I used Enovex pharmacy once and it was a terrible mistake; DO NOT give them your business! The cost of my medication was $140, more than double what I had been told it should be, but when I told them i wasn't going to purchase it because of that the pharmacist (who I actually believe was the owner) became like a used car salesman trying to trick me into buying his product by saying "I will eat the cost of that prescription if you buy it here and then find it cheaper somewhere else." I decided to buy it because I believed him at the time, only to discover that EVERY pharmacy that offers that medication charges less than Enovex! I ended up paying only $55 for the same dose of the same medication at another pharmacy, but when I called Enovex back to ask for my money that was promised by the owner should I find a cheaper price, I was essentially called a liar by the woman on the phone who said that "it was a verbal agreement so there's no way to prove it" and then started saying in a threatening voice that she was going to have to call my doctor and tell him about this incident. NEVER give your money to these scam artists! I promise you, any other pharmacy will be more honest, less expensive, and more professional. read more

I receive a specialty compounded prescription monthly from Enovex, and have for approximately six months - I've been very happy with their service. I nearly ever need to call for a reason refill, I usually get a courtesy call a few days prior asking if I'm ready for a fill; it shows up on time, without fail, as scheduled. (Shipping is usually included, but I was recently unpleasantly surprised to find a $10 Saturday charge I wasn't notified of in advance.) Very friendly pharmacy staff, they went out of their way to work with my physician to get the formulation correct - anywhere else would have moved-on to the next patient, they continued to work with my doctor for weeks. It would help if they provided some sort of pamphlet patients could provide their doctor with prescribing instructions, my doctor had never used a compound pharmacy and would have preferred to have something he could easily reference. The lack of written information to provide my physician caused a delay in treatment, and would have yielded another month (maybe even two) of filled medication if it had been provided. Overall, solid community business with stellar support and service - I'll continue to use their services for as long as I have compounding needs. read more

I take ketamine which is delivered to me from Enovex. The medicine is difficult to find and very expensive. Enovex delivers it to me in WH from Glendale. The pharamcidts are considerate , efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. The deliveries are well scheduled and quick. Enovex calls me to determine if I need a refill and when I do, they deliver in no more than a day. They package the med carefully and give me an alert about time of delivery. I am the son, grandson and great grandson of pharmacists and grew up hanging out at Dad's drug store. Enovex reminds me of our family pharmacy in its care for me and warmth of their responses. They are less expensive than other compound pharmacies and a good reliable professional staff attends to my needs in an admirable way.
