Surprised at the reviews for this rental location, because I had a great experience. Jeff, the manager, helped with my check in and check out and he was amazing on both encounters. He is kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. The car insurance initially approved a sedan sized vehicle, but he informed me that they should provide a vehicle of a similar size. I reached out to the adjuster and got approved for an upgrade! My son was with me both times and Jeff was friendly to him as well. I would not hesitate to come here again. Ok, I've had bad experiences with enterprise lately, so they gave me some plus points and I decided to give them another shot. First off, I know maybe this isn't the job you had envisioned for yourself, or the career, but you should treat the job you have like the job you've wanted. That being said, I asked this young long haired guy about his rental vehicles, he said we don't have any. When will you get some. "I do t know " Do you think I can use my points they gave me? "I dont know, I don't know how to use them. "Just go online and order your car" or van" Right here is where Ai will take over people's jobs. #1 rule in customer service is never say "I don't know" Let me find out for you. Having a rental is almost always a headache, and my car was going to be in the shop for two weeks. I needed a vehicle equivalent to or bigger than my 4Runner. The Enterprise location closest to my house didn't have anything available, so I started calling around. When I called this location, Tiffany answered and took care of everything. Arrived at the rental office about a half hour after our reservation appointment time. There was no minivan available for us, which is what we reserved. Waited for half an hour while the gentleman at the desk called other enterprise Rent-A-Car to look for an available minivan. Finally found one in Redlands, which was a 35 minute drive away from where we were. We drove the 35 minutes, then waited another half an hour in the Redlands enterprise Rent-A-Car. Finally, we received the minivan, which was not very clean on the inside and quite dirty on the outside. We then had to drive all the way back to our home near the original location putting our trip 2 1/2 hours behind schedule. So far that has disrupted our travel plans and sleep schedule. Today at about 4pm Feb 25, 2025, I was denied rental because the mgr found me rude. I was complaining of her customer service or lack thereof. I waited for over an hour and a half for a pickup. I was promised a window but when the pickup didn't come I called. I was told another 30 mins. Never came so I called. Was told driver called me but my phone didn't pick it up. Driver didn't show up in front of the business but rather probably just on the road. Business entrance and waiting area does not face the road but rather a very long driveway. Never saw the driver. I told the lady I could've walked 10 mins and would've been there. She replied well are you gonna walk? It's not my fault you didn't answer the call. I walked instead which I tried to avoid coz I was in full military uniform. When I got there the lady was not apologetic at all and made me felt it's my privilege to be served. She told me a car Nissan rogue is available and if it's ok with me. Asked her if there is a Toyota or Ford. She said a Mazda is available but will take about 30 mins to get ready. I told her I was already there and waited over an hour. She felt my disappointment and told me she doesn't have to rent to me. Told me to go to a different location. Told her well so much for customer service. She was very unprofessional and no charm at all. Told her that's blackmail. I was already there and now she is refusing to rent. I said again so much for customer service. I sat down. And she helped her next customer who seemed to be a regular. She told him she was recently promoted like within ear shot of me. I was thinking I wonder how. I left the store and got another rental from Norco. They have much better personnel and customer service. Told them my ordeal and apologized for what happened to me. First time ever refused service. No empathy and no customer service from this location. Maybe this newly promoted staff was having a bad day and won't give me time of day of my frustration of waiting over an hour, missing the call, driver not showing up for customer to see them and me walking instead after over an hour of waiting 7 mins from their location. I had a good experience with this location. Someone hit me and I needed to get my car fixed at caliber collision whom enterprise has a relationship with. So someone from enterprise can pick you up and drop you off at Caliber. When I called, usually someone picked up the phone quickly and was able to answer my questions. Never had to wait long. Backstory --- My 2016 Ford Explorer was disabled over the holiday week. My insurance assigned my rental car to be out of enterprise rent a-car. I had seen the day before that my insurance company assigned me a full size vehicle (Toyota Camry or similar) which was not going to cut it since I have 3 kids under 3 years old that sit in car seats. No way that would fit in the back seat. So I spoke with both my insurance and the 877# for Enterprise about this complication. My insurance was unyielding and jerks even though I have full coverage and have been a customer for 12 years with a spotless record. The Enterprise was more helpful/had empathy and stated the manager at the location could make things work and to just let them know my concerns when I arrived and they would note it in my reservation. Today --- I get to the location around noon. OMG were they busy and it did take about 30 minutes just from signing in, sitting down, and waiting for car assignment. Before they bring my car out I hear one of the men, who identified as a manager, state I would be getting they Toyota Camry as he stepped out to get it. I pop up and tell the female front desk attendant there has been a mistake, tell her about my process yesterday and about the 3 car seat problem. The female informs the male who bottom line says there is no way they can change me to a bigger car, the business cannot work with me on any kind of upgrade because it was already on an insurance discount and could not get doubled with an upgrade discount or he would be fired. Super devastating since I felt like I had fought this battle yesterday already. Not gonna lie, I started to wallow in a pity party and had to step out, because now I don't know how myself and my babies are going to function with a car we can't even travel in. It was a bitter pill. Enter hero ---- I come back in, defeated, and tell a new guy behind the counter that I'm ready for the car. I probably looked a wreck. The guy, discovered to be Pablo the manager, asked me if I was okay and if there was anything he could do. I was almost dismissive at this point, thinking what can you do for me? This business and my insurance