Had to rent a car due to a recent accident and I had a great experience with this enterprise. I went on their website and made a reservation for a car first; on the day before the pick up, they sent me a nice reminder email. On the day of the pick up, I only waited a short while and got the car I reserved. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. The service staff was professional the whole way, and make sure they answer all the questions that I had. I used their after-hour drop off box to return the car, which was so easy. This location has become my go to for rentals. Most recent one was because my car was at the body shop for repairs. I was out of a car for 3 1/2 weeks. During pick up, they ran out of any kind of sedans, only SUV's. Brought the car back the next day to exchange it. No issues. Shout out to Evan and Nick who took care of me. I have not rented from Enterprise since they left the Livermore location about two years ago. My rental was initiated by AAA due to an auto accident and my vehicle being in the body shop. JR called me right away to try to nail down a timeline of when I would need the car rental. He mentioned that AAA would cover a midsized SUV comparable to my Acura MDX. I am happy to hear this. When it was finally time for Enterprise to pick me up to get the vehicle, I was at the agreed upon location waiting for about half an hour. At that point, I decide it's more productive to walk home (about half a mile) and have them pick me up from there so I changed my pick-up location on the app. I called Enterprise only for them to tell me that first clicking on the app is not sufficient notice and that I would have to call them personally for the pick up. Huh?! Why have an app then? Makes no sense. I finally get to the store only to find out that the Nissan Rogue reserved in the app is now a Jeep Compass. It is a nice car, but definitely not close to my Acura MDX which seats 7. However it is a fairly new ride and I was even told it had 4WD in case I wanted to go off-roading in the next couple of days. Ha! I told JR that this car is only going to ballet, piano and gymnastics. Luckily, the drop-off procedure was extremely convenient, and I was able to leave my car at the auto body shop and not have to go all the way back to Pleasanton. I rented a car from Enterprise in Pleasanton on Pimlico Drive and am now dealing with one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. During the initial walk-around inspection on July 21, I took a video as I always do when renting from this location, especially after a previous rental where I was falsely accused of damaging a sideview mirror. I returned the car after hours on Saturday, July 26, and left the keys in the drop box. The following Monday (July 28) at 10:34 a.m., I received a voicemail from Raphael stating that the vehicle was in good condition and that my $300 deposit would be refunded. But just a few hours later, around 1:30 p.m., I received another voicemail claiming there was damage and asking for my auto insurance information. The staff was quick to accuse me of causing damage to the front passenger-side bumper and two dents on the trunk. I sent in a video I recorded during the initial inspection, which clearly shows the bumper was already separating from the fender before my trip (something I noticed when reviewing the footage after their accusation). Rather than considering this evidence or handling the matter professionally, Raphael has been dismissive and unprofessional throughout the process, treating me more like a suspect than a paying customer. Since this is the second time I've been wrongly accused of damage at this location, I strongly suspect there's a pattern here--targeting customers who decline to purchase their insurance, accusing them of pre-existing damage, and filing claims without making any actual repairs. It feels like a scam to collect insurance payouts while renting out the same damaged vehicles again and again. Avoid this branch at all costs. If you absolutely must rent from them, take thorough photos and videos and prepare to defend yourself--even if you've done nothing wrong. This is not how a reputable business should operate, and Enterprise corporate needs to seriously investigate this location. read more

I was in town from SoCal for a wedding. Mind you It was a four day weekend on Fourth of July. I did not have high hopes of getting a car, but I realized I really needed a rental. I came across the nearest enterprise near my hotel and sure enough they were available and efficient. They had my car ready and I wasn't expecting much with the inventory, but Vanessa and Eric ended up getting me a really great car better yet a convertible which was just a plus. They made my experience so great. Vanessa even gave me a cup of water. Overall, they were hospitable, super kind, professional and a great team. Eric was super efficient and even sold me on the protection plan. Kudos to these top performers and Enterprise. :) read more

Brain was awesome! I came in to get my car which wasn't available. Brain upgraded my car for the same price I was originally quoted for the car I reserved. I had a 2026 Nissan which drove superb and was not a gas guzzler. I was supposed to come back Sunday on the 30th but my young one got sick. So I had to return on Friday and another team member took care of me. Everything went great, I had a wonderful experience people and I want to thank the whole team there for the great experience. Made a reservation online for a vehicle for two days. I put that the drop off time to be on a Sunday after hours. I picked up the car with no issues and the person was helpful. He also confirmed the drop off time and did not mention any issues about it being after hours. I dropped the car off earlier than the scheduled drop off time. I got a call from someone at the office asking how the service was and the dollar amount that I was going to be charged. Everything looked good and thought that would be the end. I see that I was charged a lot more on my credit card so I gave them a call and spoke to someone else. They told me since they didn't check the vehicle in till Monday that they would charge me for 3 days not 2. I explained to them that the original rsvp was till Sunday and that I dropped the vehicle off before the scheduled drop off time. The person over the phone told me that they go by when they check in the car and asked if they can just check their cameras to see what time I dropped the car off. The person over the phone ended up charging me for 2 days but would not take off the Damage waiver for 3 days. I asked if you're only charging me for 2 days for the car why would you charge me for 3 days or Damage waiver and his response was for "liability" which made no sense. If you're dropping off on a Sunday be aware. Your reservation might show for the exact days but they might end up charging you more since they won't check the car in till Monday. If this is your policy you should let customers know. Also don't call your customer to tell them that you will charge the correct amount that should be charged and charge more read more

Extremely disappointed with Enterprise. My girlfriend and I made an online reservation for a "Nissan Rogue or similar" for our upcoming trip, received confirmation for pick-up and drop-off times, and planned to pay upon arrival. However, just one day before our scheduled departure, we received a call at 8:30 am informing us that there were no cars available at that moment and asking if we could adjust our pick-up time. We agreed and waited until 12 pm, but after not receiving a call, we reached out to inquire about any updates. The representative informed us that they were still searching their other locations for available cars and promised to provide an update before their 6 pm closing time. When asked about the scenario where they couldn't find a car, we were told that they would call us the next morning at 10:30 am (the day we were planning to leave for Arizona at 3 am). Unfortunately our backup plan was to use our own car.Despite our arrival at our destination throughout the whole day we never received a call from Enterprise. It is concerning that we were able to book a car rental for those specific dates, yet they did not have any availability. Additionally, having to constantly follow up on the status ourselves and not receiving any communication the next day, let alone an apology for the inconvenience, is unacceptable. The booking system should not allow customers to reserve cars for dates when no vehicles are available. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and we will not be utilizing Enterprise's services in the future. read more

I had originally been sent here by Audi because they no longer do loaner vehicles so I arrived and within 5 min I was out of the lot with the same luxury style vehicle I had been getting work done on with Audi. Brian G was able to help me out and really went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. This place is good deal, but staff made false promises regarding getting better deals through competitor National. I rented a car from them and when I returned it , the manager told me she could upgrade me next time I needed a vehicle. So, I called in and no one answered and stter many efforts finally got a real person and they told me there aren't any upgrades and or better deals. Joke. I'm going to Hertz. Compared to enterprise, hertz is was less expensive. read more
