I really appreciate the customer service at the Montgomery location. It seemed that at both pick up and drop off they could have used more employees and yet they were still professional. Ryneal in particular stood out. He was very kind, welcomed every customer that came in, was multitasking and stayed calm and professional the entire time when I personally would have been totally overwhelmed with that kind of demand. read more

They need to hire more Human Resources. No one answers the phones. I waited on hold for over 45 minutes & listened to the recording telling me how important my time & life plans are, so please hold & someone will be with me shortly! That didn't happen. I personally went there the next day, to handle my business, only to find one fellow running (attempting to) the whole operation (including washing the vehicles, and running inside to process rentals all by himself. I suppose it could have been just a bad day when others were out, but why not bring in a backup or at the very least transfer phones to a mobile line for answering calls? read more

If I could give a lower rating than a 1 star I would!!! Don't make a reservation with them they will leave you stranded and could care less!!!! I made a reservation more than a week ago they made me wait for two hours to get picked up only to take me to their office and tell me they didn't have a car for me. I have told my insurance company they should find a more reliable vendor and hopefully one with better customer service!! read more

I was in need of a car because my car is in the shop from an accident. I scheduled a pick up at the Lomas location but when I arrived they told me they ran out of cars to rent out. I was pretty disappointed because I am out of a car and had to call a friend to take me to this Lomas location. I called the next closest Enterprise, Robert answered the call and assured me that I would be taken care of even though they didn't have any cars in stock either. That did not stop Robert from helping me in every way possible. He went out of his way and did everything he could to help me get a car same day. During this stressful time this enterprise location ( Robert ) gave me a lot of peace and safety. I would recommend this location to anyone because of how Robert went out of his way to make this process seamless for me during this hard time. read more

I have great insurance through USAA. Sadly, they only use one car rental company when your car is in the shop, and that is Enterprise. A week ago I knew I was taking my car to Car Crafters this Tuesday so I called Enterprise on Montgomery. They said sure,call from Car Crafters and we will go pick you up. I spoke to a woman that time. Tuesday comes and I call Enterprise from the Car Crafters. Again, a woman answers. The clerk at Car Crafters is two feet away from me and can hear our call. Woman at Enterprise says sure, I will send them to get you now. I wait 45 mins and call for an eta. Now a guy answers. He tells me that nobody has ever told me they would come get me. I say please wait a sec and I check my phone log and see that yes, it is the same number, and I tell him that I spoke to a woman before. He says that no, it was me you spoke to and I told you last week we cannot help you. He says that he already called USAA and they say they will not pay for it. He says that he already told me this. Gaslighting jerk. His name is Aaron Romero. I hang up and call USAA. They are horrified and say that nobody from that location has called them. At all. They say that I can use another Enterprise location. I did. No issues. My job often requires week long travel to other cities and I use rental cars. I have chopped up my rewards card for Enterprise and signed up with Hertz. I will never give this company another cent. My recommendation is you spare yourself the aggravation. After this happened I had dinner with several friends and three of them have bad things to say about this location in our neighborhood. read more

Poor customer service. We were sent to this branch from another Enterprise. The 4WD car we reserved was unfortunately rented to another person. Instead of offering to help us find another 4WD they suggested we call the Enterprise locations to find one ourselves. I don't understand why in this day and age they can't look at the inventory on a computer or be helpful and call other branches on behalf of the customer. There was no one else waiting; we were the only ones there. We were disappointed in their lack of helpfulness. read more

I spoke to someone and asked about if they were picking me up and he said we don't service that location and hung up on me. I ended up having to take an Uber. read more

Oh my! Got to the airport and there were no rental cars available without a reservation. My sons graduation was in 3 hours an hour away and my phone was dead! Plugged in my phone and called Uber to drive me to an enterprise rental agency in town! Found this one, with Nicole and Jose ;-) explained my dilemma and they only had a truck available...but, they made it work for my 3-day stay in NM. They turned my crazy day into a better one for my sons graduation. Funny thing is?! My husband and I are carhaulers and haul new autos to enterprise to rent!!! This Enterprise location appears to be in serious trouble in regard to its' employees. Geico reserved me a vehicle after an accident with mine. I called after eight the next morning and was given less than no info by the person who answered the phone, saying there were no cars and didn't I realize it was Thanksgiving week. He suggested I call back tomorrow. Later that day I again called the main reservation line and explained that I could not get a car. He guaranteed me I could. I asked him to call the Montgomery office and talk to them. He assured me I had a car waiting. I went to the office and found an extremely busy and apparently overworked single person working. He told me he had been sent from another office to take care of business, and had had some help but she took off to make a phone call an hour ago and did not come back. There was a gentlemen from another country waiting patiently who also said this office was understaffed. Long story short, I was able to get a car from the too busy young man who was doing an amazing job holding down the fort of, apparently, an office deserted by its' regular staff. That is why I gave HIM two stars. There's a big problem there, and I would avoid it till someone takes hold of the reins and hires people who are professional. read more

Do not use this branch! Scam artists!!!! We rented a car in July for four days. When my husband picked it up, it was really tight getting in the car. He did the normal check, but couldn't see under the car. He drove 20 miles total, our house to the gym and to grocery store, that was it. When he returned the car, the salesman bends down and says he had gouged they underside paint. My husband explained there was no way he could have caused the damage. The salesman got in my husbands face and said it was on us to prove it. When my husband asked, what did you say, the guy told him to leave the lot immediately. I had just pulled in to pick him up and we left. Nothing else was said from Enterprise. Yesterday, we received a $600 bill from their claims department out of state. No one ever contacted us about it, just the demand for payment. We spend a lot of money with enterprise, both personal and business travels. We will never rent from this location again. Thankfully, our credit card carries additional insurance when we rent. They will pay the bill direct. What a scam this branch of Enterprise is! read more

This rental experience was a breeze - especially compared to many other experiences at this location that were less than satisfactory. The difference is the new manager - Blake - who seems to be getting the office organized and running smoothly. They came to get me soon after I called (this has been a huge problem in the past; sometimes I waited 2 or 3 hours for a pick up). My car was ready. They upgraded so I could have cruise control but gave me a discount. Blake was highly efficient and professional. The only thing I missed was the CD player in the car (made for a bit of boring drive once I was out of radio range). I can now recommend this location. Finally. read more

Since Blake, the new manager, has taken over this store has improved 100%. Previously it was a difficult company to do business with on multiple levels. But Blake has truly organized it, introduced a high level of professionalism and brought in quality and friendly staff.
