We booked a reservation for Van for weekend aug 11-13. We received a call day prior that we maybe waitlisted for van due to low inventory, but we can accommodate you in large SUV if any van isn't available. Okay sounds fair!!! We arrive at enterprise Friday and counter clerk says we have no vans or no large SUV, we only have regular 5 passenger SUV. Worst experience at this location!!! It must be a new manager doing inventory because this is ridiculous. I would've been okay to let me know we don't have vans or large suvs, so I can make other arrangements or at very least assist me to find a comparable vehicle at neighboring Enterprise. So instead we arrive and got no van, no large SUV and now we have to find last minute arrangements. read more

Here are some that I researched later to help you: HERTZ, BUDGET, ALAMO I had an emergency with my car and he had to go to the mechanic. I went to this place and explained that I needed a car to take the DMV test, I explained the situation and asked before renting the car and the manager said YES, I could take the test even if the car was in the name of a friend ( that he had license) and that he would only have to rent with all insurance. He made sure it was possible, but the paper he gave us said that only those who rented it could drive. Upon arriving at the DMV, it was obviously not accepted as it did not count for the award of someone else to drive. He shouldn't have said YES, I could get tested since I wasn't sure about it. I Immediately return to the car rental company and this manager refrained from any responsibility and said that the DMV who was blamed FOR THE LESSOR INCLUDE THAT ONLY ONE PERSON COULD DRIVE THE CAR. He made me return the car in less than 4 hours, CHARGED me THE FULL DAILY rate and only discounted the numerous insurances that added up to over $100 that they themselves imposed. I missed my day at work. My friend missed his day at work too. I had to reschedule the race for 20 days. I LOST MY MONEY. He was terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Wow! What a pleasant surprise! After multiple bad experiences with car rental companies, even the big ones, I did my due diligence and looked at reviews of all them attached to the Burbank Airport. I'm glad I did. Zero lines, a wonderful attendant accompanied me to review the condition of the vehicle and showcase the newest technological features of a "top of the line" medium sized SUV. No "paperwork", everything documented on these ultramodern, ultra sleek, flat touchscreen devices (really a marvel if you think about it. Wow!). He threw me the keys with a wink in his eye as he bid me and my entourage adieu. I careened the black beast out of the rental car facility at TOP speed ( with absolute precision, I'm no dummy)((gosh!)), throwing caution to the wind, a bit of nostalgia for the youthful mirth and playfulness of those lost adolescent years. As I raced against the setting sun towards the Golden Coast, I reminded myself that in spite of my well deserved cynicism of car rental companies, hope springs eternal to be surprised! Rented a vehicle thru my insurance while my car was in the shop. Insurance company initially authorized 3 days Agent suggested I purchase their optional coverage for the first 3 days as most accidents happen within the first two days while driver gets used to the car. I agreed to paying for three days. Two weeks later when I return the vehicle I find they are charging me for 15 days of coverage which I did not agree to. Tried without success to reach someone at the office I rented from (I dropped off at a different location) to straighten this out. Randomly got charged twice on my credit card 2 weeks after my rental and then another one month after my rental. Called in today to get the matter resolved and was put on hold for 20 minutes then had to call back to just be transferred to another person that might resolve the issue and was put on hold for another 40 minutes until after their closing time so I wouldn't be helped. Worst location in Southern California. I keep giving them chances and they keep screwing me over. Never again. The service is slow and staff is not helpful which goes against every advertisement they have. Don't bother to make a reservation. The possibility they have your car available are slim to none. But they will be happy to upsell you into something you don't want or need. They really should stop taking reservations. It is pointless for the customer at this location. The smugness of the staff is unnecessary. I welcome collaborators to assist in making a menu of all of the excuses, spin, and hidden policies they make up as to why the service is bad, car is not available. If you come towards the end of the day (4pm or after), be prepared to wait 2 or more hours for service. Not clear what they are doing but it is not helping the guy standing in the hot sun waiting in the parking lot as Covid-19 procedures prevent you from entering the lobby. If you come before 4pm, be prepared to wait 2 or more hours because they likely will not have a car. Again, they will be happy to upsell you into something you don't want or need for an additional price. I am stranded here so it is too late to leave. My vehicle needed some bodywork and my rental went through my insurance. I had the pleasure in being serviced by two great sales persons. This place is very convenient because it is close to the Megabus bus station. The employees phenomenal; Krisha, Kevin and everyone I have dealt with has been very helpful. A few times they even waved extra charges they should have billed me for returning the car late. The only problem I have with this place is that it closes earlier than other locations, but that's something I have accepted from the beginning. They also have available most of the cars that are listed on the company website, it's not like those companies that always run out of cheap cars and all they have left are the expensive ones. Also, in a few occasions I had to keep the car for more days that we had agreed to and all I needed to do it was to make a call a few hours before the time I was supposed to return the car. I am truly happy with this company, a few times the cars I rented weren't in the best condition (the upholstery mehhh) but their customer service has always exceeded my expectations. read more

This is the worst rental car place. I booked a car and it broke down in Death Valley, at 110 degrees outside. The car just suddenly stopped moving. When I called them, they couldn't sent another car or Uber to pick me up. I had to ride in a tow truck to Vegas. My trip got totally ruined coz a 4-hour drive turned into 8hours; had to cancel plans for that day. Upon return, they refused to give me a refund for the inconvenience. It's been 2 months and still nothing. Their customer service agent had the nerve to tell me that I can't get s refund since I didn't pay anything to Enterprise. He should know that when customers pay 3rd parties, eventually the money goes to Enterprise, plus it's your car that broke down. The least you can do is compensate for the time wasted! You need better customer service! This agent was so rude on the phone. So unprofessional! read more

