    This location is the personification of 5 stars and the customer service is amazing! Kyle & Verna are incredible and assisted me in the renting and return of my rental vehicle. They made the process simple and I really appreciate their willingness to explain the process and answer every question.

    Got to tell you was told I would get a call back from the enterprise on Lantana for my rental within an hour that was after being on hold four different times 37 mnts 35 mnts and finally 25 mnts never received that call, I had to contact them again asked for mr. Kelly and they still didn't have a vehicle for me. Yet I contacted the lake worth office, and mr. Tyriek Fraser was there, and he called me back to tell me he had a vehicle for me now that's called professional curtsey, unfortunately the truck I received was not what I wanted this is the same truck that was showed to me earlier I said no. after waiting one hour I received a Toyota tundra half my truck size and very dirty. bringing this back first thing tomorrow only toke it cause I didn't have a vehicle to get home and you prey yourself on cleanliness not cool them workers need to be told that. Now I understand why you're cars are not maintained like they use to be, you literally have the same person that's renting you a car clean it. I seen it that's so unprofessional, anyway if it wasn't for the nice lady manager today 7/26 I would be looking at another car rental company even if I had to pay for it myself, I would be compensated by usaa, this will never happen to me again because that's what I'm going to do next time.....

It does seem; however, that he was also a liar. I was asked if I wished to return the car without filling the tank. Mark said I would pay only for the fuel which I had used and the price was $3.93 per gallon. When I returned the car, I checked the average fuel being used and it was 24.?? mpg. I drove a total of 62 miles total over 3 days. I received a bill which said $62.49 for fuel, but they charged my car $66.55, not even the lower outrageous amount. At 62 miles, using 24.x mpg, I used less than 4 gallons of fuel. Using the $3.93 I was quoted, my fuel bill should have been $10.16 Instead I was charged an additional $52.33 I called the customer service number and the agent who answered my first call could not speak or understand English well enough to even answer the questions, "How many gallons of fuel was I charged?" She kept saying is was 3 dollar and 93 vents which is the cost per gallon NOT how many gallons. She told me she could only refund 1/2 the full amount I was charged. She proceeded tyo hang up on me and the survey I was provided had all the answers entered a unrecognizable. I called back and this time I was informed there are no managers, hat would require waiting for a call back. I followed through with this agent who told me I was charged for a full tank, as is their policy and again, I could only be refunded 1/2 of the total amount. I requested the refund which was $33.68. I will now dispute the entire charge with my card company and provide proof of the miles driven so that they can get the rest of the monies I am owed. I will also review Fox poorly wherever I can and will also report them to the BBB. You should check your receipts and the actual contract to see if they tell you the truth about the fuel policy.

    I had to grab a loaner for a day while my car was being repaired down the street. The process of…read morepicking up and dropping off was wicked easy. The attendants who assisted me with both situations were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were accommodating and made sure I had what I needed. The interior and order counter are typical for most Enterprise locations. They are fairly standard, leaving space for those waiting in line, those waiting for their cars to be ready, or those waiting for a ride from wherever they are going. Nothing glamorous, fairly no-frills, but clean with little clutter. It's an easy location to find once you figure out where it's located. The cars are located in the back of the location, which can only be accessed if you go around the shopping plaza building. If you're not familiar, it can be a little confusing, but overall, the attendants can help make sure you can get around.

They completely screwed up my reservation and do not take ownership for their mistakes. Then they do nothing to try and fix their screw up and resolve the issue.
