Yes, when I come into their office, I'm serviced by an outstanding representative who's empathy towards the customer is marvelous. He's a good reason for me coming back because, he understands me and what I need in a rental. He makes the process go by simple and easy like a fast food restaurant. The customer service experience was highly unprofessional. The female agent small structure on duty was consistently rude, dismissive, and seemed entirely unhappy with her job. She completely ignored me as I stood waiting for several minutes, failing to offer a basic greeting, a smile, or any guidance on the check-in process. When I finally said "excuse me," she turned around and glared at me as if my presence were an inconvenience. Furthermore, her behavior was highly inconsistent and biased; she treated male customers with a completely different, much more welcoming attitude than female customers, and her demeanor only shifted to a pleasant tone when other employees walked into the room. Another lady who assisted me was helpful. However,, the vehicle I was assigned was in an appalling, unhygienic condition. The exterior was covered in scratches, the steering wheel was peeling, and the key card did not work properly. Most disturbingly, the interior had not been cleaned well; I found loose hair inside, and the entire cabin smelled strongly of vomit and the exterior was dripping water, they did not bothered to dry the car. .Between the hostile service and the completely unacceptable state of the car, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. This place has terrible customer service. My dad went in earlier today to turn in his rental and the guy Mike who was there refused to speak to my dad in Spanish knowing my dad's primary language is Spanish. This man spoke both English and Spanish and made it difficult for my dad to understand what he was talking about. Not only that but he wanted to charge my dad $300 for the rental even though the insurance covered it. read more

These people are incompetent and crooked. Don't rent from these people. They are complete idiots that have no idea what they are doing. Picked up corporate rental, asked for my CC, even after showing them confirmation. I will be filing a police report, to make sure my information wasn't stolen. If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. Staff is uncaring about their job and I'm surprised they still have a job. This shows that management and corporate doesn't care. The GIRL at the front desk was very blunt, straight to the point, no hello, she didn't smile, nothing. I don't think she can afford to be so rude and uncaring. She struck up a conversation with the coworker while I was there just standing as though I wasn't even there. Then She gave me the first crappy car they had available in a lot full of vehicles. The fuel was just below the line of full and as I took it to get filled it cost me $16 to actually fill it up. Upon returning the vehicle. I walked in with a smile and she with no hello or anything she said "you can sit right over there" very rude and annoying individual. I mentioned the gas to her and she ignored it and walked out to check the vehicle out. I Asked some guy that was just there on his phone not even looking at me when I spoke to him and said it's out of service at the moment. I asked where do you guys go? He said in another restroom. I asked if the toilet was the problem and he said yea... I told him good because I just need to wash my hands. He looked annoyed but allowed me to use the restroom, as i walked in he said please don't flush because we just got it working.... This is where the story fell apart, it's broken? it's not broken? Which is it? At the end of it all...... yes I used the restroom and the toilet did work lol to finish up this review, at the end the girl was still rude and awful, the guy was still annoyed and I called corporate and let them all know about how terrible this place was. Yes they reimbursed me for the trouble and yes I filed a complaint on them all with corporate using their real names :-) BEWARE AMD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This shouldn't even get a star. Worse car rental place ever. They have Charged me over $175 after I had RETURNED the car. They want to take my money for "gas". Manger Mike is horrible, no self respect as a "manger". Manger mentioned we should be getting a refund within 5-7 business days and time had passed we went back to the place and he didn't even know who to contact for a refund for us. read more

. I had a terrible experience with the manager, Michael, at Hertz. He was completely unhelpful and seemed to have no knowledge of the policies. I was wrongly charged $165.90 for gas even though it was supposed to be covered by their insurance. It took forever for my claims to be processed, and the lack of communication made it even worse. To every employee at this location Andre Mike and Susie Thank you all so much literally had a vehicle repossessed because of lyft's mistake and within an HOUR they had cleared the horrible error and got me into another vehicle so fast and a bit cheaper. Extremely inattentive staff. My second visit there I waited for over an hour because the person helping me went on their break and forgot about me. They asked what I was here for and I had to remind him only for him to say "Oh yeah." Today April 10th, I had called to ask a question about an uninformed increased rate change. I was very polite throughout my explanation but the person who "helped" me was Christian was immediately rude and annoyed. His answer, "What do you want me to do about it?" This place is one of the worst places to go rent a car. I went in with my mom to rent out a car. She went in to return it alone and the person she was speaking with was very rude he practically ignored her and said he "doesn't speak Spanish" this would be fine if he was kinder in how he said it. He then proceeded to ignore her wanting to return the car and went to clean another car that they were going to rent. I understand that they might be understaffed but he told her it would take about 20-40 minutes to clean out the car. He chose not to help her return the car that would take a max of 10 minutes. I know that there's a line order and what not but we also are busy and don't have all day to spend there. That was just unacceptable. read more

Don't rent a car here. I was given a rental because I was rear ended and the person liable for the damages had State Farm. Their insurance (State Farm) got me a car from here, a Charger to be exact. All they asked me for was my license and a credit card. They told me the insurance company had taken care of everything. I was never told there was no Loss Damage Waiver included, neither was it offered, all they said was the insurance took care of everything. Unfortunately, the car was broken into which I called the police and a report was filed and it was considered as theft and vandalism. Nothing was damaged but the cylinder lock and door handle was picked and broken. The worker there told me I would get a call from Hertz to see what would happen next. Well this location sent the car for repair to a body shop and I never got a call all I got was a letter saying I owed $1400 for that. That's insane, for a picked locked, and a broken door handle. As some reviews below claim, workers do look shady. They are very unprofessional and their customer service is horrible. I had to call 3 times to get someone to talk to me. Wonder how many cars this place has sent to that body shop and if they're scamming renters and clients. read more

Highly unprofessional staff, total lack of customer service. Waited over an hour to get my rental car. The car was in poor condition, smelly interior, clunked and squeaked with the change oil light coming on as soon I got home. Clerk "Alex" is highly unprofessional and rude.
