Got a rental due to car accident, 5 minutes after hanging up with Insurance claim adjuster an Enterprise rep called me to let me know I had a reservation, and to ask when I would like to pick up the car. When dropping off the car I thought it was gonna take long because there was a lot of people waiting, but to my surprise did not take me more than 5 minutes to check out. To my surprise I left my wallet at home, 20 miles away. I was picking up a rental car. My insurance company referred me to this place. They refused to accept a photo front and back of my drivers license on my phone. The office manager accused me of fraud. They forced me to go to the DMV to print out proof that my license was valid. The degree of inconvenience cannot be measured in words. The DMV!!? My insurance company sent them everything required to rent a car. They treated me so poorly that I felt discriminated against. I couldn't believe that even with the detailed information they received from my insurance company they treated me as though I was a criminal. Unfortunately, I will never utilize this location again, unless the manager is replaced. I recommend the Enterprise on 7651 Firestone Boulevard. The staff at that location is courteous and the manager is not a racist and rude individual who lacks empathy for other people. read more

Dropped off the car yesterday and what i initially saw was just one female agent taking care of the entire office full of customers. She was doing it with speedy, a friendly smile and great attitude! Sorry I do not have her name. Dealt with Stephen initially and he was super helpful. Great, clean car. This rental was necessary due to a car collision. As far as rates, I think the rate was very fair considering car rental rates are expensive but my insurance helped with a special rate. read more

I didn't really like the experience idk if it's the location or just enterprise in general... We got a first rental it was super dirty and smelled funky and let me tell u it had in insulin bottle in there. Then they kindly changed the car (took time and had to change our plans because of it) they finally changed the car and then we got another and this one 6 hrs in the check engine light came on we were going to go in that one on a trip but we didn't really trust it and we didn't want to spend a whole other hr or more at enterprise to change it. When we returned it it took another whole hour to return the guy that was receiving our truck was moving cars people that got there after got helped first than us and the guy that did the return was super kind and offered a discount but it was just a lot of time wasted , plus 2 cars which neither were acceptable or trusting. I know if I would've returned the 2nd car they would've given us a new rental but it's a hassle. Tip: the lot is super small and super crowded with cars, and in a busy street, if you hassle to park, reverse or if you're not comfortable driving in tight spaces I would definitely recommend another location. read more

Let me start by saying I rented from this location for the last 10 years with no issues and have always been happy, until they decided to get a young manager kid that let power go to his head and would not give me a car I reserved because I wouldn't give him a second phone number, This guy has the worst attitude and called me a liar to my face and said he was going to verify and call the number I gave him they better answer the phone and know who I am. When I started to give him the number he said no I'm not getting a car get out of here too bad. Apparently he was the manager and ruined my vacation as he would not give me a car. Dropped off my car for repairs and also got a ride from an Agent from Enterprise to the lot, The gentleman named Luis was so helpful and patient with me. He always has a smile with him at all time even this place was so busy. He just took his times to show me the cars and to make sure what I liked. He went an extra miles to advise me from selecting the vehicles and dealing with my insurance while waiting from my insurance agent to call back. Finally, I couldn't wait any longer cuz I have to leave , he took my information down and have it pending until my insurance call back. That what I called the best service. This week I was helped by Grant, who patiently helped me transition into a smaller vehicle (more affordable) and he took the time to patiently explain the different prices and never pushed extra options, but did mention them. He also took the time to answer ALL MY QUESTIONS, which I greatly appreciated. All the while doing do with a big smile. Last week I was helped by Gabrielle, who did well in explaining everything but because I am hard of hearing I didn't hear the question about the AUTO STOP on the Toyota RAV4, so when I left and the car kept trying to turn off I brought it back, and that's when I encountered Carlos, the branch manager, who expeditiously and patiently asked me a couple of questions and was quickly able to figure out what the issue was. Worst experience EVER. If you want a trustworthy vehicle DO NOT COME HERE. This location should get shut down for the little amount of stars they DO have. MY VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED PROPERLY. My gas tank did not open to put gas. When I called the location the lady asked if I was pulling the correct lever--at this point I was pulling the string since the lever had tape. She asked me to stick a key or ask the gas station for a wooden stick to pop it open. Proceeded to ask me to go to their location when I was an hour away AT WORK or gave me the option to get towed. HORRIBLE RIDICULOUS SERVICE AND VEHICLES!!!! I don't need an enterprise employee commenting to contact review@ehi.com or care@enterprise.com. FRAUD... they steal your deposit and over charge. I had to go through them because of my insurance and was told I had to pay for my rental and the deposit in advance which was close to $700.00 (300.00 deposit) when I returned the car I was told the money would be refunded in 3-4 business day. I only got $42.00 when I called I spoke to the Manager by the name of Carlos who stated I was charge for an additional week through my deposit. When I told him I paid in Advance he said that I wasn't charge for a week. He started raising his voice and stated he was going to hang up on me when I ask for him supervisors number. Because they were ripping me off. He denied me telling his supervisor would call me and refused to give me his name and that he was going to hang up on me. I told him that I am a paying customer and they fraudulently stole my deposit and it is they're responsibility to give a customer they're supervisors info when requested. Such a wonderful, easy breezy and excellent hospitality experience with Downey, Enterprise. I arrived for pick up, with no reservations on 6/4/18 9am I was out by before 10am with all the accommodations I needed. Returned vehicle the following day, quick process for check out! Keven, assisted me with all of my check in and walk through of the vehicle. The following day my insurance also scheduled me a reservation at this location, and again such a quick easy experience. They found a car similar to what I was driving and and they scheduled to pick me up from home to take me to their location to proceed with the check out.
