I rented a car from this location on Southern Ave in Mesa and it was a top level experience from beginning to end. I rent cars often in various cities and airports around the country and I can say without hesitation that this location provides exceptional customer service. I called the location before renting the car and they actually answered the phone. Randall answered all my questions and remembered me when I arrived several hours later to rent a vehicle. The process was quick, easy and I was escorted out to pick a car and make sure it met all my needs. The kind lady who helped with this process (her name escapes me--maybe Maria or Miranda?) was friendly, helpful and had a big smile on her face (even though it was at least 110 out). It looks like some reviews from a year or more ago were not so positive. I expect they heard and made some changes--thank you for a great experience and keep up the great work! This location has a bad habit of telling you one thing and doing the exact opposite. Then completely unwilling to help solve the issue so you basically get screwed. Firstly, after multiple calls in days leading up to rental I was told more than once by the store manager they would request a 4x4 vehicle for me and would have no trouble trading with another store. LIE. So after getting snowed in during our trip and being unable to leave on time because a 2wd pick up truck SUCKS in the snow (especially when it's rear wheel drive vehicle) which these idiots didn't know or mention might be a problem when I told them we would be in snow all weekend. Needless to say we weren't able to be back in time. Again I called making them aware and was told they understand snow storms are causing problems and they would work with me. LIE. Great customer service - even though there was a bit of a wait, the customer service was great and they apologized several times so it was worth it. The car we rented was AWESOME on gas (Dodge Caravan), and the unlimited mileage really helped since we traveled out of state. Visited the Queen Creek location first and had a TERRIBLE experience. We rent full size trucks ALL the time from enterprise, we have the gold membership. We reserved a truck for the weekend days before we were to pick it up. We get there to get it and not only do they not have the truck then they tell me the policy changed and I have to have a credit card. I tell them I have a small credit card and my debit card. They absolutely degraded me and made me feel so stupid because I didn't have a credit card with a high limit. The woman district manager literally made me cry. It was the worst experience we have ever had, and we had to cancel our trip. read more

I've been using rental cars for various travels for over the past 15 years. The majority of my business has been through Budget but since I've moved I ventured to try Enterprise. I made sure to call ahead before I picked up the car so that there was no problems when I showed up. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood and welcomed me when I walked in. Picking up the car was a cinch, however the gas tank was on empty, Booooo. The CSR Tyler assured me they'd give me a discount when I brought it back. So I brought the car back and at first CSR Jaime wanted to negotiate a lower discount than the $36.00 dollars I paid to fill the gas tank. We were able to agree on an amount and I was super happy with Jaime's assistance. As my wife and I walked out I think just about everyone said have a good day. read more

We rent cars very frequently. I no to what to look for and what to look out for. But the Superstition location managed by Luke is one of the most efficient and friendliest of all places I've rented. The eye for detail is welcomed. As soon as we walk in, I am personally greeted with a smile, my name mentioned in the greeting & a kind "one moment please". This place really takes pride in their cars and especially their customer service. Aside from Luke being a great asset as branch manager. Sam is also superior in his customer service. I've heard the same delivery of speach to each of the many different customer. The service is personalized to the specific customer. There are too many more names to be mentioned. But this is truly one great team that steps up to the plate each and every time. It is the integrity, professionalism & the high level of customer service is what makes this specific location a 6 star review. For now, Yelp offers up to 5 stars. My husband and I went to get our car fix and the insurance suggested this location for us to rent a car, bad idea! Jennifer was the person that helped us and she kept telling us over and over again that if anything happens to the car that we are going to get charge, that she has our credit card number on file. I get it that she has to say or explain that to us, but saying it over and over and over and over and over again...seriously? Like she knew something was wrong with the car or something, and that we were going to get blame. I recently rented from this location using Costco Travel services. The service that I received from this Enterprise location was excellent. Car was clean and the reps were very helpful. Both pick up and return were quick. The only gripe I had was that their website indicated I would get a RAV4 or something similar. I ended up with a Jeep Cherokee. Not a big deal but when I inquired as to whether I could switch to a RAV4 the rep stated that they very seldom see a RAV4. I was hoping to get one as I have been interested in purchasing one. The website made it seem as though I would have had a better chance of actually getting RAV4 than the rep's comment indicated. read more

This is the most convenient place to rent a car instead of getting it in the airport. Staff is courteous and helps you pick out the right vehicle. Wait time is just OK I would not say it's fast but also would not say it's slow. Of course they will sell you all kinds of things especially insurance even if you already have one. I downloaded the Enterprise app and rented a compact vehicle online. When I arrived for pick up there was no compacts available, but it was not a problem. We rented a vehicle mid October and for the second time in a row, we received a filthy vehicle. Dirt and boulders under the seat. There were spills of sticky substances on the seats and carpet; also, the windows and mirrors were dirty. Obviously not vacuumed. More importantly not cleaned and disinfected during covid pandemic. This enterprise tried to scam me. Fist thing wrong is no communication charged $115 dollars without calling or texting or confirming that this action was okay. Then I go to drop the car off and I'm told I owe 650 dollars. $250 dollars of it is for the hold and I get that back when I return the car apparently but I was there with the car so why would I pay that? She was lying to my face , another customer had walked in after me asking about a rental and she also told this woman it was $250 hold. The manager then I had to go look at a car, a gentleman walks in and the other customer asked him how much the hold was and he said $50 dollars . I was charged only $50 dollars the first time I came in to get the car when I had rented it. I had already paid $338 something I will never be going through this enterprise ever again. For starters, I made reservations two days prior before pick up and I still had to wait over an hour and a half for my car. The employees were very loud. Like if they were at a football game. The assistant General Manager was not able to answer any of my questions. And then after waiting over an hour for car they told us that the card we were using. They cannot take so we had to figure out how to get a car that we booked. This location was very unprofessional/ lazy. My experience at this location with branch manager Devirous Johnson blew my mind. My car is breaking down, we are 2 days from Christmas, I am a single mom and work more than full time. I was scrambling to figure out how to pick up the rental and still be able to meet my clients on time. Mr. Johnson was in the locked building working away when I showed up an hour and half before he normally had to deal with customers. I had my fingers crossed that someone would be there and Instead of just looking at me through the door as would be completely understandable. Mr Johnson greeted me, heard my situation and within minutes my contract was signed and I was in my rental. I am sitting in front of my Spa with time to spare before I start my day feeling so grateful that Enterprise's representative went so far above and beyond for me. I ended up reserving a car for our short stay in Arizona with Enterprise, due to inventory being EXTREMELY LOW in the area on a FRIDAY! After a small misunderstanding, I am partially to blame, when we went to pick up rental, we were told our reservation rented to someone else due to our not being on time. Not only was Garrett patient and kind through our obvious dissatisfaction, but determined to make it right. We had a vehicle and were on our way in no time at a very reasonable rate.
