Easiest place to buy a car! I worked with Perla who kept me updated on the status of the car I was interested which was being transferred from their Vista location. My wife and I spent less than 2 hours which included a test drive for our car purchase. The car I purchased was inspected and certified by Enterprise. Perla explained all the features of the car and its history. Since they have no-haggle pricing she didn't have to leave and "check with her manager" on pricing. In fact the only times we saw the manager (I think his name was Mike) was when we first arrived and he greeted us and when he stopped by to offer us something to drink. Read this please: I set an appointment to get my vehicle appraised two weeks in advance, with no problem. Submitted request online - sent all my vehicle info. Was contacted flawlessly and set up a time and day for this week. A week passes, and I found I had some free time to stop by but wanted to make sure I wasn't going to have to wait just to get my vehicle appraised. A lady picked up (sounded young) and began to ask me a series of questions. Is my vehicle paid off, or is it finance/lease. I answer. It was a lease. I've got 3 cars under my name, all leases and have had 5 in the last 3 years, and ALWAYS ALWAYS sold without issue. I even contacted the manufacture prior to this phone call to confirm my payoff and that I wouldn't have an issue. Lady acted like she knew EVERYTHING and said they could not buy my lease. Then she went on to ask if I got it appraised at Carmax (like it mattered). I said yes they showed me as being negative but based on my previous online estimate I would be positive, hints why I want to go get it appraised for a more firm value. She says Carmax pays more then they do. I chuckle and say are you serious? PLEASE train this lady - all I wanted was an appointment. I ended up selling through another website for equity but swear. I will never recommend or do business with Enterprise. furthermore -I called another Enterprise car sales (long beach) and they confirmed as long as your manufacture is good with selling it they would definitely buy it, but I didnt have time or a ride back from long beach if I was to go that route.
