The employees at this location wasted my time pushing me to the side while talking with others for over 30 minutes about small talk. while I was waiting a long period of time after being mistreated , I was unable to pick up the vehicle because both manager and employee refused to complete my transaction and told me to leave they don't want to do business with me. I didn't appreciate having been treated and stressed out in such a way because the issue was me not having enough emergency contacts of mine information to be provided. my identification and payment source was prepared as I had plans to attend too, the manager went on and lied to me while having a conversation with another person and making me feel un imporant in the store in front of the crowed busy talking with them, as I asked to please complete my transaction he stated if I couldn't give him another emergency contact that I would need to leave the store and Online I have not came across any sort of issues, or dealt with such question because it's not policy to have multiple emergency contacts. They both took it to far when they asked me to leave for not having that and as I was humiliated I did not leave with out being stressed out and a raise of my voice which made me feel like I was debating to get a vehicle I had walked into the establishment for but they wanted to feel like the winners, telling me multiple times to leave we don't want your business (but that's not up to them). This was unjust treatment they stressed me and I felt attack by both of them due to my independence and I was treated very poorly by a man who claimed he was the manager, that is not how a manager should treat customers, a manger finds solutions and deflates not become haughty and arrogant of this corporation and as a Consumer I was very degraded in front of others by the manager and his employee And costumer who got better treatment just for hanging around having conversations. and delayed all my plans. He felt entitled. that's not the type of attitude corporate company's should hire to take initiative with new customers, making me feel I was the problem over a missing second which I told him was not online, but he unprofessional kept saying he will get into trouble but as I did look at the requirements before going into the enterprise this is not a requirement showed online and it has nothing to do with the full responsibility the driver is taking when completing the contract. And I hope and pray they don't get away with there treatment towards me and destroying my plans and transactions and calling me lose underneath there nose maybe because I didn't look the pare to him. This is literally a horrible experience and I do hope he loses his position in seniority because not everyone has to be on his good side to receive services as if doing business is war and complicated. read more

Very nice customer service! Excellent prices and a staff that is very well trained to help its customers. The cars are in great shape and smell pretty, good. There are Vans at this location and the staff was very helpful in getting me a van in an appropriate time. When I returned the van, staff was very friendly and courteous. I received a rental for two days and the car broke down on the second day I called for a tow truck and another rental and they canceled it without notifying me. After waiting for an hour I called them back. They told me the rental and tow was canceled because they insert the wrong information. They set up another rental and tow and I was waiting for another hour and they cancelled that one due to their negligence in putting in the wrong information again. The third time I called to reschedule again and that was also canceled. When I received the vehicle there was no windshield wiper fluid in it. The car turned off and wouldn't start back & over heated do To not having Any coolant in it. It was 5:30 PM at the time. I began to pour fluid in the vehicle noticing it was bone dry!!! And it ran straight through as if there were an hole !!!! After the third time I finally received a call saying that it was canceled again.!!!!! At least they finally called me this time to let me know that it was canceled. I was being told that I had to wait another hour. At this time it was 7:30 PM. I'm eight months pregnant and it's freezing outside. I had to wait in the cold for a rental and a tow.I finally decided to catch a ride to the airport for another rental instead of waiting another hour. Enterprise Dearborn have to worst cars ever. Communication with Customer service in regards to a tow and another rental was horrible if I could give them a -5 stars I would I'm so disappointed. Never again will I rent from them nor will I recommend them to anyone. Ever. read more

