemed like only one restroom may have been operational because I only noticed people coming out of one. For a business this large and as busy as it gets, I don't feel that's enough restroom accommodation. The first available table was outside, so we decided to take it. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best experience. There was nearby construction, making it very loud and difficult to carry on conversations amongst our table. It was also a windy and chilly day, and I definitely underestimated the weather. I should have brought a coat! We weren't in the sun so it was too chilly. The strong wind constantly blew napkins and other items around the table, which became frustrating. During cooler days, outdoor heaters would make the patio much more comfortable. Even though I was uncomfortable, our server was friendly and attentive to us. I ordered the Morning Edition breakfast, and it was excellent. I liked the variety of items included, everything tasted good, and the portion size was just right for me. I finished every bite and left satisfied. I really enjoyed the potatoes and cinnamon toast. I enjoyed my food and service was good, but if you're planning to visit on a Saturday morning, I would strongly recommend making reservations if possible. It could save you a long wait and potentially get you a better seating option.

This is very solid modern breakfast spot. Food was pretty good but relatively expensive for the portions. The coffee bar was very good. Food: I was very pleased with the quality of the food but you might be disappointed with the portions if you like a hefty breakfast. The coffee bar was very high quality featuring locally roasted coffee. Service: The staff was prompt and food service was fast. The waiter also gave us the check without us having to ask but it was a bit early about half way through the meal. We didn't mind because they reassured us to take our time, but some might think it rude. Atmosphere: The interior was clean and modern fitting the downtown business atmosphere. It's just not my favorite atmosphere for breakfast.

Love this place. I stop every time I'm in town for the amazing gluten friendly treats. Also very fun and novel to have toast with my eggs for breakfast--they make a great gluten free sourdough.

I was only in town for a Colts game, so we stopped in for brunch, and it was so delicious. I loved the unique touch they put on the food, and the staff was amazing. The space was pretty crowded with the farm-style table seating, but overall it was a great experience.

The Vegan Crepe (which is actually a savory chickpea-based crepe, not a sweet one) was fantastic! The crepe itself was tender and flavorful--definitely not your average boring vegan egg substitute. It was stuffed with tasty ingredients like black beans, vegan cheese, arugula, and avocado. The jalapeño pesto and salsa served alongside it added a great, fresh kick without being overly spicy. It was filling, wholesome, and felt like a truly thoughtful dish, not just an afterthought. The service was prompt and friendly, and the location across from the State Capitol is very convenient. If you're looking for a delicious and healthy place start to your day in Indy, this is a great spot.

Food is always so fresh!! It's such a good spot for breakfast and brunch. Most locations do get busy on lunch and weekends so plan ahead. The aesthetic is bright and modern.

Cute cafe located in downtown Indianapolis. Came here a few times for breakfast. The wait staff is very nice. I loved the Bruce's Granola Breakfast. It was yogurt topped with Granola, strawberries, blueberries, and a bruleed banana. Very good and filling. For coffee, I tried their English Toffee Latte and the Peppermint Latte. Both were pretty good. In the 2nd day of dining their, the staff recognized me, which was pretty cool.

Had visited Cafe Patachou for lunch on our trip to Indiana. We ordered a soup and salad combination and a cuban breakfast. I had picked the chopped Cobb for the combo. The salad topped with blue cheese was super fresh and I really loved the dish. The mazzo ball soup was warm and delicious. We paired the meal with lavender lemonade which was refreshing. Our server was super friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the outdoor seating arrangement. Overall a very good experience.

I haven't been to this location in a really long time. Service was very friendly and prompt. We were waiting for the rest our party to arrive and as soon as we were ready, we were seated very quickly. I ordered the California Dreamer and added mushrooms and the cinnamon sourdough- it was delicious but there was way too much arugula on the plate. I also ordered a side of chicken sausage and it was just ok. I also ordered the brown sugar cinnamon latte and that was really good! Overall experience was as very good!

Excellent tomato bisque. Would definitely order again. Very lively and busy during weekend brunch. Service was excellent and accommodating of our large 10+ group.

Always amazing. Every time I'm in town I stop in. Come for the omelette stay for the all-you-can-drink coffee!

It was good! We were the only ones there. The service was kind and the food was really good. Good location downtown too.

However, I was disappointed that a portion of the automatically added 20% gratuity will be going to Jess W. I expected better service, especially with gratuity already included. When I asked if I could purchase a side of hash browns, I was willing to pay the additional charge. Instead, I was told there "was only enough for the hash browns on the burgers." The response felt dismissive, and there was no effort to see if another option was available or to provide a more customer-focused explanation. I understand that menu items may have limitations, but good service is about how those situations are handled. Unfortunately, the level of service I received today did not meet my expectations. Same great staff, same cool space, same open kitchen where a party of one like me can grab a counter seat and watch the chefs do their thing. I've honestly always enjoyed that part of the experience. Today I had the avocado toast with feta and an egg on top, and it totally hit the spot. Earlier this week I tried one of the newer menu items -- fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, plus a sample of jalapeño cornbread and Asian slaw. Incredible comfort food. And as someone who normally isn't much of a slaw person, I was surprised by how much I loved it. They also tried to tempt me with the roast beef special, which honestly looked great, but at 10:30 in the morning I just couldn't fully commit to roast beef yet. Maybe next time. The new name is a nice tribute to the owner's mother, Arleen, but thankfully it still feels like the Milktooth so many of us have come to enjoy over the years. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been in awhile.

We found street parking outside and once inside, I couldn't believe how pretty it was. I heard that it was recently renovated and it shows. It has plenty of seating, free wifi, and a television. I ordered the baby romaine salad with salmon and a side of fries. The salad was pretty much a caesar salad with parm, a crouton crumble, and black garlic dressing. It was a bit pricey and the wait was much longer than I anticipated given we were the only two people in the entire restaurant. That said, the portions were pretty big. The side of fries was enough for a couple people to munch on and the salmon and salad were packed full of flavor. While quite salty, I was satisfied. I would try more of their menu if I happened to be staying here, but I wouldn't go out of my way to return. Given that I'm from out of town and visit a few times a year, this is very well a possibility. I'll end by saying the menu listed off a number of local businesses they support by utilizing their product, a local bakery, a brand of cheese, and a juicery to name a few.

The fries came in a large bowl (definitely sharable), and the salads were also very generously sized. Protein portions were impressive, too.
