The fuel hose on my ancient Mercedes fell apart, and efforts to obtain a new one locally proved futile. After many, many Ubers, and a disastrous experience with Link on Demand (they never showed), I decided to rent a car. I called Enterprise, and made a reservation. It was a very simple process. It was actually probably cheaper per day than multiple Ubers. I was given a Camry, which was a mostly fun car with a huge trunk. It was easy to drive, although a bit naggy if you went even 1 mph over the speed limit. It also doesn't make any noise when it starts, so that was an adjustment. Everyone who helped me was friendly and cheerful. While this was only the second time in my whole life that I have rented a car, if I ever need another one, I'll probably use Enterprise. Unless another company offers drop-off and pick-up services. In that case, I'll go with them. Ubers and Lyfts add up fast. read more

They refunded me and closed the claim. But for nightmare customer service, Taylor at this location is your person. I see her mentioned in other reviews as hanging up when you call. It's the truth. I started out thinking the whole thing was an honest mistake. But Taylor's behavior proved it was actually part of a plan I guess, to try and make me pay for damage caused by a previous customer that they had missed. Avoid Taylor! I've rented from this location on numerous occasions. Taylor at this location is what makes my experience top notch every single time.

I rented a car from Enterprise in November 2024 and while I was at home they claimed I drove on Colorado I25 N express lane two days in a row and charge my credit card with the toll amounts plus service charges. I called their toll department and emailed them many times to ask for proof that included pictures and to indicate what section of this very long highway supposedly I drove, and they refused to provide any information requested and emailed me back every time with the following statement: Our review team concluded our initial research. Unfortunately, we were unable to identify any discrepancies indicating that the tolls reported against the vehicle are invalid. Would you happen to have any documentation placing you in an alternate location, so that I may further investigate this matter? Any food, gas, credit card charge, or store receipt with a time, date and location stamp will be enough. Subsequently, since I was home both times I took a screenshot of my work timesheet that indicated that I worked from home those two days and in one of those days I drove to the car repair shop in the opposite direction of I25 within 15 minutes of the time they claimed I drove on the I25 N express lane and again they responded the same way. This is a complete scam, and I hope authorities will follow up on these business practices to protect the public from corporations like this. read more

A sales rep by the name of " Taylor" was very rude and unprofessional. Will be reporting her to Enterprise. Taylor hung up on me 3 times when trying to schedule a rental for that same day. 1st call she hung up on me after I asked for rates for the day and she was too lazy to look it up for me. She told me she has no access to it which is a lie because any other branch was able to tell me the rate. On the 2nd initial call she told us she had availability for that day at 3:30pm and tomorrow as well. When we asked if we arrived a couple mins after that would it be okay she said "let me ask my manager" then proceeded to hang up right after that. When I called back I asked to speak to manager and she said sure then hung up again. We called repeatedly in attempts to get our rental today but she did not answer the phone until the manager left for the shift that day. Following that call we called again to try to get the answer for 3:30 reservation again. But once again, she then decided not to answer the phone till 3:52pm and state that she has no more rentals until Friday. Taylor is disrespectful employee and should not be allowed to work with enterprise. read more

Worst company ever. I accepted a car with both scratched and hail damage. The sales guy and I took photos. Now they are trying to make me pay for the damage that was already there citing new damage. They sent me photos of the "new damage" and I sent them the photos I have to them citing its old here is proof. They insist that is incorrect. They are billing me over 1600.00 for this damage. DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE or Enterprise in general. Terrible service, and will con you into paying for damage already present upon pick up. read more

After battling car reservations on line for over 2 hours (final fees being outrageous after taxes, no shuttle bus early in the morning, etc) I finally thought of Enterprise in Highlands Ranch off County Line near where I'll be staying. SO easy!! Allowed pickup and drop off at different locations, no hidden fees, SUPER nice guy Brett on the phone. He assured me of my reservation, which sounded too good to be true and then made an alteration in my reservation that made my life even easier! Enterprise has earned my business every time I come to Denver. Brett was great, and calmed my shattered nerves with his no nonsense, sympathetic and reassuring manner. I'm really not sure what some of the other reviewers are fussing about but I can tell you that I have rented many cars from this location over the last few years including just on the New Year's Eve day. As always they greeted me with a smile and had a clean car waiting for me. Steven the shift (or branch) manager shook my hand and asked if the customer service was to my satisfaction. Enterprise Highlands Ranch had three months to ensure I would have a safe, reliable rental while my car was scheduled for shop work. Instead, they showed up with a car that had low tire pressure while checking gas and milage. The representative told me it was probably just the pressure valve wasn't working. He then proceeded to tell me I could take it to any Firestone or Discount Tire for repair. After telling him that it's unprofessional to show up with a car that has alerts going off he offered to drive it back to put air in the tires. Upon return, I did a closer inspection and found the tires were nearly bald, the inside was filthy and the apology was I'm sorry I should've never said anything about the tire pressure valve. The lesson he took away from this was don't saying anything or make it right, just let the customer drive it off the lot and have issues once they get on the road knowing there was something wrong. It was the first time I didn't feel safe taking a rental car off of a lot. read more