Searching for a last minute car for a trip out of town. I go on Priceline , it shows me that this location has an economy car that will be a total of $121 I'm like great!! I make the reservations from 11/2 at 11:30am- 11/4 7pm. My 1st indication that this may be a bad choice is when I arrived at the location ALL THEY HAVE ARE MINI VANS!! Not my 1st choice, but I'm ok with it. The young lady gives me my contract and tells me that the total would be $84 dollars. My wife and I are like "are you sure?" Yep $84. I'm like cool. I was informed to drop the car off in the lot across the street and place the keys in the drop box. So then I run into 1st World problems; no Bluetooth , no phone connection and I didn't bring an aux cord. I go on my trip, return to the rental location earlier than I had anticipated. I park the car, and drop the keys in the Dropbox . I receive my bill for the rental and they charged me the original fee of $121 plus tax and fees. I called for an explanation and was told that the car was supposed to be back by 11:30 am. To my surprise when I looked at my receipt the return time was 11:30am. The manager could not tell me why my original request had been altered. She saw my original request online but couldn't tell me why it was altered to reflect the return time being 11:30am. She also stated that the young lady that had assisted me had made SEVERAL notes that she told me that the car had to be returned by 11:30. NEVER HAPPENED!! Now to be transparent the manager informed me that I had signed the contract for a 11:30 return. To my amazement I had. I had to rent a car from enterprise through an insurance claim and there was a mix up and a car wouldn't have been available to me until 2pm, however Justin did some moving around and was able to get me one by 11am. Great customer service! read more

The one star is for the staff being nice at least. Arrived at 805 had a reservation but had to wait 20+ minutes while they "cleaned" a car. Only to get in the vehicle and it's on empty. My only request was a vehicle that did not smell of smoke. I am driving a mobile ashtray with 36k on it wth. Never again. read more

I got into a fender bender in the parking structure at work. Someone backed into me - ugh! Once I decided to go ahead and submit a claim with my insurance company I contacted Enterprise to set up an appointment for me to rent a car--afterall, I have to go to work so I can pay my bills! Enterprise was very polite and absolutely wonderful over the telephone and have perfect phone manners. When I took my car into the auto collision shop I called Enterprise and they told me to give them about 15-20 minutes. Well, true to their word 15 minutes later someone from Enterprise was there to pick me up and drove me to their office where my rental car was waiting for me. Went into the office and signed a few forms, checked out the car, and they even waived whatever my car insurance wasn't paying -- which is always a plus! Possibly it took a total of 10 minutes. I was expecting to be late to work, but because of their expedient service I was on time. The very next day they called me at work to see if I was pleased and to let them know if I had incurred any problems with the car or with anyone in their office. Everything was splended. Upon returning the car I had no problems. It took a total of 5 minutes and I was out of there! They drove me to the collision shop where I got MY car back! read more

Car was dirty in the inside. The steering wheel, center armrest, door armrest & handles were all sticky. I had to clean it myself with several Clorox wipes that turned black after I was done. Inside windshield was also dirty. The car smelled of smoke even though they used some sort of air freshener to try to cover it up. When I turned the car in I told the girl about how dirty the inside was & that I had to clean it and she didn't say a damn thing about it. She could have cared less. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had with car rental. I booked the rental on Hotwire but I called what I thought was the location number to verify all the details. I specifically asked how much the deposit was going to be and was told $200, I verified the total price of the rental and insurance and was told the 2 day rental fee was $57.65 ($26 per day plus taxes) and the insurance would be $9 a day but that we would have to pay $27 (???, its a 2 day rental why $27, his answer was "I dont know why thats just what the computer was telling him!!!) I asked what we needed to bring and was told the primary drivers (my boyfriend) ID and obviously the debit card in the primary drivers name. Everything seemed just fine. Today we went to the location to pick up the car, and it was horrible. I had my email confirmation and my boyfriend had his id n card ready, so then the agent Jeff (who is also the manager) asked for paystubs and a utility bill in my boyfriends name, which we didnt have because nobody told us to bring it. We could have ran home n grabbed a paystub but the utility bills are in my name. They wouldnt have accepted our lease or anything else that would have satisfied the requirements. Had we been told that we needed these things when I called to verify it I could have made arrangements for my dad to get the car and add my boyfriend as a driver. But even though we had everything but a utility bill we were unable to get the car. On top of this even if we had been able to get the car because the debit card is a "payroll debit card" instead of a "bank debit card" the deposit would have to be $400 instead of $200, which we could not do. I told the agent (Jeff) that I had called what I thought was location to verify and was not told any of this even though I specifically asked. He told me that even though the agent I spoke with on the phone said he was at the location he in fact was not and there was nothing they could do. So we had to frantically arrange other driving arrangements (which fortunately we could) for our daughters birthday/Fathers Day weekend driving across the state of Michigan!! Will never go through Enterprise again. read more
