I loved this location, they have an very convenient after hours drop off box. Their van and SUV fleet was recalled last year and they failed to disclose this information to long time customers, like me. I rented and confirmed an 8 passenger SUV. Gabriel called me the night before, [late the night before] to let me know they can only give a "7 passenger SUV". UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! He alleged they had way too many reservations, but how can that be? The reservation keeps the car there! They are lying! the recall is still going on. read more

This specific enterprise center is literally the worst I've ever dealt with. To start; -The truck rented ran horribly and left me stranded on the side of the freeway after I mentioned the rough idle upon pick up. -The truck was in very rough shape and smelled like mold upon pick up. -Upon return, the folks at the front desk saw 3 people as I just stood there in line. In summary; the cars from this office break down, the vehicle conditions are terrible. Never rent from this place. When I booked through Costco using my credit card I was hesitant and skeptical of the price, it seemed too good to be true. But after returning the vehicle I was more than ecstatic to learn that my total was just as I was quoted. I even had a small upgrade to the vehicle, added insurance and even kept it another night. I will definitely be a return customer. I can't wait to use enterprise for my next trip. The workers here were friendly and nice. The bathrooms clean as I used them while they prepped the car I was about to rent. I had worried I wouldn't be back in time to return the vehicle by the 5pm time I was scheduled for so I called the shop and asked how much it would cost me to keep it another night. The answer was zero as long as I returned it by 8am the next morning. I said thank you so much and agreed to! I can't speak for other people but this Enterprise was super profesional, they were courteous and the car had no mechanical issues whatsoever. Just when I thought there couldn't be a more Shining Example of what Car Rentals should be, Aiden and Isabella at Enterprise Glendale on Brand literally Go the Extra Mile. Based on my experience last time around at Enterprise Hollywood on Gower, I called this location prior to Booking my Reservation. Aiden was absolutely Upbeat and Confident on the phone that he could find a Vehicle *even better* than the one I was looking for, which they did not have on the Lot. "How is the VW Taos on mpg? I'm used to a Hybrid, but I was fairly pleased with the Kona." "The Taos has far superior mpg, with even more of the Comforts in an SUV than the Kona." No matter what details I brought up, Aiden was on his A Game. I subsequently Booked the Reservation far more Hopefully than previous encounters, particularly given that he asked me to call him back as soon as I Booked the Rezzo online. Sure enough, I show up, and we already recognize each other's Voices and Demeanors with a Good-Natured Laugh. I patiently waited for him and his colleagues to tend to other customers, but I did not have to wait long at all. Completely different experience from any other Car Rental Facility. Within moments, Isabella took me to my VW Taos with an impeccably well-groomed Professional Stride for my inspection. After taking Footage of the Vehicle's Condition and Gas Level, I gleefully signed the appropriate Dotted Lines on her Tablet, and I was off to my Errands! After a month of performing in China, this was the best Homecoming Gift I could have given myself as I adjust to some Family Emergencies. I had a very disappointing experience with this rental location. When I picked up the car on Friday, I specifically double-checked with the Enterprise agent about both the return timing and fuel policy. I was told that if I return the car on Sunday after the office is closed -- even a few hours late -- there would be no additional charge as long as I drop the keys. I was also clearly told that half-tank level would be perfectly fine. I was told that total charge will be $240, including insurance and all fees. Based on that information, I returned the car Sunday after closing and followed the after-hours drop-off procedure exactly as instructed. However, a few days later (on Thursday) I received a bill that was about $100 higher than expected. The extra charges included a late return fee (around 3 hours) and fuel charges, claiming the tank was short by about 3 gallons at a very high per-gallon rate. I spoke with an employee named Isabel to explain the situation. She said she would check with the manager and try to resolve it, but nothing was corrected afterward. Overall, the lack of transparency and the difference between what I was told and what I was ultimately charged is very frustrating. I'm honestly heartbroken by how poorly I was treated at the Glendale Enterprise branch. My husband and I were told I could get a ride to pick up our insurance rental. I waited over an hour, was transferred between multiple employees, had to repeat my info several times, and was even left on hold for 17 minutes--only to be told at the very end, right before closing, that they wouldn't be coming for me because I lived "too far." No one told me that from the start. As a working mom and former Enterprise employee, I know how hard we used to work to take care of our customers--especially insurance clients. This treatment was not just unprofessional--it was deeply disappointing. I felt ignored, brushed off, and completely unimportant. She went above and beyond to help me out, and I left feeling genuinely cared for, not just like another customer. Leiana was kind, patient, and willing to do whatever it takes to make things right. Is the only way to be. Was loyal for 15 years, supported them, forgave them, sent friends... and can see this billion dollar business raking it in. A few rentals ago, everything was all paid by the insurance company, the deposit on my card to be returned, was not- and after paying the hidden fees on another card, paid in full- verified by fact with banks, lawyers, credit card company, insurance company and Enterprise corporate - took a lot of time and stress, still these folks wana steal during pandemics, cancer, fires, they have zero integrity. These folks started charging my card, AFTER BEING FACTUALLY PROVEN TO BE PAID IN FULL, also called STEALING, and never returned the deposit. They did it again. DOCUMENTED BEYOND A SHADOW OF DOUBT. More time and headaches you will have to go through too. After this nice fella hit me the other day, I forgave him and gave him a sandwich, apple and water so he could calm down, he accepted responsibility and his ins co sent me back to this location. April 23, 2025, I have a complaint of one of the staff that works his name is Adan, he is very rude, not only that he had my husband waiting there more than 30 minutes and helping the other customers when we were going pick up our car, when he brought the car back he asked for a ride home and Adan said he had to wait more than 30 minutes but then my husband seen the driver and asked for a ride the driver said he didn't have anyone so he drove my husband, the drivers are excellent, when booking reservations it fine but the problem person is Adan. For me, having to rent a car is never something I look forward to. In this case, my own car was suddenly unavailable and I had a packed weekend of places to be. I called Enterprise for a reservation on Friday night, and went in Saturday morning. There were several people in line ahead of me, and I just bit down and expected a long wait... which didn't happen. Within maybe 20 minutes I was out in the lot, picking out which car I'd like to drive away in. Angel was very personable and easy going, and explained everything to me in a way that DIDN'T sound like he explains the same thing over and over again. Returning the car was just as quick and easy. Again, busy morning with the phones ringing and lots of customers, but they were very efficient and had us all moving along with ease. read more

