I had a very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location in Chino Hills. I was quoted one price over the phone by another employee, but when I arrived, Bianca gave me a different price with no clear explanation. The inconsistent pricing was frustrating and felt misleading. During the interaction, Bianca came across as rude and dismissive, and her facial expressions made me feel unwelcome instead of helping resolve the issue. To make matters worse, I was also charged for supposedly not returning the vehicle with a full tank of gas, even though I took a photo of the fuel gauge at the time I returned it showing it was full. I've rented from Enterprise before and have never had an issue until this visit. This place can get really busy during the holidays. I didn't really have problems with my reservation except they were just slammed and needed more workers. Other people weren't so lucky though. Enterprise overbooks and doesn't tell the actual retail location. They called me to confirm I needed my mini-van. I called back to confirm. Every time I rent from here I have a great no hassle experience. Great customer service, great lineup of cars and never any issues. I rented another car during the Christmas week when it was raining. Every car I get is new, good tire tread, great gas mileage and no issues. Always make sure your tire tread is good, there's a spare in the trunk, and wipers work especially if you're gonna be driving on the open highway. The people that work here are very efficient, polite and helpful. I don't know why I forgot her name but she always helps me and is very professional and courteous. The young Hispanic girl that's got a big diamond ring on her finger. She's clearly a happy person and it shows in her customer service. She's efficient and professional. Also had a great experience with Matt that drove me home after I returned my rental. Love how they provide shuttle service when you return the car as long as it's not too far. SIDE NOTE: TIP THE SHUTTLE GUYS THAT DRIVE YOU HOME. I always give five bucks. It's the least I can do for taking me home. This is a great place to rent your car. I always do it through my credit card company so it's super convenient and easy. I never get the extra insurance as you don't need it if your current policy has full coverage (usually it will cover a rental) unless you have a high deductible then I would recommend getting their coverage. But my credit card company also covers accidents. But I will continue renting from this Enterprise with this level of customer service and excellent fleet of car selection. read more

One of the BEST rental car experiences we have ever had. We rented a full size SUV for our road trip. We picked up our vehicle around noon on 7/15 and the lady who helped us was so patient and understanding! When I say I will never come back. Booked a suv and what I see in the corner of my eye is 2 young boys busting their ass with a fumigation bottle. Yes a bottle to wash a big ass suv. Our pickup experience was not as good as we would have expected. Even with an appointment it took a good 45 ~ 60 minutes for them to get to us and then another 20 minutes to get the car and check out. We reserved a midsize SUV and we received a Ford Edge. It was heavily used with about 50,000 Mi on it...a little more beat up than we expected. The cleanliness of the car was just so, so...they could have done a better job. Overall it took over an hour to pick up the car. The staff is friendly, but somehow this place doesn't seem that organized when it comes to checking cars out. I frequent this location monthly for our of town work related trips. Reserved a full-size sedan rental weeks ago. I reserve specific vehicles due to parking restrictions on base. I received a suv. Will now need to park off base and carpool in. I appreciate the "upgrade," but sometimes i just need what I reserved. They gave away the sedans to walk ins. Despite having some of those on reserve. I was completely misinformed by the representative here. I was told by the Enterprise representative that the insurance company would "cover the auto accident insurance for rentals for $24.99," and that the insurance company "pays $27," which made it sound like everything was included and fully covered. In reality, that wasn't true at all -- the $24.99 was an additional charge on top of the $27. I reserved a 12 passenger van over a 2 months ago and verified the reservation in person a week ago only to find out the day of pick up that the vans are on a recall. I asked when they were aware of this "recall" and was told it was recalled 3 days ago. I asked why I was not informed of this 3 days ago and was given a lame excuse of "we were going down the list". I contacted enterprise like Chris M said. They said they were going to notify management. But they still couldn't answer why they charged me a late fee drop off and still charged me for an extra day. Very disappointed with Chino Hills enterprise and now with customer service. Where has customer service gone? It's none existent now adays. I've been loyal to Enterprise rentals for 9 to 10 years. They used to offer weekend specials and customer service used to be great. I even bought a used car from Enterprise. But now their service is terrible. I rented a car for the weekend. When I arrived to my destination, the next morning I had a puddle of oil on the driveway. They gave me another car which I had to drive it the nearest Enterprise to get a left over vehicle. They had assured me they had a car comparable to what I had rented. Not quite. Anyway fast forward day of rental return, im running late so I call to see what to do, they told me they would charge me a late drop fee which was immediately deducted from my account before i even got off the phone. The next day after leaving the rental I check my account, they charged me a whole extra day plus a late drop off fee. I called and ask for a comp for the oil spill I have to have cleaned up, they comped me the extra day that I never had the vehicle. In total from original contract they gave me a $7.00 comp. I called back and ask them to do better they told me they couldn't. I'm not saying all enterprise are bad. I've had great experiences with some locations. If you're coming to rent a car, you're expecting Enterprise to basically give you a car, usually a newer car, expecting you to pay for its use and then return it. It's not free, it's not charity, they're a business not here to help you, and they actually do need you to at least KINDA demonstrate your ability to pay. Where am I going with this? IN OTHER WORDS, DON'T SHOW UP: -with no driver license -no credit card -a picture of someone else's credit card -a gift card -an IOU -your mommy or daddy on speaker phone promising to Venmo the payment -or a crappy attitude because YOU don't have your stuff together You think I'm kidding, but every time I come when it's busy, there is at least 30-40% of people not having the basics... just stop... Always a problem with this chino hills location. Cars are not clean, the cars are not maintained with regular maintenance. The staff changes all the time. What is said on the phone is different then when you arrive. I filed a complaint still no manager has reached out. Last tental was filled with smoke and they wanted to rent it out. Booked a rental last minute this past Friday and scheduled to pick it up at 4:30. It was super busy when I came and only one guy was handling all the guests but he kept his cool, was very professional and friendly, & assured everyone he would get to them quickly. I appreciate the communication. I did have to wait a while but it was no problem considering how many people were there. I booked the car for 3 days and only paid $130. I didn't add any additional coverage. We were hoping to get a Corolla but they said they were limited as to what cars were available so we opted for a Hyundai. Although a Hyundai is not our most favored option, it was still a do-able car, especially for the price that we were paying. The girl that helped me was also friendly and nice and told us to "have fun&be safe" before leaving for the trip.
