We rented MVNN 15 passenger van from a different company not knowing about MVNN. Once I started working with MVNN my concerns went away. The other company only communicated via email which always took more than 12 hours. I requested to talk to a person several times but that never happened. Once I contacted Mel and Nora with MVNN, my questions were answered promptly and my needs were all met quickly. The van was well maintained and very clean. We had a minor concern which Nora was able to understand and explain how to continue using the van without any additional problems. We were traveling with 4 other couples, long time friends. We had a wonderful trip through the red woods , light houses and coastal towns. I would highly recommend MVNN Motors to anyone who is looking for a vehicle and a great company that serves their customers. Great work! read more

We needed a 9 passenger sprinter van last minute. I found MVNN motors thru turo, I have never used turo. I decide to look them up and see if I could rent thru them directly. Nora answered the phone when I called, she was profesional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was able to find us the perfect van and have it ready for pickup within a few hours.