I Won't be renting from this location anymore solely because they ruined my Memorial Day weekend. I reserved a luxury full size extended SUV 45 days in advance. I didn't recieve the normal customary call to confirm my reservation like I normally have the past 10 years I've been renting, so I called them up and they confirmed they have my requested car for me. I show up, and the lady shows me a regular full size as if there is no difference between the two (it's actually almost a $100 difference). It was supposed to be a Navigator or Escalade with the extended trunk, but it was an expedition max. She then apologized and said they would rent me what they had available for $15 less than what I would have paid for the luxury reservation. I told them the same car would have been $100 less had I chosen to go with a regular full size versus a luxury. Anyway, this may be coming off petty but I would just advise you to make sure you are getting what you paid for because if this was a non-car person they would have probably been taken advantage of not knowing the difference between a navigator and an expedition. read more

I reserved a mini van for this Sunday over a week ago because I have an elderly mother and a child, as well as other family members. I need the space for a wheelchair and a stroller, with seating for at least 6 o people total. Enterprise calls me at 245pm on Saturday to tell me they do not have mini vans available and are offering me a SUV instead. I need the trunk space so that's why I reserved a minivan. Enterprise stated that they cannot do anything about my situation. Why did they call me after 2pm. All other rental car companies are closed! read more

I recently rented through my auto insurance because I was in a car accident. When I picked up the rental, I spoke to their branch manager Chris who told me I could pay extra out of pocket for insurance coverage, which I found out afterwards was not necessary as the entire rental was booked through my own auto insurance. I had actually asked for an electronic copy (and they never gave me a physical copy) of my signed contract/agreement when I first picked up the car and then multiple times after, but Enterprise never sent it to me (and still hasn't!) so I couldn't verify these charges, and then when I called the branch after the rental period, one of the employees suggested that I could have looked at my contract at any point to remove the extra coverage (even though they never sent it to me!). When I asked if there was anything that could be done, they said they would call me back and never did, so I had to call again and am still waiting for guidance. All to say, I've been really disappointed with the service at this location so far. read more

Thousand Oaks, CA ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! My out of state license was out through a machine and I was told it came up "red." Manager said they couldn't rent to me even though I had rented a car a few months earlier.....when I asked if someone could take me home. manager said my drivers are in Agoura and it will be 30 minutes. There was no PR at all from this manager. I went to Hertz down the street. I had a car rental in 10 minutes!! My driver's license was put in and it was fine.....please go see Owen at Hertz! Leilani was extremely unprofessional and basically kept making it seem like renting a car was obtainable for me when I'm working and going to school, quoted me $601 then charges my card to tell me the total cost is $901 because of a $300 deposit never mentioned until payment. I felt like she was being condescending and belittling during the process while being fake nice and using a customer service demeanor. Wouldn't recommend coming here because they will profile you or make it extremely difficult for you to rent a car when they break down prices over the phone and change it last minute. This is the second year in a row that I have rented a vehicle from this Enterprise location. Both times were for a pleasure trip to Las Vegas to attend the Pac12 football championship game and both times my Utah Utes won! The customer service experience again this past week was excellent. I was greeted warmly and taken to the lot by Felipe who helped me and made the transaction very simple. When the vehicle that I first rented had very sensitive brakes, he promptly switched me to another vehicle in which I felt comfortable. All in all, it was a nice experience and was made even better when I spoke with Eileen who called to inquire about my satisfaction. She was extremely cordial, closed my contract and refunded my deposit. This was a great experience from start to finish. read more