don't care about my problem. But BAM! Human decency rises up!! Pablo states without hesitation, without having to check with anyone, that he will find me a bigger car to accommodate my kids, that he will make it happen. Within 10-15 minutes tops I'm rolling out in a car that can fit everyone. To anyone of power at Enterprise please give Pablo a raise, a promotion, something!!! After having a bad experience at another rental company I found this gem of a place! Because it's a small office there can be wait times so do not go in a rush but the customer service I've received from Both Chris and Tahir always puts a smile on my face. They actually care about your experience and when in a crunch they offer pick up and drop off services. There's a new person as well, she is also very friendly and keeps us informed while waiting to be served. Keep up the great work guys! This is an office you should be proud of, Enterprise. My wife and I have been renting cars from Enterprise for a long time and have probably spent well over $10,000 in rentals in total. We always go to the Magnolia location because they have 5 star service. Unfortunately the Enterprise company is below 1 star. I unfortunately left a very expensive psi of glasses ($400) and a transponder ($300) in a rental car. I called within 24 hours and the car had not yet been rented. No one would help me or my wife though we called over 6 times, visited the site where the car was parked on several occasions and even spoke with Customer Service. They pretended to care but did nothing either. I never received any assistance in recovering important and valuable property. Almost uniformly Enterprise personnel couldn't care less about us as customers. Consequently we will never rent from Enterprise again and we recommend to anyone that they shouldn't either. They don't deserve your business and they don't care about you the customer. #boycott-enterprise. read more

Terrible service all around today. I called yesterday and spoke with Tasha. She confirmed she would have a car the next day for pick up. I called this morning at 8am and spoke with Tasha again. After confirming she had several cars to chose from and that they would be ready, I set up a pick up spot at 9:30am. I show up and speak with Melony. Again, I was assured they had plenty of cars. I signed paperwork and when taken to the lot, they tried to get me into a Lexus, knowing I already said I didn't want to pay more than the insurance covered. They still tried to get me to chose a car where I would pay more. Once I declined, they mentioned they didn't have a car ready but had 2 options, they just needed to wash and clean them! Not knowing we could have gone to any enterprise, we would NOT have gone to this location. I dropped my husband off to get a car and he was told he would wait about 20 minutes. My husband waited more than 2 hours to get a vehicle. Celine, the woman working with him that day (but is now at a different branch) was very apologetic and told my husband that he would get upgraded to a truck with no extra charge as well as covering the damage waiver. Kyle called us and told us we owe almost $500 for damage insurance. He refused to accommodate us and forced us to pay. I'm being generous and giving two stars because the poor girl working here has a cold or something and she is trying her best. Unfortunately, her best didn't cut it. I reserved a car online at a specific time at this specific location because it was convenient. Turned out not to be so convenient in the end. We had to wait a long time before we were even helped. When we were finally acknowledged, we were told they didn't have a car for us because I didn't call ahead. Really? So my reservation was for....? She asked if we would mind picking up a car in Corona. I told her it was not convenient and that if I had to I would but I would never rent from Enterprise again. She told me again that it was because I didn't call ahead which is what her manager told her I would do. I had called the day before and asked how late I could cancel my reservation and what I ACTUALLY said to the manager was if I wanted to CANCEL I would call by 6 on Friday. I understand that miscommunications happen, but since when is it right to shift blame to the customer? The miscommunication happened between THEM. I had nothing to do with it. I made reservations for a 7 seater premium SUV on August 23 for pick up on September 2 for Labor Day weekend. We get there and supposedly the car they had for us just got into an accident. Mind you I heard them telling 2 other customers over the phone the same thing about how they had the driver take it across to get washed and they got hit and got into a really bad accident. Like at this point it sounds like bs and they just love the line to not make people upset for their screwup. Literally another customer walks in for his rental and they told him the exact same thing. I told that customer they told us the same thing. The audacity of these people. They only had a Ford Flex they could offer us which I did not want because I had reservations for a premium suv Tahoe or something similar. The person helping us said they were calling around and to see if they can get us a vehicle, it is a Friday we are getting ready for our trip we did not want to be late waiting around, but we did for about 35 mins. In the end the person who helped us said he can only offer the Ford Flex to us so I asked for a price adjustment because I am not going to pay the same amount of money for a different car that is not a full sized SUV. I was already upset at the fact that they did not reach out to let us know they said it just happened 15 mins ago. It doesn't take 15 mins to make a phone call. Let me make this clear it doesn't take a genius to figure out a busy holiday weekend schedule as a business, a reputable car company at that, and they had a lot of 7 seater reservations to where they should've had plenty ready for their customers. I felt I was not being accommodated for waiting around, and not being offered anything for the inconvenience. This was my first time dealing with this enterprise and I couldn't have asked for a better team to help out my rotten morning. Came in without reservation, luckily there was one car available in front of the shop. Waited for about 20 minutes while car was washed and vacuumed. Price was at about 80$/day with full insurance. Car was new, clean and with full tank. The only reason for not giving a five star review is their working hours. On Saturday they work from 9am - 12am, Sunday closed and untill 6pm during the week. They do offer to return the car to another nearby location with longer hours, but it seemed inconvenient for me because of the longer distance to my hotel. They also gave me a complimentary ride to a nearby location where i was late for a meeting, so I'm happy with the service at the end and would recommend them and will take them again while in Riverside. read more
