It needs some minor cosmetic fix ups-but it runs great/looks great/feels great! There is a fee they add in that's mandatory that raises the cars actual sale price a 1000+ higher than the sale price of the car-so be sure to ask about it and save for it when planning to buy from them or haggle for a lower selling price of the vehicle. Upon arrival we waited for 20 minutes to look at a car, which was not even the one we came to look at. While waiting for the correct car we walked around the lot and when we walked around back we saw the car we came to look at. This car looked like the images online, but different. This car had been driven and had someone's belongings inside of it. We noticed too that the front end looked like it had been damaged. That was not shown in the images online either. My car, like many cars that are on the market today, has tons of bells and whistles, so adding a battery means doing a reset and reprogram. Guess what? I don't have the tools or the knowledge on how to do that. Could I change a battery many years ago? Absolutely! Could I change a battery now? No way... That's why I needed someone with the tools, the know-how, and the availability. I put in a request via Yelp to get a project started, and Prymo was the first to respond and had availability the next morning. They sent a tech to my house, he quickly diagnosed that the battery had no charge left, even though I had a jump the day before, and he commenced replacement. I didn't have to do anything other than do what I usually do, which is work from home. Fast-forward a half-hour and the job was done. I had a new battery, the tech had reprogrammed everything to its proper state, and he was on his way. Prymo accepts debit and credit, though a credit card purchase will come with a 3% charge, which is very fair since that's what the banks stick to the business. It wasn't cheap, but most of the cost was in the actual battery itself, which came with a five-year warranty. Great response, simple to navigate and schedule, and the tech was professional and skilled. Great experience and highly recommend if you're in the same situation.

When I arrived, the service manager was good at talking with me and understanding what I needed. He arranged for a shuttle back to my house and I only had to wait about 15 minutes. When I picked up the truck the service manager was able to take my payment without me having to stand in line at a cashier. They removed all their paper floor mats and tags when they gave me the truck. Improve: I am always surprised that they do not do a better job on their out briefings. They just take my money, and send me on my way. I would expect that they would review the work order and the result of their inspections, as well as go over when my next service will occur. They also did not have my tire air pressure set identically though this was on their checklist, but the service manager fixed that when I brought it to his attention.
