Our go to spot. Karina the waitress is so so sweet, so kind, and personable. The food is incredible. Simple menu but never misses. Come see what's so great!

I'm giving abruzzos benefit of the doubt bc they are active and loved in the community. I came here last night with my friend. Service was wonderful, the space was clean, food was plentiful and came out quickly. We shared the spaghetti bolognese and the lobster ravioli. The spaghetti was ok- I'm just not a big fan in general. I would say this was one of the better ones I've had? It was a bit spicy which was fine just unexpected. The salads and garlic bread were pretty standard, nothing special. The lobster ravioli made me sad. I didn't really get lobster flavor and they were still cold in the middle. For dessert we shared the tiramisu which was good. I'm not a big coffee fan which is why i can't say more about that. Yes, i knew that tiramisu had coffee in it when i ordered it. Texture and flavor were decent. It was a bit frozen which was nice texturally but i don't love them freezing stuff, makes it feel not super fresh. I would come back and eat here again. Im also not a huge fan of italian food. Not their fault.

This is a true hidden gem with the best chicken parmigiana. Tiramisu. Canonli. This is a place you should plan to try this weekend. It is relaxing and nice. Food outstanding and excellent service

If I could give this place 6 stars I would!! My husband took me here for a date night and it was such a sweet atmosphere. Our waitress was so kind and very attentive! On top of great service the food was truly amazing. We ordered the bread and spinach artichoke dip 10/10!!! And then we started with the Basil salad, yall this dressing was AMAZING!! All of the ingredients were so fresh and had such bold flavors! I ordered the salmon which was so tasty and the Alfredo which I rate it like a 8/10 (but that's on me Alfredo is not my favorite I panicked when i was ordering ) still very good tho and not too rich! My husband ordered the tour of Italy and WOW!! Chicken Parm was top tier! The fresh crunchy batter was thin and the sauce was rich and savory! He loved the Alfredo and the Bolognese lasagna was incredible! (I have not had bolognese like this since I visited Europe!) They also have free frozen sangria the day we went and we both said it was probably the best sangria we have ever had!! Overall this place was incredible! Fresh ingredients, a kind waitress and speedy service! No complaints here!! We will be becoming regulars!!

finished cheesecake sorry we didn't have another pic of it we ate it too fast

Our server Karina was amazing, very attentive and sweet, our food was incredible, we got the lobster ravioli and fettuccine alfredo with chicken, as well as the cheesecake which blew our minds we finished every bit of it!! Definitely coming back

Have Came here a few times and it never disappoints. It's a small spot with big restaurant energy. They have a lot of wines to try and their house Pinot is delicious. The food is amazing. I've tried. A few things and have enjoyed them all. They're very quick and efficient as well. I placed an order to go and it was out before i could finish my glass of wine.

Loved the food here. The place is a bit small and the parking isn't great, but the service and food are absolutely worth it. Our server was super nice and attentive. The pasta tasted great, I ordered the Alfredo tortellini. The inside is decorated so pretty and romantic. It's very cozy. Will absolutely be coming back for dinner!

We started with the focaccia bread (5/5). Wow--this might be some of the best bread I've ever had. Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the dip was delicious. I usually try not to fill up on bread before the entrées arrive, but we made sure to finish every bite. We also ordered the burrata salad (5/5), which was a very generous portion and absolutely delicious. I would definitely order it again. For our entrées, my friend and I shared the chicken piccata and the bolognese. The chicken piccata was a 5/5 for me, while the bolognese was a 4.5/5. Both dishes were excellent and I'd happily order either again. This visit was a completely different experience from my first one, and I'm glad I came back. I'd love to return with my husband sometime.

We didn't have reservations, so we ended up at the bar, but the bar tender, Izzi made our experience feel so elevated! He was charismatic, charming, and genuinely interested in getting to know us! He was knowledgeable about the menu and had tons of recommendations for us! We ended up getting the bolognese and lasagna. Both dishes were hearty, delicious, and had plenty for leftovers later. Needless to say, we sat at the bar, but Izzi made us feel like we were sitting at the most important table in the house! The entire bar staff seemed very "elite". We called ahead of time as Resy was glitching and were told that we could just walk in and likely wouldn't wait long. Arrived the host was helping someone with a takeout order. We waited. And waited. She never even looked at us or said. "Hi...just give me a minute and I'll be right with you.." 2nd host came to the counter (more than 5 minutes passed as we watched them buzz around and still not say hello). She finally looked up and said, "2"? Then seated us almost silently. We waited another 10 mins for someone to welcome us, say hi, or bring water, then a waiter appeared with a rushed, "Are you ready to order?" Umm....how about drinks? Specials? Anything?? We wanted a beer and were told the taps were empty and the only bottled option was Shiner. Rough start all around. Honestly, we were tempted to leave. It was that uncomfortable. We didn't. For the food: 1. Chopped salad was good, though it's not chopped at all, just a tossed salad. 2. Gnocci was delicious 3. Pizza was very tasty but the crust was strangely soggy/chewy. Maybe that's the style, but I kind of expected a bit of a crunch to it. The flavor all around was great. Our waiter disappeared (I'm assuming his shift ended?) without warning or letting us know someone else would step in. If I had to sum it up, it was almost like we were invisible the whole time we were there. Service can make or break an experience--it broke it for us. I'd consider trying the Richardson location in the future, but I think it'll be a while.