The pickup truck they rented me for 10 minutes before i turned around and turned it back in was so dinged up, scuffed up and dented the agent that did the walk around had to make notations serveral times for each side, front and back of truck. When i turned it back in and asked for an undamaged vehicle the agent said they all have damage. This location is run by a bunch of shyster con artists. Do not rent here. I rented a cargo van for half a day, drove 64 miles and returned it with more gas than when I left. A week after they closed out my reservation, they charged an extra $20.06 to my card on file as a refueling charge. Spent weeks calling into Enterprise CS, who kept telling me a manager would contact me, and they never did. Not once. Finally filed a charge back, which was immediately ruled in my favor. Another data point, my sister had previously rented a Mercedes S class for 1 day while her family was in town, and this same location tried to charge her for an entire week's worth of rentals. She also had to spend a month trying to get it resolved. Again, con artists. Do not recommend. read more

Although I always rent from Enterprise & most times have a decent experience, this time I was blown away by the service Hector provided! I had a reservation for 6pm which is their close time. I realized I was not going to be there at 6 (waiting on a ride) so I called at 6 on the dot. No answer, just the voicemail. On my way I continue to call, no answer. In fear that I missed the rental I made another reservation for LAX in which I dreaded! But since it was memorial weekend I had no choice. When we arrived (6:45 pm) Hector came to the door (which was locked) & advised us it was too late. We expressed to him the importance of needing a car for just one day & although he was hesitant he actually helped us & exceeded our expectations! He was kind, not rude or frustrated because I know he was probably ready to go home. I am writing this review to acknowledge Hector & the excellent customer service he provided my sister & I. He did not have to assist us & could have just told us it was too late & left it at that. Now that is what I call going above & beyond & I again want to advise Enterprise that he really is a gem! First time renting a car and it was a great experience, Adan is amazing, really kind and helpful, the process was very smooth and easy.

Very poor experience. Was getting my car repaired at a dealership. My insurance policy allow me to get a rental from enterprise. The car was taking longer to get fix than expected - a week or so more. Nothing abnormal. My insurance advised any extended use of the rental would be covered by my insurance policy. The managers at enterprise were not so understanding; Abel and Richard to be specific. They contacted family members and expressed details that they shouldn't have (I have no one listed on my emergency contacts btw). They tried to overcharge me over $300 when I return the vehicle (didn't end up paying a cent). And, threatened to send my account to "Risk Management" if I didn't return the vehicle before 12 pm (this after the insurance already advising that they would pay for the extra yeah. Plainly, the way Able and Richard interacted with me as a customer, is illegal by federal gridlines - the privacy act. No form of apology was given. Richard wouldn't even show his face. Abel couldn't stop smiling in mine... (as if what happened was humorous). Funny enough, for the first time, I wasn't sent a survey for my experience (having three or so experience in the past with them - I've always gotten it). Because of what these people instigated: 1) I missed work (new job - that didn't go well); 2) stress was placed into members of my family who needed not have it; 3) was communicated with as if a delinquent; and, 4) was priced gouged when being advised of the near $300 added balance. I, Yelena, rented a vehicle from this location for almost an entire month. I was told that I would receive my full deposit fee. During my rental the financial department from this location was poor in communication. They would pull out random amounts from my account and at one point tried to overcharge me. Fortunately, I made sure I did my math so I wasn't overcharged because of the random charges without communicating. So, my full refund was cut short and I called to clarify. I called at 9/30/20 at 11:40am for clarification. The employee told me how they renew my rental agreement every time I pay and that is why my deposit is less... I got upset and told him that I had paid all upfront and it doesn't make sense. I told him I would do the math to clarify. He told me not to scrutinize him and he is doing his job, to call after I do my math, and hung up on me before I could go over the math with him. I called corporate and explained my situation. They explained I didn't get my full refund because I returned my vehicle pass the time of the day and that is why it rolled over to the next day. That made sense to me but that is not what the employee explained. I had a poor experience at this location due to communication and random charging without communication. read more

This enterprise is ridiculous. I was told that if I dropped off my vehicle here they could give me a ride to the dealership that was down the street from it where my car was being serviced. But when I got there they told me in order to get that free ride to the dealership that was less than 1 mile away I needed to go to this other enterprise location that was actually closer.
