    Honestly best place to buy a car from. I've had my car for 3 years it's running like new you can trust them promise you that.

I was running behind so I contacted the rental place to inform them I would be late to picking up the car. The associate informed me that they didn't have any cars, available for my reservation .I then asked were you going to contact me since it was past 10:45am . She said yes , I'm thinking to myself oh when I get to your place you would let me know then. She acted as she could care less , she showed no remorse of the predicament she had put me in this put me in. Not even a Sorry. Customer Service is key but, not at this Enterprise location at 24600 Plymouth rd . I will let my friends and family know my experience as well .

Everything seemed fine at first--they even handed me the keys. Then suddenly, the employee said "oops" and asked me to wait. After about five minutes, they came back and told me there was an issue with the car. I don't understand why this wasn't checked before taking my money and confirming my reservation. Because of this, I ended up without a car, even though I had already paid. To make things worse, I was still charged $500, which I now have to wait 24 hours to get refunded. Since I still needed a vehicle, I had to go to another rental company and pay another $500 out of pocket. Overall, very unprofessional. Poor communication, lack of preparation, and a stressful, inconvenient experience. I would not recommend

    Absolutely disgusting office and disgraceful customer service at the Plymouth Road location. The…read moreditzy "Manager" Colette is on some kind of power trip. She didn't follow company policy, completely lied when I asked her about it, saying she was the MANAGER. When I pulled her business card and corrected her and said "Assistant Manager", she replied "we actually won't be able to get you going today". She was likely embarrassed I corrected in front of her employees and trainees because I asked for the Manager not the Assistant. This chick doesn't know the first thing about customer service and is completely out of her league trying to run this office. She should pick a different career path, one that is not dealing with the public if she wants to be successful in life. The actual Manager, Drew is a total failure in command and probably has a thing for the bimbo assistant manager since he refused to let me speak on the phone when to explain the absurdity of her actions by reserving a specific vehicle for a customer who she called and promised a car. Enterprise is NOT supposed to do this. I had a legit reservation, a form of payment on record, I was there in person to pick up at the counter and not to mention a corporate account with a 10+ year history of frequent rentals with Enterprise. Colette blatantly went against company policy then,had the audacity to block me by refusing service when I called her out on it. She literally had to call an uber when an alternate vehicle was present on the lot because she said I raised my voice. Which I absolutely did AFTER she told me I would be stranded at there filthy office because she didn't like being corrected. When trying to get the matter resolved with the actual Manager, Drew said it didn't matter what the issue was he was going to take his employees side and back her. Which as a business owner, I could almost respect if the guy wasn't a total joke yelling over me on the phone and refusing the most basic of common decency. This place will never see me or my employees again as a result of their total nonsense and lack of credibility-- unless these two morons are relocated. Colette and Drew are laughable at best and should be forced to wear clown noses to warn customers of what they will get when dealing with them. However, Keith (detailer) and Grace (trainee) were both extremely pleasant and friendly in spite of their "superiors" demonstrating the absolute worst possible customer service I've ever experienced. It's quite funny how a little bit of "power" turns low IQ people into monsters who think they are above the rest of us. Grow up Colette, you have a lot to learn in the real world sweetie! And Drew, you truly make me laugh bud, you're very transparent and I only wish I had seen you in person so I could put a face to the squeaky mouse voice behind your girlfriend's phone. Gross!!! 0 -10 do NOT or recommend!

I was assured the vehicle was Completely gone throughout and mechanical Good . I get there after a 4 hour drive to find the truck leaking oil and covered underneath. They say sorry and brought it in the shop. I showed their mechanic and he agreed pan and seals $4-5k repair. I told them I was not happy about being lied to and was assured the truck was an accident and slipped through. I leave and not even 40 min later after leaving that truck was back out front for sale just Completely cleaned off underneath. I go back and called them out and asked why it was for sale after knowing its going to need $4-5k in repairs needed. I Get told to make it right they will take $500 of for me and then I should buy the truck and wait 30 days or so and make a warranty claim (mind you the warranty is $5k) mind you its a pre existing issue not new. Which you can get in trouble for fraud by doing so. But they will walk you through it as they tried to do for me. THIS PLACE IS COMPLETELY BS. I got the audio recording of the event which will be made public soon and sending to attorney General and to the extended Warranty company about the fraud they are committing.

We took the car as it wasn't a big deal to us. We returned the car with no apparent issues only to receive a large bill charging us for the pre-existing damage. I have emailed Sixt with pictures of the windshield chips and dent with no response ever. I have also had the phone run around on multiple occasions. I have since read about them and have found out this has been an issue or many others resulting in a prior class action lawsuit. Rent from anyone but Sixt.

The reservation was from Milan to Venice. Our plan was to drive to Lake Como and then to the Dolomites and return the vehicle in Venice. It took a long time to pick up the car in Milan but once rented everything went smoothly until we got a flat tire in Menaggio on Lake Como. We were to be in the area from Sunday thru Wednesday. The flat happened on Monday AM. We notified Sixt of the flat. They offered to send someone to change the tire to the spare. Unfortunately it was not a full tire but only a temp that you are not to drive on long distance. There was some discussion about turning the car in at Lugano, but they couldn't confirm a car. They would assure us that they would call us with a plan but never did. When we called them and they assured us that the issue would be marked URGENT and call within 24 hours. (NOT very urgent). Actually they never called..... We went and tried to change the tire ourselves, when we discovered the inflator was not in the vehicile. ONLY the spare tire. Fortunately a local man stopped and was able to inflate the spare, go with my son to a local business, where the tire was repaired and we were able to complete our trip, through the mountains of northern Italy and on to Venice. NOT RESPONSIVE TO OUR SITUATION - NEVER CALLED BACK. VEHICLE WAS NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED AND PROPERLY STOCKED. We lost a full morning of our vacation but were able to safely complete our trip despite the service or lack thereof from SIXT. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SIXT!!
