    This specific enterprise center is literally the worst I've ever dealt with. To start; -The truck rented ran horribly and left me stranded on the side of the freeway after I mentioned the rough idle upon pick up. -The truck was in very rough shape and smelled like mold upon pick up. -Upon return, the folks at the front desk saw 3 people as I just stood there in line. In summary; the cars from this office break down, the vehicle conditions are terrible. Never rent from this place. Lastly, when you ask for the manager, they will tell you it's not necessary.

    When I booked through Costco using my credit card I was hesitant and skeptical of the price, it seemed too good to be true. But after returning the vehicle I was more than ecstatic to learn that my total was just as I was quoted. I even had a small upgrade to the vehicle, added insurance and even kept it another night. I will definitely be a return customer. I can't wait to use enterprise for my next trip. The workers here were friendly and nice. The bathrooms clean as I used them while they prepped the car I was about to rent. I had worried I wouldn't be back in time to return the vehicle by the 5pm time I was scheduled for so I called the shop and asked how much it would cost me to keep it another night. The answer was zero as long as I returned it by 8am the next morning. I said thank you so much and agreed to! I can't speak for other people but this Enterprise was super profesional, they were courteous and the car had no mechanical issues whatsoever. The pics I posted with my review were ones I took before I left the lot to ensure we were both on the same page and wasn't going to be charged for damage.

    Spoke to the area Mgr.Clarrisa and she listen and addressed my concerns. She investigated and saw what I was going thru and yes she handled it. This manager was very professional, excellent listener and followed up and took care of my concerns as a experienced manager should. Also Their customer service was also on top my complaints as well. It truly took a team effort. Now I can continue telling my customers, family and friends to come back to Enterprise and move forward with our businesses. Thank you very much Management team

And the sedan I got was clean and ready to drive off the lot for the week. My return was just as efficient. Quick and easy and then I waied for my ride back to the auto body shop. There was only Isabelle and Bellagio but these two did not miss a beat. I never felt forgotten or dismissed despite how busy they were. They were sensitive to our needs to get going so was on it. Great teaming. Good customer service. An operation with great people is a beauty to behold when you are in Operations and customer service. Of course, it is never a great thing to have to take the car to the shop, so everything and every experience that can help to make the situation better is so greatly appreciated. I waited about 30 minutes just to even be acknowledged, while a full office of customers stood around getting more and more frustrated. At one point there were around 8 people waiting, and instead of managing the counter or helping clear the line, the manager, Quantrell, was outside lazily and slowly washing cars while the office backed up. It was unbelievable to watch. When I finally got helped, I was told there were no rentals available unless I wanted to pay a lot extra for an slightly upgraded vehicle. My other option was to be put on a waiting list as "number 4" and wait by the phone. Seriously. So instead of honoring reservations or offering real solutions, this place seemed more focused on pushing customers into paying more even after we all had to wait long. The customer service only got worse from there. One employee the older lady with the dyed red hair was rude, combative, and completely unpleasant to deal with. Quaytrell was no better. He was misleading, unhelpful, and clearly not capable of managing the location. He even told me other rental companies would probably be out of cars too, which turned out to be a complete LIE!!! I walked over to Enterprise and was in a car within 10 minutes, with multiple vehicles sitting right there on the lot. The Hertz glendale location had no idea what they were doing, did not care, or both, probably both. Unqualified people are working here, Quartell is a complete joke. He got vengenance and charged me a $28 no show fee after telling me he cancelled the order, Quantell never cancelled and I knew he was bad news from the start. This was easily the worst rental car experience I have ever had. Disorganized, badly managed, misleading, and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, this place is not worth the discount, I think it's going to close soon, the employees are so bad here and read the reviews they are ALL BAD! The number you call to get ahold of these thieves is 818-265-3805, the shortcut is press 4, then 3, that will get ahold of them faster. you will need to call, this place is If "Quantrell" is the one running this place, it is no surprise the location is such a mess. Stay away, at all costs!

Reserved a minivan for 2:30 PM, showed up on time, and was told there was a recall on minivans that they found out about that morning. No call, no warning--just wasted my time driving there when they easily could have notified customers in advance. The employee helping us, Miles, had zero urgency and was completely unhelpful. My friend and I had to tell him to call the mechanic, check on returning vehicles, and contact other locations--basically doing his job for him. Communication was inconsistent, and we kept getting different answers about vehicle availability. To make matters worse, Miles was rude and dismissive during our interactions, especially when we were trying to problem-solve under time pressure before closing. We were told to come back later, then got a last-minute call saying the vehicle was no longer available. We then booked cars through multiple other Enterprise locations, were told they were available, drove there--and guess what? Not available. This happened more than once including at an airport location. How and why does a company keep confirming reservations for cars that don't exist? The lack of communication, coordination, and basic customer service was shocking. This experience was a complete waste of time and incredibly stressful. I would not rely on this location--or their reservation system--if you actually need a guaranteed vehicle.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this rental location…read more I arrived a few hours before my scheduled pickup time and was told that if I wanted a vehicle immediately, I only had two options available. I was placed in a Nissan Altima at a rate of approximately $69 per day after taxes and fees. At no point was it made clear to me that arriving early would result in such a significant increase in the rental cost. Had I known, I would have simply returned at my scheduled pickup time. The following day, after realizing how much I was being charged, I attempted to return the vehicle and discuss a refund. I spent hours waiting for Sai, the General Manager to return my call. When I finally reached him, he acted as though I was inconveniencing him rather than addressing a legitimate customer concern. During our conversation, he repeatedly emphasized that he had other customers to call and even pointed out how long he had been on the phone with me, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility for the situation or showing any understanding, he made me feel as though I was somehow at fault for being unhappy with the charges. His initial offer was a refund of only $35. He later increased it to $50 as a "final offer." When I did not immediately respond with the gratitude he apparently expected, he withdrew the offer and abruptly hung up on me. What disappointed me most was not the money, but the complete lack of customer service, empathy, and professionalism. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they are trying to resolve a concern in good faith. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and would encourage others to carefully review all rates and fees before accepting a vehicle.
