We stopped renting from this location due to multiple slip ups. But the last time we had a reservation, we showed up 30 minutes early only for them to tell us they didn't have a single car for us. And that all the cars were taken by corporate for some reason. We went to another location and they had no idea what that was. They also have given us cars without checking tire pressure or oil maintenance. read more

Long overdue review. Towards the end of 2022 and for the first couple weeks of 2023, my car had to be sent to the mechanic with no real idea of what was wrong and how long it was going to take. I foolishly hoped on copium that I would get my car back after a week, but alas, it was not so! DEFINITELY download the app. Makes it much easier to track the points that you have and you have access to your rental number and if you have to extend or adjust the time of return (which I had to do like 3 times), it makes it a bit easier to do so. You still are provided with a number to call and I'm an extremely phone call adverse person, but customer service was really helpful and easy to work with. I had to submit a $300 deposit, but it was all returned in a couple business days after the car was returned. I booked their Mitsubishi Mirage since it was the cheapest car available. It's a small, compact car, but I LOVED IT! Everything was clean and they showed me the car's gas tank levels, opened up all the compartments, showed me the spare tire, and all of the features of the car. Everything was explained to me in understandable layman terms and I was never pressured at any moment to get any of their optional add-ons, they were just suggested to me. I believe it was Brittany who helped me. I am really awful with names unfortunately, but it was a female worker with glasses on. She was super helpful, bubbly, and kind. Great experience overall and I had no issues with the return process either. I was in and out for both instances in less than 15 minutes each. Fingers crossed that I would never have to rent a car again since mine got destroyed, but if it does have to happen, I'll be sure to book at this Enterprise! read more

07- 06 thru 07-08 rental---- PS: Don't rent the new Dodge Dart. Eats gas, you feel every bump in the road. The driver's seat is extremely uncomfortable for my long ride. The driver's side air conditioning vent...you cannot turn anymore to the right because factory specs don't allow it. So your right cheek freezes on high. And if you turn it down, the car gets hot. Try going across the desert in 107 degrees having to deal with that. Also I'm short and kept hitting my head getting in and out of this car....no bueno.. _________________________________________________ But their staff is usually pretty good. I love this Enterprise They are always friendly and they seem to have a little to much information on you.. Once you rent a car from them, they have all the info on you. Horrible selection of cars made a reservation and was put in a tiny Mazda miata that was dirty inside and out the guy was nice and said let me wash it for you and just sprayed water on it and said good to go. I return later for another car this time decent car still dirty inside and out? thought cars were sanitized and cleaned? So I return for my third car and again dirty but I expect that at this point no sanitation or anything I ended spending around 1300$ for dirty cars and to top everything off I was charged for a gallon of gas that suddenly was short when I returned why didn't he say anything instead of just a hidden charge? was my 1300$ not enough? bad service would never return to this location. read more

If you need roadside assistance be ready to wait for hours. I called 4 times to see where the tow truck was at and there eta. Each time they told me an hour I have been here for four hours waiting for help. It's not like I got things to do for the rest of my day. It's going on for hour 5 now and just got a text that they'll be sending someone out but will take another hour to get here. All the customers service people say "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" No an inconvenience is an hour or two this is a waste of my time on a car that I'm renting while my car is getting fixed. Terrible, absolutely TERRIBLE. At the end of my rental this branch charged me $160.12 on my statement. I rented a car through insurance and Enterprise claimed that they spoke to me and that they said that I was made aware the vehicle I rented was over the $35 rate. The reality is- they never told me the rate. They just had me sign sign and sign and let insurance take care of it. My insurance policy covers UP TO $35/day, so they found a car that exceeded the $35 rate, which is very sketchy. Coverage per day of $35 and rate exceeding $35 are two completely different things. If you already knew my policy coverage through my insurance who communicated with you then you would've sought for a rate that's like $20 or $25. Instead, they intentionally look for one that closely surpasses $35 which sounds like they're trying to get your money. I've called them a couple of times during the beginning of my repair phase to confirm with them that if insurance would cover it and they said yes- but not to the full extent. Additionally, when you sign things/contracts on the tablet, make sure you are signing it inside an office or underneath a shade so you know what you are reading. And read each detail carefully. Ask them all the questions before signing. Make it hard for them if they want to earn your business. They'll have you inspect the car to see if there are any scratches and damages, then interrupt you with questions, and then you sign things on the tablet outdoors. The car was pretty crappy-- I got the Nissan Kicks and the speed was so slow and bad that I literally had to press on the gas pedal with lots of effort just to accelerate to freeway speeds. I have no idea how sanitized the car was but I found a lot of stains but I guess it comes with the rental. My insurance spoke to two managers at this branch to see if they can get this waived but they refused. So I am going to leave a 1 star review. I want potential renters to be aware of what they're getting into. Left a sour taste in my mouth. Go with Turo folks, it's much cheaper. read more

