My husband was a loyal client to this specific location in which he was overcharged, DOUBLE charged, and was told different things from different people. He was asked to come for a check up on the rental which was really their way to switch OUT rental vehicles without being informed previously. In addition, I've spoken on his behalf several times and one representative refused to speak to me because I wasn't him but he was NEXT to me talking too! So I received a claim from Enterprise stating that I caused windshield damage to one of their vehicles at this location. The rep Regina and so called manager seemed very unhappy with serving customers and that Clearly did not allow her to fulfill her entire duties which includes doing a walk around of the vehicle for pre damage condition, marking gas mileage etc. She seemed rushed although it was a few minutes prior to closing we were in the branch 30 min prior to close and just seemed disconnected & unhappy from three experience. because of that I took detail photos after driving off of the entire vehicle because my intuition informed me too and I just had a bad feeling based off interaction. Fortunately friends I was able to dispute and request the claim be closed due to the evidence of my own walk around and taking time stamp photos. Otherwise I would have been liable for damages that I did not commit and they filed on my personal insurance without permission or even speaking to me if I wanted to cover the damages myself. I've been to many different enterprise locations, but this place is by my favorite location. The customer service is on point. I picked up a rental here a few weeks ago; Joel the branch manager offered me an upgrade to the rental without charge. Unfortunately, I had some problems with that rental, but they switched the car out for me without any hassle. All in all great location with great customer service. read more

There is a reason I stopped coming to this Enterprise, which I won't go into full detail about. After my recent incident last week, I'm never returning to this location again. I have been a LOYAL enterprise customer for YEARS and to be treated unjustly by several of the staff members here is a big sign I won't be returning. The only reason I returned to this location was because it was a Sunday and my normal location (as well as many others) was closed. To keep it short, when I made my reservation I was told one thing but on the day of pick-up I was told something else, which caused a strain. After dealing with the staff here and given the runaround I was so frustrated that I was adamant about not returning. I notified customer service (24-hour 1-800 number) and made them aware of my concerns. I was informed someone would be calling me within the next 24 hours, no one ever called. It's a week later, still no call. After seeing the many complaints on here I'm convinced management just responds to show they reached out to the customer.. I then ended up calling another location who was beyond kind and helpful in getting my business rental. I never like to leave bad reviews if I know the management team won't do anything but I've been a customer for years and sadly, I may have to bring my business and my money elsewhere. read more

Bad experience: Vehicle was filthy, inside and out. Needed washing and vacuuming. Trash inside and spilled soda in the cup holder. Worst of all, vehicle was recently smoked in and they only had 1 vehicle on the lot and since my car was in the shop, I had to take it. Never again!!! read more

I've had a rental car through enterprise for almost four months now. At other enterprises I usually get hook ups, upgrades or discounts for having a car for an extended period of time but not here. They even changed my rate back to daily, which is far more expensive, just for not renewing my contract on time (I was out of town and this was the last thing on my mind). Not only are these guys a**holes in taking your money even before you even have time to bring their car back, but they are extortionists too. I'm sorry but now I feel like a total victim and it pisses me off. Some thug broke the back window on my rental car that I had to get because a drunk driver hit my neighbors brick mailbox so hard it landed on my car. Upon getting the rental, yeah, the guys are polite enough but the guy that helped me kept pushing the enterprise insurance and was miffed when I declined... Even mumbled you'd be sorry if something happened and you just can't walk away. Then it happened, sitting in front of my job and for no reason and nothing in the vehicle. The window was busted out. Police called, video records incident and case # and when I called enterprise and yes I got into it with the guy, the moment I hung up, my credit card was hit for 200 and they kept my 50 deposit. So please explain if these jerks already took my 250 without caring about the evidence and the fact it was not my fault, they send me a bill of repairs for 260.93 with no credit of 250 anywhere applied. I'm spent!!! Totally!! I'm a single mom of a teenager, you know what regardless of that. Wrong is just wrong, and I'm livid in then thinking I owe and am going to give enterprise over 500 for this. Rented a car in 2015 after my car was in an accident. After leasing a car at Fred Haas Toyota I called enterprise and told them to pick up the rental and that I would leave the keys with the cashier. Two weeks later I get a bill saying I owe $250 because I never returned the car. I told them that they agreed to pick it up at the dealership . They insisted I owe the money. After numerous calls to corporate I finally got it resolved. Move forward to 2017. Went to Fred Haas Toyota on 45 to have my car repaired after someone hit me. I went to the Enterprise counter, she pulls up my name and there is the bill still on my account. She wouldn't take my $50 deposit until I paid the bill. Because it was a Saturday I was not able to get in touch with anyone from corporate so here I am stuck without a car. I wasn't able to get my car repaired at Fred Haas because I wouldn't have another car to drive so I had to leave without renting a car. The girl behind the counter was so busy on her phone that she was ignoring me after a while probably because I was complaining but still I was standing right there and you just start playing on your phone how unprofessional. That girl should be fired. The best part is in between 2015 and 2017 I rented a car from Enterprise no problem now all of a sudden it's back on my account. What's up with that?? So frustrating to have to deal with all of this when it was someone from their staff that messed up from the beginning And now they're trying to blame it on me.