After weeks of calling regarding my lost wallet that was found by this location, I have given up my effort. I was told they found it and would be shipping it to me in Texas. However, I had to call multiple times after to confirm it was being shipped. After the 3rd week I was told it was no longer in the safe, but they couldn't provide a tracking number. I never got the wallet back. Worst part is I was in Colorado 3 days after they said they shipped it. I easily could have picked it up if it was going to be such a difficult task. read more

After renting from EZ Rent-a-car at DIA (45 min wait for the shuttle, 2-hr wait in line at 2AM with 3 tellers, and a car with a driver side seatbelt that did not work), I realized that I needed a car for a few more days. Enterprise was the best deal, and they have coupons if you check online. The 2 associates at the desk took care of 4 customers flawlessly without leaving anyone feeling neglected. Brandon was so great. Not only did he have a professional appearance and demeanor, but he was so kind and genial. The service was above and beyond what I expected. The car (which is the exact same car as the EZ car) smelled like lilac cleanliness heaven. Enterprise is usually great, but this particular branch is superb. You guys made my day :) read more

I would give negative five stars if I could. I returned a rental a month ago that my dog had been in because we were moving. The woman working told me she would clean it for $25 or I could take it to a car vacuum place up the street. It was snowing, so $25 sounded annoying but worth it to save the hassle of dealing with the snow. Fast forward to a day ago when I see a $150 charge from Budget for another cleaning fee that the location charged. Seriously?! What is wrong with you guys? Nice scam you're running! I was completely impressed with this location while renting a car after an accident. I'm usually very skeptical of rental car places because I've been burned before, however this one exceeded my expectations I was early picking up my car and I knew this was the case and that I would have to wait but I was fine with that. In the hour I watched Terri and Alisa (two managers working the counter) deal with over 15 customers within that hour, not rush any of the customers and built rapport as they were checking people in and out. Being in a customer service industry myself, I was completely impressed with the way these ladies handled themselves and their clients. They were working their tail off and made it look easy!!! I also watched the interactions with the staff and both were polite and friendly, never seemed rushed or too busy for questions from the other staff. Very impressed.... job well done ladies!!! I have had no issues with enterprise before I rent car from this location. There are couple girls working at this location, one of them (not Jen) don't know meaning of customer service. I think she is manager for this location. I reserved intermediate car, I got Volkswagen Golf. For me it is compact car, for reference look in Germany list of cars where the same car mentioned under compact on enterprise site. This car is not similar to Toyota Corolla, I had to argue with her that it is not intermediate car; she refused to get me other cars they have and said "we will give ride back to home, and dont give car". How come she talk to customer like that!! she is trying scare customers and behaving so rude. If I am her boss I will give her ride back to her home. I never go back to this location and avoid enterprise. My rating is ZERO for this location. read more

This place used to be helpful ,but now the service is about as good as not having service at all. The woman who gave us our car made us go around with a stupid "Damage evaluator". The car we got smells like dirty cat litter. I am supposed to get up the mountains in this piece of crap. It is small and they wouldn't help us get a bit bigger car without paying a lot of money. Trying to get put of their parking lot we got 3 different people telling us where to go and they were all giving us different directions on how to get us out of there parking lot and we ended up jumping a curb. Don't get your rental car from here and save yourself a problem by going to National or Hertz! read more

The staff was helpful and friendly. The car I received how ever was dirty inside and out and smelled of smoke. It had not been vacuumed and had trash inside. I pointed that out in the walk around and was told that was the only intermediate car they had. I had meetings to get to so I took the car and cleaned the inside myself. I expected a clean car for $35 a day. Not sure I will rent from enterprise again. I usually rent from Hertz and will be going back to hertz. read more