The most unorganized place and the customer service was below average. We called and booked a car for one day. When we showed up, we got checked in and was given the key and sent outside waiting for the car. After waiting for a while and seeing many employees walking back and forth, we approached 3 different ones asking which one is our car and what need to be done so we can leave. To our surprise, noone knew and finally, a lady grabbed our key and ran inside. Then, when we came back to ask the lady who checked us in, she rudely told us that she didn't hand us the key but rather, we grabbed it from her without asking. Both of my husband and I were shocked. Then she rudely said we need to wait for our turn since they were busy. We were then in the parking lot area wating for more. This is not the way to handle business. I dread rental cars as well as the process of getting one. It is never fun to let go of your favorite car for a long period and get an unexciting rental instead. So I asked the guys here to try to get me an exciting sports car for what my insurance company covers. They surprised me with a 2019 Camaro SS with 400 hp. Super fast and super fun. As they were washing the car, they noticed one tire was significantly low, the rep (Josh) took it to Pep Boys to get some air in and made sure to tell me to drop it off at their Los Feliz location if the tire doesn't hold air. Knowing I didn't want to get an incomparable car instead, he did his best to let me keep it. The tire was fine that day, it did lose lots of air the next day, thankfully, it was a "run flat" and I was able to drop it off at their Los Feliz location where they held it for a day to change all four tires. If most rentals were like this car, I wouldn't mind getting them every month. I was grateful to see they did their best to accommodate my preferences and went an extra mile to let me keep the car. read more

Absolute worse management I've ever encountered. The manager named Sabrina had not only an attitude, refused to help me rent a vehicle, and told she to step outside because she is leaving. The level of unprofessionalism within this branch shows that their upper management allows these individuals the ability to tarnish the Enterprise brand and allows them to wear attire in which their underwear and skin show. It's a shame that because I am not black, "blacks" suddenly don't care to help or support those who are not black. I appreciate the response in regard to the multitude of issues which have directly resulted in loss of time, emotional distress, and not to mention wasted transportation fares. These experiences have not been addressed on a corporate level. Considering corporate sent me to this location and gave assurances in regards to below average service, I highly doubt my faith can be restored at this point. Corporate instructed me to contact them if I had issues, and I have yet to be contacted by an individual with intentions to right the wrongs. We rented a cargo van from this location for three consecutive weekends. The first time we came in everyone was rude from the get go. We took the van and brought it back that same Saturday night around 10pm because we only needed it for a few hours. The van was defective, it seemed like the breaks weren't working well; we had to pull over a few times because we didn't feel safe. I texted them the next morning notifying them of the issue and received no response. Then Monday morning they kept emailing me,calling me and texting me up until Wednesday to please return the van. The following weekend we rented out a cargo van again we came in and everyone was very rude again. This location seems busy and short staffed and as if no one wants to be there. I told the guy about what happened and he didn't say anything about it. Not even I'm sorry. The next weekend we were getting ready to pick up another rental and someone called us back saying they don't have any cargo vans available even though we scheduled the rental three weeks prior. They were supposed find us another rental and call us back but we never heard from them again. What a way to keep the customer hanging. We went with Uhaul last minute instead which was great. Uhaul doesn't require a credit card only a debit card and it's self service. We've always rented from this Enterprise but always through the Pasadena or Alhambra locations. I definitely don't recommend this location specially if your Latino. I felt like they were being condescending and maybe even racist with my husband because he has an accent. This Asian girl was even asking for a comercial license and what he wanted the van for which is ridiculous because we've rented vans so many times before from here and other locations and we've never been interrogated. read more

I came in on Saturday at 9am. I had the greatest time with Shakeh as she checked the car and was ready to send us on our way (the only bright thing about the day. Her kindness and attention to the details helped our day there from being a complete disaster). But YOU, the manager, Christian, had a system problem of some kind. When I asked you, directly, if I needed to be here (since we had finished and were ready to go), you replied, "that's why we're trying to get you on your way...." by your third reply/reasoning, some 2 whole hours after I arrived there (it's now 11:20), I went out and asked the other guy/manager if I indeed needed to be here, and he then informed us that we DON'T need to be here (at all!), and that YOU, Christian, could've just email us said document after YOU finished with YOUR issues. Therefore, YOU were not at all concerned about us, your paying customer. YOU weren't even concerned with "trying to get us on our way." YOU were just serving your very own self interest, which held us, the paying customer, held us up and backlogged the rest of our entire day! It was a self-centered act that cost us! I walked out, once understanding what you were actually doing - once I understood the misused our time and misuse of the money I pay for decent consideration, I couldn't stand there in your presence - at all! I have had bad experiences with renting borrowing car here and hertz north Hollywood, being given bad miscommunication/ incorrect information. I informed the reps and staff here to give me a call and notations for any further charges before returning and extending my rental through 11th- 17th today and need til the end of my contract of 6pm of Jan 12th to day to speak to my pops on a new transportation tool. The reps I have spoken with have given me wrong reservations and I properly communicated at this location about any further charges. I disputed a charge yesterday jan 11th due to asking this location to call me jan 12th before any further charges in my card, which I was charged an unauthorized transaction Jan 11th to contact me and this place noted down they would communicate with me before end of today jan 12th because of decisions I have to make. I've had the manager here abruptly say I'm stealing their vehicle and have the end of 2pm I have never stolen a vehicle in my life and the manager here is threatening abrubtly to call the police on borrowing their vehicle and to be returned by 2pm because his staff gave me the wrong information read more