I got a call today telling me of an over due balance, my cards were declining. Once i was made aware of the issue i told them i would be going in that day to make a payment of what i owed. An hour later i get another call which i wasn't able to answer but they left a voicemail telling me that i had a high balance and that i needed to get in touch with them within an hour or two ( i called back within 20 minutes). I was put on hold ( for ten minutes) and while im on hold another one of their employees is texting me telling me that i need to return the car and update the balance before the car is reported stolen. All of this happening when i had already spoken to one of their employees, i at no point ignored or avoided the matter on the contrary i told them i would be in today to make that payment yet i continued to be harrased . read more

Pebbles is THE BEST. State Farm Sent me to her location without an appointment. There were no available cars. She was on the phone with multiple other locations trying to find me one. Even drove me 20 mins away to get one. Then kept on the lookout && called me when a smaller car (what my insurance paid for) was available. She was so sweet && professional && knowledgeable. I booked in advance online but it still took a while to get a vehicle because the first car they were supposed to give me needed an oil change apparently. Then the second car was dirty and needed to be cleaned, took like another 15 mins to clean but the inside was still kinda dirty when I got it... Anyway, overall it is an okay place to get a rental. I rent from this location pretty much every month. The assistant manager and the service team always provide great service, even if there is a huge line of people. Sometimes we are subject to delays and other issues beyond the control of the employees there, and that is ok(people often forget this and love to complain, but the team always seems able to deal with any issues that arise) I love this shop, and prefer it to using an airport,and will continue to use them for my rental needs. read more

Not Sure If It Was Because The Insurance Was Picking Up The Tab Or Because They Where In A Hurry. Last Time We Rented ... They Did The Same Thing. They Didn't Let Us Choose A Car From The Options They Had. They Kinda Just Throw You In A Car. I Own A Honda, So I Wanted To Rent Something Along The Lines Of A Honda, Perhaps A Honda, Toyota, Nissan ... Something Small, Light And Sedan Size. They Gave Me A Dodger Charger, Which Took Some Time Getting Use To It. It's A Lot Bigger And Heavier. But I Adjusted Within 2-3 Days. Any Ways, Upset They Don't Have Manual Transmission, They Only Have Automatics. Seems Like Stick Shift Cars Are Dying Off. Sometimes it's how you recover from a bad start of a customer interaction that is more important than anything else. This was the case for my rental. I wasn't having the best of days and struggled to get to the place before it closed. My stress level was at an all time high and the apathy from the store on the phone to accommodate anything to help, added to my frustration. When I got there this was sensed and overheard by the store manager and he immediately stepped in to make it right. Even the next day when I was a little late to turn in the vehicle he was understanding and stepped in to make the experience better. If I could choose zero stars I would. I reserved a car rental for pick up today at 5pm for my grandparents. Unfortunately I was not able to go with them to pick up the vehicle. They were dropped off and when they went to the front desk, they were asked for their passports. They have a valid drivers license from Puerto Rico. The woman would not take the drivers license at all. My grandmother was in the process of renewing her California drivers license, and had the paperwork present with her. The woman refused to even look. She would not even look up their rental history. They do have history from other locations as well! This woman did not want to lift a finger. She kept saying that the Drivers license from Puerto Rico is an international license and that you need a passport to go and come from Puerto Rico. I guess she is that uneducated because anyone knows that Puerto Rico is part of the U.S. Or maybe she is just one of those lazy employees who doesn't know a thing about customer service. I combed through their policy before reserving the rental and it does NOT say anything about any specific licenses that are excluded. Had I known about the reputation of this enterprise location, I would have never reserved a car for pick up here. This is by far the worst location!! I recommend not renting from here. However, I would recommend going to the Budget in Monrovia Much better service, and they accepted a Puerto Rico license with no issues. read more

Not happy whatsoever. Got a warranty rental on a Monday that covers 7 days so enterprise told me to return rental on the next Monday. Warranty covers 7 calendar days , not business days. My fault for trusting them as well, especially when they said they would communicate whether or not warranty would approve coverage and I would get my deposit back. Fast forward, I come to find out enterprise charged for an extra day and closed the account so when I called warranty insurance asking for assistance they said they can't do anything because the employees closed my invoice already. I shouldn't have to play phone tag back and forth to try and figure out a problem that can't even be solved because enterprise took advantage of their customers. read more

They told me they only had one car available at the time of my reservation so I took it. They didn't warn me that the max speed on that car is 80mph. I was next to an 18 wheeler on the freeway and it was high winds. I tried to speed away from the truck because it was jerking towards me and it would've been more dangerous to brake at that speed and as I pressed the gas to avoid an accident. the car pressed the brakes automatically instead because the max allowed speed programmed on the car is 80. The car taking control without warning is super dangerous for the driver and it's passengers. That feature does not benefit the driver it only benefits the company. The least thing they could've done is warn me so I am prepared. I called them to let them know my concerns and they told me I can switch out the car "hassle free" anywhere else there is an enterprise. I called 10 different enterprise and all said they had nothing available at that time. I was stuck with this car that had more control over me than I had on it. Felt like I was driving a remote controlled paper maché car that I was not controlling. At the end they didn't even give me a sincere apology but a 10% off. Awful business. read more
