I had to visit this location twice in a matter of 10 days and the first time was smooth and nice, the second was not. I accidentally forgot my garage clicker in the rental and realized that an hour later. I called the store and spoke with a man. He informed me to just come in and get it but I asked if if he could check the car- placed me on hold and returned to tell me it was not there. I asked him to check again- placed me on hold and returned to inform me that they found it under the seat. I had my husband go in the next day only to find out that it was not there. I called and the same man, said he didn't remember talking to me or checking a car for a clicker. Seriously?!?!? He then looked in the system to locate the car for my husband to look through- nothing. I called after my husband left and was very angry after the lies. He called me twenty minutes after they closed to let me know that the car was re-rented to someone else and that he left a voicemail to that customer notifying them of the situation in case it showed up. My husband then informed me that if the car was re-rented, then what car did he check? Another lie on their part. A few days later I arrived back with a calm demeanor and spoke with Nathan (to which he appreciated my calmness even though I was angry). We went over the story again and he apologized for showing my husband the wrong car but still my clicker was nowhere. I find this whole situation appalling as we were lied to from the start. At the end of the day it was my responsibility to collect all my belongings before returning the car, but the fact that several lies happened when honesty was the only thing I wanted is uncalled for. I was treated on the phone like I was in the wrong for followup conversation even though he was talking as kind as he could,, he showed no empathy. The fact that you don't remember talking to a customer about a situation like this or even remembering that you physically checked a car from the day before is insane!!!! Tell the truth and tell the customer you couldn't find it or that you can't check the car right now- DON'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS!!!! I had a reservation through the insurance and I ubered to this location since it was closest to the airport just for the guy at the front desk to deny me service and said I couldn't rent out the car because of my age Which is absurd since I had taken a rental previously with enterprise and the process was way smoother and all I had to do was just inspect the car and pay the deposit. I have to say we had a great experience at this Enterprise Rent-A-Car, like GREAT! The staff was friendly, charming and super helpful, I mean ALL of them!! The checkout was seamless even switching cars mid week was a breeze! It was walk out to the lot, find a car you want, "let me go grab the keys for you" and "Have a great day!", that's it! No additional paperwork, no issues, just "hey you look good in that car, see you soon!" and that's all! Those are actual quotes from the staff by the way! It's located in an industrial park so it's not glamorous or anything but I can't stay enough about the staff, they were all just wonderful and made the whole experience FANTASTIC!! read more

I am a handicap, senior citizen. The dealership that is repairing my vehicle pays for them to rent a car for me. When I picked up the vehicle, it showed a quarter of a tank of gas when I pulled out of the Rent-A-Car place. It moved to an eighth of a tank I sent them a text. They sent me a text back saying they would mark the file and I didn't need to return to the rental place. So I stopped and put $10 worth of gas in it. I know that's only 2 1/2 gallons but I only drove 50 miles total. The next day when I return, they told me they were gonna charge me for the gas, even though after putting 2 1/2 gallons worth of gas in it, the gauge didn't move. I showed them the text and their manager. Sean Wong is a real jerk. He told me if I didn't like it I could just walk back to the dealership a half a mile away. Don't get stranded like I did don't use this enterprise. This manager is horrible and destroying their business. I did inform the dealership who told me they were also in the process of discontinuing their necessity to use them due to all of the complaints over the past six months. Even though this cost me nothing to rent. I highly recommend against them. read more

I will say sometimes they only have 1 person working the front desk which I know it can be difficult being the only one and having people after people walk in for either returning or renting a vehicle. I don't even know where to begin... My experience with this enterprise has been exceptional. Everyone was all on the same page, everyone helped each other and their work flow was flawless! They had EVERYTHING ready to go for me when I arrived. Enrique was super friendly and happy to walk me through the process. My car was left next door being fixed and it'll take a few weeks to be done so I took advantage of trying out some rental cars while I waited. First car was a Nissan kick Super saver on gas and the second car (which I'm trying now) is a mustang! Yes total opposite but why not!! Hopefully I get to try another car before mine is fixed . As soon as you walk in she greets all who enter with a huge smile and hello! Note to all who are considering this place, ask for Z! My motto is "Go the extra mile, it's never crowded", well this young lady did just that she made everything easy peasy lemon squeezy. Z seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. Three stars to the cleaning crew. We rented a gladiator and the interior still had some syrupy substance in the cup holders as well as used party favors in the back. We had to exchange the car because our time was up and rented your 2021 Challenger and the passenger door had what appeared to be a splash from a spilled drink and it smelled funky. These were minor details that didn't need to missed. and it did not give me much confidence in the cleanliness of your cars car, but luckily I carry sanitation wipes. Very angry about the experience here! My car was hit by someone in the parking lot some time ago, and then the other party's insurance company provided a car rental service. My car was repaired. I went to return the car yesterday, and then I put my Baby in car magnet sticker at the counter to go through the car return procedures, and then I forgot to take it. When the enterprise employee sent me to Caliber Collision, I suddenly remembered it, so I immediately called Enterprise to inform the staff and I went back to get it. They also admitted on the phone that they had put it away for me and asked me to go back to get it. When I went back, I waited for almost half an hour! Then after repeated urging, their staff told me that it was gone and was taken away by another staff member and placed in the car. I asked them to call immediately and return it immediately, and then the enterprise staff told me whether it was possible tomorrow. I agreed out of understanding. When I contacted again this morning to retrieve my magnet sign, they started not answering the phone and told me that they didn't have it! This is the sticker I bought for my daughter in Japan. It is very commemorative. I can't imagine that people nowadays have such low quality! This behavior is tantamount to stealing! Deliberately taking it away and not returning it! Don't rent a car here! We received a confirmation email and everything. On the day of our trip, we arrive as soon as the doors open the morning of our trip.. they end up not having our car available. We demanded to speak to a manager and all she could do was apologize. We planned our 15 day road trip and it all depended on this vehicle. About an hour later, we were extremely lucky that someone returned a 12 seater. IT WAS FILTHY when they handed it over to us. They didn't even try to clean it! They told us they cleaned it, but that was a LIE. I don't usually ever have anything nice to say about Enterprise, they just need to give better service. read more