On May 6, 2015, I called into Enterprise Rental-A-Car to reserve a rental for March 07, 2015 because I was getting audio upgrades to my car. Therefore, I requested that someone be available to deliver the rental car at the audio shop at or before 9 am. I even gave the representative the shop's name and location before the representative gave me my reservation# of 13vbl2. I confirmed the request delivery by 9 am with the representative and she assured me someone would deliver the rental: on-time after I stressed my importance of having to leave from the audio shop towards my job. The representative agreed and assured me someone would be available to deliver the vehicle to me. You would figure this is all that a customer has to do with simply just arriving on-time to sign the rental agreement in acceptance of the rental vehicle. Well, it was a disaster. Anyway, I physically arrived at 8:50 am at the at place of rental: Enterprise Rent-A-Car 5818 COUNTY LINE PL HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO 80126-3913 to confirm delivery of the rental to the audio shop in which its location was less than 5 minutes (one half a mile) from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The representative, including the manager had no idea of who I was and that someone was supposed to deliver the rental to me at the audio repair shop. Instead, I was told they had all of their drivers out and about and they were the only ones in the office. Unsurprisingly, after speaking manager, I find out she was as incompetent as her employee. Instead of trying to make things right, it was all about her and how I should wait as she quoted, "because we all have things to do" [shielding herself with laugher and sarcasm]. I mentioned my loyalty to Enterprise-renting international but my loyalty had no merit at this location. Instead, they promised to have someone over at the audio shop in 15 minutes after I told them I had to leave for work if they failed to show. I waited until 9:35 am calling once at 15 minutes past 9 am reaching the representative who told me someone was in route with the car. Again, I called once more at 30 minutes past 9 am to see if they had someone in route to deliver the rental. Instead, the representative lied and told me they were short staffed and did not have anyone to make the delivery. As a result, I had to cancel my audio installation appointment and set it at a later time of the day. Therefore, I have no plans nor will allow my company, family, friends, and liaisons to rent from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. My word of advice is to either borrow a friends' car on a promissory note, rent from Uhaul, or better yet: Budget/Avis. These companies have always treated myself and associates with the utmost respect unlike Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Later, around 12 pm, I was in route to pick up my Budget Rental, in which took less than 5 minutes to reserve online and 3 minutes upon arrival to pick up the rental. Simply, the representative greeted me while handing me my contract and took me to my car along with offering promotional upgrades on my next rental. In addition, the audio sales manager was kind enough to ride with me over to Budget Rental to drive the Budget Rental back to the audio shop while I drove my vehicle: to be serviced - as a courtesy and to show good faith after being deceived by Enterprise. I would STRONGLY SUGGEST BUDGET RENTAL ANY DAY OVER ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR. Good customer service within the Enterprise Rent-A-Car business is non-existent. It seems as if Enterprise employees are all out to make an easy paycheck instead of customer retention. read more

This is for the South Broadway (near Belleview) location. The sales people were nice, WHY NOT? THEY ARE SOOO OVERPRICED. I used them for car rental and for car purchase. I had reason to also rent a vehicle in Southern California within a 2 week period...and the local Enterprised charged a fortune compared to the Southern California Hertz rental. My car purchase in Blue Book was $8,800, my purchase price at Enterprise was $10,000 plus. I SHOULD HAVE DONE MY HOMEWORK !!! Do not use this company! read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars. My brother and I reserved a car weeks ago for our family reunion trip. When we arrived to pick up our car, the woman at the front desk very rudely (and defensively) said "We've been trying to get a hold of you! We don't have your phone number! We don't have a car here for you!" My brother and I looked at each other very confused as to why she was being so abrupt and cold with us. He pulled up his confirmation and said that his phone number was right there in the email, so they did in fact have his contact information. They could have easily reached out to him if there wasn't a car available. The woman practically rushed us out of the building, no apology, no attempt to find us another car or anything. She just said "should I cancel this reservation?" Of course you should cancel it, you didn't provide us with a car! Just left us completely stranded. Thankfully we received wonderful service at Hertz in Littleton and they saved our trip. They were extremely accommodating and friendly. I'll be referring them to everyone I know in that area from now on. read more

Where do I start? Wouldn't accept just a drivers license, proof of insurance and visa debit card. Went home twice to get proof I lived in my house, bank statement and car registration. Then they wouldn't take my "VISA" debit (which has over 4K in the account) card because it's apparently not a credit card. Tried to give them an Apple credit card in my phones virtual wallet but they said they can't take because it must be physically swiped. Had to go home again and find my "physical Apple Master Card." When I returned they said it wasn't accepting the Apple Card although it's active without a balance. Had to call my in-laws to also drive out and switch everything over to their credit cards. Spoke with several supervisor and it ended with some supervisor named Jeff Floyd 303-901-0642. He too was very unhelpful and suggested I call customer service. Give him a call if you have any problems and tell him "Ken" the other unhappy customer told you to call...good luck! read more

They were extremely accommodating and when I went in on a Monday (after a weekend in the mountains w an SUV), I wanted to downsize to a sedan for the work week to save money. They told me to keep the SUV and they would just lower my daily rate! How's that for service! read more
