My experience with Enterprise in Corona have consistently been positive. The staff are friendly and professional. The cars are always clean, inside and out with a full tank of gas. The cars we've reserved online is exactly what we get when we pick the car up . There was one occasion when the reserved car was not available, however , they rectified it by giving us an upgrade . Pretty basic experience. This is the second time I have picked up a rental car from this Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Both times, my experience was pretty normal. I don't have any complaint really. This time though, the rental car I was given was dirty. Since I was in a hurry, I just took it and went on with my business. But that seemed like of lame. If you are renting a car, it should be clean. The inside was clean, just the window was dirty and there were water spots on the front windshield. I didn't have any other issues though. Customer service was really good. They got me in and out quickly. The autobody shop, arranged the pick-up and drop off for me. So that was nice. Less for me to worry about. Overall good service. No issues with the car mechanically. It served it's purpose. Just was a little dirty lol Oh also, the parking lots if hard to get in and out. It seems like an odd loft for a car rental place. The manager denied me my reservation when he asked about my address & when I told him we were staying at a hotel in LA (50mi away) was told that was not a local address & I had to show proof of being checked in to a local hotel. We explained to the manager that we drove into Corona via Semi Truck bc we were there working & wanted to spend 4th of July weekend in LA (bc as truck drivers we can rent cars & stay in hotels in our time off) but this was a foreign concept to them. I explained to them that even if our hotel was in LA we would have to come back to Corona regardless to pick up our semi truck, which is why it logistically made the most sense to rent the car right there in Corona -- they could not care less and still denied our reservation. I came in on Wednesday & was offered an Audi, even though we had requested an SUV or a mid-size SUV, but whatever, we didnt want to be difficult. we waited 2 hours for the car to get cleaned, just to be told that we couldn't take that car-- the manager, Jessica, was extremely rude & pushed blame onto the new guy with the glasses, who was actually super kind & helpful. she stuck us into a Hyundai Kona (which made a rattling noise) & let us know that I could come back and get into a larger vehicle... whatever, I call the next day (Thursday) & they say they have no cars & that they'll call me-- they never do. I call Friday morning & they say they can get me into a larger vehicle as long as I come right away. I'm put into a chevy equinox that REEKS of cigarettes. I come back (like I was told to do at 1pm) & Jessica gives us attitude, walks directly past us, refuses to address us after the first interaction, & is not understanding of the situation at all. They said they called a day before and left a voicemail, we told them there was no vm and we went back and forth that their team noted that they did, which was a lie. Business can improve by actually leaving voicemails or emails to avoid issues. They should also be responsible for calling other near by enterprises to see if they can fix the issue. read more

I want to preface by saying, I will never be returning to this location, or any Enterprise if I can help it again. I am a Costco member who normally books car rentals for pick-up at an airport which clearly makes all the difference in supply. But the difference in customer service that I experienced was WILD and not in a good way. I made an appointment weeks ahead, even confirmed a day prior when Melanie called to make it seem like an accommodation at least could be made IF my preferred vehicle was unavailable. But when I arrived a few minutes early for my 5 p.m. Thursday appointment, I ended up not leaving until 6 p.m. with a half ready vehicle that needed an oil change and was the 3rd option I was offered. Which did not include the Jeep Wrangler I had requested weeks ahead. I was told, "We just don't ever have the inventory it will say we do online. I am not sure why but thanks for understanding. " Nora initially helped me but by her means of "handling" the phones at my arrival, to her vomit of the mouth excuses and poor customer service, I should not have expected much. As I waited, the supposed sole and single Jeep Wrangler on the lot to offer was picked up by another customer which I guess I could only assume was booked prior to myself. But noted! Still waiting after declining an obnoxious Uber XL Suburban, I notice Nora decided to assist another customer. By that point I decided to control my irritation and I approached Melanie at the front desk. When I explained my wait time and situation, I really felt she met me with attitude which caught me off guard. It wasn't until I decided to pick up business cards of managers that I saw a level of give a damn and urgency to help me. A customer who should've already LEFT. Eventually I was put in a Jeep Grand Cherokee and she attempted to clean up her facial expression and service, which by that point was a waste but very much so apart of the service I paid for and I am sure Enterprise does. I asked for assistance with the radio set-up which she declined knowledge of nor did she even make an attempt. This actually remained an issue I dealt with my entire trip, Googling and all. I even had to put quite a bit of air in one of the tires and I did not go off-roading or do heavy driving. I dropped off the vehicle only a couple hours prior to my reserved time and the assistant manager Alejandro then tried to charge me for a day extra. I took my time to find my quoted price because I knew it was too high and wrong, which somehow clicked for him to then realize he made an error. Very, very unfortunate experience overall. read more

We received what I believe was the worse service today by both the rep placing us in the car and who I believe may have been the manager. Hard to say what their titles were as neither provided a name. Not only did they not have the luxury vehicle we reserved but then tried to charge extra for a luxury suv. After they tried to charge extra, they then stated the vehicles needed service when I demanded the free upgrade. EVERY step was a long process... their attitude was one that they could truly care less if we rented a vehicle or not and they could care even less if we were happy customers. I'm in shock on the crap service received! I should also mention that this reservation was made via the Farmers Corporate Acct. Came on 9/19 to pick up a rental due to insurance claim. They put me in a Ford mustang convertible, which is not acceptable to me or similar to the premium trim level of Nissan maxima or similar. Since I am having this vehicle for more than a month until my vehicle is repaired I would like something that is not a convertible and not a 2 door. My insurance said I could get something similar to my vehicle and this was not it. Nothing else was available at the time. I called and spoke to Nolan the manager on 9/20 who put me on hold and never came back. I called back and then they said Nolan was out of the office. CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINT ENTERPRISE On September 6th from 11:45am - 12:30pm 3 employees committed two acts that disappointed me. One customer walked in and expressed to the employees that he had been to two places and was informed that a vehicle had been available, however, upon arriving it was not available. To the employee's and the customer's credibility the Enterprise system that shows vehicles as available were actually not available once he arrived. The employee raised his voice and informed the customer that the system takes 24 hours to update. The customer had been to two different locations and his frustration was palpable. In another instance one of the employees could not control his emotions when someone hung up on him. He aggressively hung up the phone and said, "fuck". This is not consistent with the standards of customer service and professionalism. I recommend the retraining of all employees as no one corrected him. read more

Customer Service - in a time when it alone will distinguish companies that survive and those that do not - is zero, dead zero. Just to reiterate my original review briefly. I rented a certain class of car. I got a lower class for my rental. I complained to the manager, I got no response. I complained when I dropped the car off, I got blown off. As a travel agent that is registered with Enterprise and a consumer who is utilizing this branch, as my vehicle is repaired; hands down the worst experience I've ever had with this company. To start I was approved for A luxury vehicle through insurance as, that is the type of vehicle that I own. They provided me the most raggedy convertible mustang ever. I was supposed to be contacted when they were able to provide the vehicle I'm supposed to have and crickets. This vehicle has maintenance lights on, the key battery is low and the windows don't roll up all the way. The seat buzzes when you turn on the heater on. Now let's talk about customer service, or lack thereof. No accountability, no follow-up or follow through. Lauren was rude on the phone, lacks problem solving ability and professionalism. The manager Alex, absolutely no accountability at all, only excuses regarding why the upgrade still hasn't happened. I've been in this rental almost 3 weeks. Do yourself a favor and use the Chino Hills branch , I've used them for years without incident. Although now I'm not sure if I ever want to deal with Enterprise again, nor recommend them to clients in the future. Sad. read more