Wish there was an option for NO stars. To begin, our car was being serviced at the local Jeep dealership and they utilize this branch for loaners. To make a long story short, we had a rental with another Enterprise due to a car accident with our second car. They would not allow my husband to rent a car because he was the primary driver on the other rental which I was driving. They made me leave work to add my name to the rental contract. Once I did this they STILL were not going to allow my husband to rent the car because his name was still on the initial contract. Fast forward to almost 2 hours of complaining including having the dealership call on our behalf did they decide to "allow" him to rent a car. The rental provided had a broken passenger seat that was unusable. We returned the car the next day and inadvertently left our AirPods in the cup holder. My husband called twice to inform them and emailed the branch manager. We are still awaiting a response. The staff here are untrustworthy and non-customer serviced focused. read more

Had an incident at this location today this morning....spoke to a guy as early as 830 this morning as I was transferred to this location by the headquarters of Enterprise...I gave this man my reservation number to a compact car that was reserved by the insurance company...this is the only location according to the data base that has a compact car available and he co formed that he has a Corolla compact car available..he got my reservation number, my telephone number and my home Address for pick-up. We agreed for a pick up at 0930am ... so I waited outside till 0935 and ended up calling the business for the whereabouts of the pick up. I spoke to him again and denied everything and said that I have to contact the East Holt location. I took my Ram to get some work done today 2-21-22. Warranty covered me for a rental car. I got a 2020 charger. This car is disgusting inside. The seats are dirty everything on this is dirty. The car smells I can't even have the ac on because need to have the windows open. The manager at this location really needs to step up and monitor that all cars are being cleaned after every rental. Ordinarily I have a great experience with Enterprise. I love how they walk you to your car and give you options. Unfortunately this time the car aircon didn't work and it's 95 degrees outside. So I had to return it. The pickup people were great. The people who processed my return and helped me get a car that worked were rude, however, which was surprising and unnecessary. They treated me like I was just trying to get a better car. Nah, my eighty-one-year-old mom was waiting for me while I returned this one -- we were heading to my son's college graduation. My car was being serviced at a dealership nearby for a day. I went online and reserved a car and received confirmation. I was dropped off at Enterprise by the dealership and was told by Atzerie the car I booked is not available. She then told me they have other cars available for an increased price. She then proceeds to take my payment without disclosing the amount in price difference. I told her I would like to know what is available before I'm charged. She then tells me I was just going to take your card in a defensive tone. (Why would you need my credit card if I haven't heard or agreed to the total price difference?) Then she says I can see the cars available with her employee. Her employee was very polite and asked me what I'm looking for. I told her I was looking for something at the same price for what I booked. Her employee tells me she can give me a Chevy Malibu with a 15 dollar per day price increase and she's giving me a discount because it would normally be a 25 dollar per day increase. I tell her okay cool that works for me. I come back inside with her and she tells Atzerie and Atzerie tells me no we can't do that car for you, we have a different car with a 25 per dollar per day price increase. I ask her why the change and she tells me that's all we have available. I tell her that the experience has been very disappointing because on the website they did not disclose this issue and had I known I would have called ahead to hear about the cars available versus booking online. While I'm explaining my disappointment she rudely interrupts me and tells me she will disclose this to corporate. I told her I will take my business elsewhere and she told okay that's fine. I've booked with enterprise and hertz and never experienced somebody so unprofessional and rude as Atzerie who is suppose to lead by example as a branch manager. read more

So....ordered a Chevy Suburban a week before, however, when I arrived, guess what? No Suburban. The manager came out and took care of me because he could see the frustration. Especially since I had a 1500 mile trip planned and that was just one way. Settled on a brand new Chrysler Pacifica Mini Van and I have to say. It was awesome to travel in. Great on gas. Comfortable to drive and ride in. Plenty of room for a long trip. I have to say, truly impressed. Plus, it was discounted and I saved nearly 500 bucks with unlimited mileage. Thank you Enterprise. Enterprise Rent-A-Car - 2019 Chrysler Pacifica - Car Rental Near Me - Ontario, California

I had to use their service since a light post fell on my car. The property owner of the lot my car was parked in filed an insurance claim and their insurance ended up covering the damages to my car including the rental service. I drive a luxury hybrid car and I was a bit upset that they didn't have anything equal to my car for me to drive. The first car I had for my rental was a 2018 Jeep Compass. Love the thing, but I'm not used to having to spend $50 a week for gas since my hybrid fills up on about $30, so that sucked! The repairs on my car were taking a while - I had to use a rental for about a month. Finally, an "oil change needed" appeared on the dash of the Jeep and I decided to take it in and swap it. I tried to see if I would be able to swap it for a hybrid, but apparently it is rare that they have them. It just so happens that one was just rented out to someone who is in a similar situation as me as their car was being repaired and they didn't know when the hybrid would be returned. The only hybrid they carry is a Ford Fusion. After I expressed that I needed a more fuel efficient vehicle, they were able to get me a 2018 Altima SL, which was nice! It was fast, it had luxurious features and drove smoothly. Although it still took about $50 to fill up, it was due to a larger gas tank and I pumped less frequently. The customer service here was great. I wish I remembered the lady's name, but she was just awesome. She tried her best to do what she could to accommodate me when they didn't have what I wanted. She was quick to respond and kept me posted. All around great service here! read more
