DO NOT RENT FROM HERE OR CALL THIS BRANCH. Do not call 626-714-3485. They will record your voice to train their AI! I went in person to pick up my rental car. They kept asking if I wanted to upgrade, I said no. They took the time to sanitize the car.... BUT WHY OH WHY DID THEY NOT NOTICE THE HUBCAPS ZIPTIED ON? ALSO LOOSE HUBCAPS? My partner noticed this, only AFTER OUR HUB CAP FELL OFF WHILE DRIVING! Thank god my partner was driving and noticed. Hub cap was on a street in Pasadena. They walked into oncoming traffic to pick up the hub cap because we of course would have been charged for the hub cap that went missing off the car! This location on Foothill was closed, so we had to go to Enterprise Burbank for a replacement car. Over there a poor lady had a car that just wouldn't turn on anymore. She saw my hub cap video and said that was more scary. Thank goodness I was not on the freeway and the hub cap did not hit another car or a person! Why is Foothill Enterprise letting people drive off with cars with loose hubcaps and hubcaps with zipties? This is unacceptable and dangerous. This is only one of two rental car services in the area that does not have miserable Yelp ratings for both service and vehicle cleanliness--the only other 4 star is one of the other Enterprises in the area. The people who helped us on pick up and return were polite and friendly. As is typical of rental car services with good service, they were out of our class of car and so upgraded us for free to the next higher level. The car was clean, in good condition, but was on empty, so we had to get gas from a close station ASAP. We did have to wait a bit during pick up even though they did not appear busy, but not for too long. Return was much faster. I had a seriously negative experience with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location, and I would strongly caution others before renting here. At pickup, I was told there would be a $300 deposit refunded after I returned the vehicle. When I returned the car, I confirmed this again and was told it would be refunded within 3 business days. That did not happen. The issues didn't stop there. I was charged for an extra day without a clear explanation, and when I requested a receipt, I was told I had to physically come back into the branch to get it instead of being sent a simple email. More concerning, there were serious inconsistencies with the insurance claim they said was submitted to Wawanesa. Based on what I was told, the information provided was incorrect, and it appears the claim may not have even been properly submitted. When I tried to resolve all of this, I spoke with Denise. Instead of helping, she was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than taking responsibility or working toward a resolution, I was told to handle it myself through my insurance company. At this point, it feels like I was given inaccurate information at multiple stages, charged incorrectly, and then brushed off when I tried to get answers. This is not just poor customer service, it shows a lack of accountability and basic operational competence. If you rent from this location, document everything, double-check every charge, and don't rely on what you're told verbally read more

We have rented vehicles from this location on many occasions over the past few years and each time the experience was smooth and seamless. Most recently I had to unexpectedly leave my car at the dealership for servicing for a couple of days and needed a car at the last minute for work. I made a reservation online and less than an hour later they had a car ready to go for me. The staff at the Foothill location are so easygoing and pleasant while also being very efficient and professional. This Enterprise was very nice to deal with. Got in a hit and run. I went thru my insurance GEICO. Dropped off my car at a local body shop on 04/14. Enterprise picked us up at the body shop same day within minutes. Drove us to the Enterprise and just waited 10 minutes as there was two people ahead of us at the cashier window. Gave our insurance info and in no time went outside to choose a vehicle. We told them since going thru insurance to give us options no out of pocket. He said we can have up to mid size SUV. Ended up with a '24 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Took another 10 min to wash and clean the car. We were out in under 30 min. Our car is done with the repairs by 04/18. Drive back to the body shop with the rental. Left the rental at the body shop. Called Enterprise and they said to leave keys with the receptionist and they will pick up the car. 5 stars A++++++++. This review is about the great service that I received at the Foothill Enterprise RAC in Pasadena. I was not having the best day. I was getting a rental car due to an accident where I would need to be without my car for a while. I came in grouchy because I had to miss some time at work (I love my job and the work I do) and I was just a grouch. Denise at Enterprise on Foothill couldn't have been more professional in working with me, and after a couple of minutes, I realized that I was fortunate to be working with them. I got the car that I needed, and I couldn't be happier with the service and care that I received from them. Firstly, I wanted to wait to review in the event I was writing out of being upset however, I'm still very disappointed. This location is in such a rush....to get you anything .....but what you made reservations for. It was literally only two of us and yet it took them 45 minutes to prep the incorrect car! I voiced my concerns and it was clear they didn't care and said you'll be fine. I made the appointment for a reason...and I would have waited for the correct car but at 45 mins I had no choice but to leave as this was already beyondddd the alleged reservation and what it typically takes. The car wasn't even washed properly, we found people's trash in the dash and trunk after. There was scuffs everywhere and the worker walked around the car "inspecting it" while looking at the iPad...impressive they can inspect something without looking at what they are "inspecting." Ironically though, if you put a positive review on yelp you'll get a "real" person thanking you for said positive review. Yet, if it's not what they want it's a robot who says "sorry to hear this happened to you, email us here" and nothing gets resolved. I understand it is a business so if you want to chance not getting anything you reserved ...look no further than here. I went in to reserve in person since the online reservation was not specific enough. Nicholas helped me out. Helped me find a 6 seater for me. These are hard to come by, but it happened. Day of, a suburban was ready. On the day of my return, it was smooth. When I called about a missing gas cap, Denise made note and asked me about the car and even offered for me to exchange if I wanted to. Since it didn't affect the driving I kept it. Denise has no phone etiquette whatsoever. It's my first time booking a rental car through my insurance so I had a a few questions regarding the process. She had me on speaker the whole time and during our conversation, I could hear her talking to other people in the background so I had no clue as to whether or not she was talking to me or somebody else. Hey my name is janey I was having the worse day ever yesterday ,from my car getting stolen to money getting taken out my account ,after I reported my car stolen to my insurance and to the police my insurance made a reservation for me to get a Rent-A-Car doing so I called the fair oaks location and I spoke to one of the team members there his name was Jason. I believe so he had offered me a BMW or a choice from an Audi. He told me he would save both cars for me and I informed him that I was having the worst day ever, please make sure he had the cars so I can see them and would be a best fit for me and my boys so heading over there. I took an Uber and when I got there, Jason informed me that the Audi was being rented for someone else. I was very upset and he tried to push a small BMW on me which I knew it would not fit my boys car seats so I left his location really more upset and disappointed than I was today. I called the location on foothill. I spoke to a wonderful lady named Denise as soon as I got there, Denise helped me out so much. She ended up upgrading me and staying at my rate that I was supposed to stay out with my insurance to a SUV BMW, so Denise thank you for the bottom of my heart. My car is getting fixed at the VW dealership down the street from this location. I have an insurance claim that includes car rental so they send my paperwork to this enterprise. The guy there calls me tells me he received my information and has one small car available but he can show me other options. I said that's fine I don't need anything extra since this is only temporary. I get there maybe an hour later and he starts my paperwork then mentions conveniently that the one small car is broken now. So he shows me the cars available and tells me I'll have to pay $10 a day out of pocket. Such a scam. Worst customer service! I left immediately and called the Colorado location. They got my information and had a car available. I was in and out in 5 minutes! Much better location with more cars. Don't come here. It is a waste of time. read more
