Got a great rental car that was paid by AAA insurance. Enterprise upgraded us to a luxurious Hyundai Tucson for no charge. I Loved the Apple play dashboard for my maps and music. Also, the non-smoking car did NOT stink of cigarette smoke! Also, they picked us up & let us leave the car at our car repair place for no charge. We will definitely use them for rental cars in the future. I may buy a similar used Hyundai Tucson from them when they upgrade to the next year models. read more

I have rented from Enterprise for years when in need, often finding them the convenient, go to company with nice cars, usually, but the last time I rented was because I was in a car accident and had a car rental assigned while my vehicle was repaired. Once my car was done, I was told that I could just pick it up at the shop and leave rental car there for my convenience and it enterprise would come pick it up for me. (This is way back in May of 2025.). The next day I get a call from Enterprise asking me how I want to take car of the broken windshield (?!). I had to rush down there to see what they were talking about. There is no way I had a broken windshield. It took some fighting but I got them to remove that from my fault as it absolutely was not me, and somehow luckily they realized that. But then about a month and a half later I was presented with a bill from them for a citation, and an automatic charge to my credit card for $119. They are very unclear about where citation occurred, as I had no recollection. I had to go through multiple sources and sitting on hold to find out it was a citation issued in WA state. Even though the car I was driving did have a WA state license, there was no way I was in WA. After hours on hold with them, they determined it was an error; a police officer had written down the license plate wrong (3 digits wrong!) for another car in WA (a Cadillac and I was in a Nissan). They said they would take care of the error and I should not even need to file a dispute with my credit card because they would take care of it all. I didn't fully trust them and filed a dispute with my credit card co. I assumed, since I have used and enjoyed Enterprise for many years that it WOULD be taken care of. WRONG. I'm in m busy full life working and caring for family when I get this dang letter in the mail from credit card co that they've completed their investigation and see that the charge is valid and that I should be paying! First I start researching the Seattle court (doing their job for them) who verify it was not a Nissan, but a Cadillac, etc, not the car I was in), they send me photos. I next call the irresponsible Enterprise again and have to wait on hold for hours again until someone gets on the phone who's apologizing that nothing was done properly and that now they will be looking into it and it will take at least 10 business days to resolve. That letter was on November 10. Meanwhile, I'm having to pay the dumb credit card company to keep my credit score from going in the dumps. Yesterday we had to rent a car for a whole week and we went to BUDGET instead. Praying there are no nightmares there either. I wanted to attach my Pics of citation and car license plate I was driving that shows the license plate number I was in with the wrong car, but technology is just too time consuming to that going. Here we are in end of November and it's not resolved. This is outrageous time consuming and very upsetting. It almost feels like whomever was trying to sic the broken windshield on me was in cahoots with the ticketing BS. read more

Talked to Aaron on the phone. Didn't like the snarky attitude when trying to reserve a car for Monday. Literally asked to not reserve for a Japanese/Korean make car since I've been in accidents with those vehicles and have chronic back injury. Employees should have empathy and compassion with those who are scared to drive those vehicles since when hit, those cars collapse and cave into the middle. When asked for an American or European make car he said he'll "rent it to someone else" okay??? I get that but I need a car that's safe and comfortable for me to drive since I'm STILL paying out of pocket! After I wrote this review on Yelp I called back again because I was confused about the whole ordeal with Aaron and told the manger, Ashley about my complaints and concerns. She told me she would help me at 8AM on Monday 4/22/24. I took my car to G&C body shop and was told Enterprise can come pick me up at the body shop. Not sure why I wasn't told this information over the phone. But I had an appointment today 4/22/24 to pick up a rental. I expressed my concerns to the manager there named Ashley on what car I want. We also talked about this 3 days ago Friday 4/19/24 @1:12PM. I got to the front desk was told no matter what vehicle I choose I'd still have to pay outta pocket but $15-$25 max. By the way, she has NO KNOWLEDGE of what vehicles will be there, or the make and model of a car whether they're American make, German make, or Japanese make, etc. This is quite disappointing since these are basic knowledge for those who work at a car rental place! We walked out to the lot and she told me right away she didn't know her cars, I then replied with an O.K. and proceeded to scan the lot and requested for the Chevy Malibu but she said it isn't clean yet and only ONE person is cleaning the car. I told her I can come and pick it up later or whenever it was available, I was told she doesn't know when they're going to clean it. We then start looking at other options and she said she'll cut me a "deal or discount" but all of them were very expensive even with my insurance, AAA paying the difference of $25. I would still have to pay out of pocket $45-$55 a day but that's the whole reason why I called on Friday 4/19/24 (3 days ahead) in order to know what is available or not so I can go to a different location. I ended up leaving with no car. Very upset, a waste of my time, and disappointed. Never received this type of cluelessness from Enterprise in my life. read more

Do not EVER rent from Enterprise. I had the exact same experience as Kianna. Dropped off the car at the auto body shop as instructed, Enterprise contacted me to say they had found this dent in the front bumper, even though I'd never had an accident or noticed anything of the kind. They sent me photos of what looked like a small dent, and then ten days later sent me a bill for $2955! I am attaching the photo they sent me of the damage, and their bill. The only other time I have had a similar situation (with Alamo, a highly superior company), they decided that since I didn't have any kind of accident, little dents like that can happen as part of normal wear and tear and didn't charge me anything. I'm happy to write this review to share my awesome experience at this location. I've rented from Enterprise 5 times since January 2021. I decided to start coming to the Corby location all because of my experience there. (Shout out to the assistant manager there) My first time renting was at the Cleveland location, I decided to return the car to one closer to my home, (which is the Corby location).. the girls were welcoming and answered my questions and made me feel appreciated as a customer. All the employees at this location are GREAT. I like it when people talk to me like I'm a person, and share their own experiences when I'm trying to make a decision. I can't remember her name. I'm pretty sure she mentioned that she was the assistant manager there. She was super friendly, professional, and accommodating. I LOVED how she remembered me after the first time. I mean that's not expected, yet to me that shows she makes genuine connections with their customers. A few times I needed to extend my rental, and they made it super easy for me. I also like how they follow up with you once you've rented the car to see if you have any questions etc.. they even offer rides when renting or dropping off a vehicle (of course if they're open that is) saved me money on a Uber or LYFT. One time they provided a ride for me, an the guy that picked me up was very personable. I enjoyed his conversation. My only complaint is that they are now closed on weekends. read more

Beware! After I returned my rental vehicle, I got a call the following day from the manager that there was a "new" dent on the bottom of the front bumper. This dent could not be seen unless you bent down and looked under the car. I know I didn't create that dent and the very brief walk-through by the salesman when I picked it up didn't notice the dent. I was charged $1,300 for the repair. I was able to talk with the body repair guy, who mentioned that when the cars get towards the end of their rotation, Enterprise gets pickier about dents compared to earlier. I had a pickup truck with over 30K miles. I will never rent from Enterprise again. read more

My experience here was lukewarm, and now has turned nightmarish. Four months ago, March 2019, I had a minor accident and needed repairs to my truck, so I turned it over to a local auto body shop that has an account with Enterprise. They drove me down here to pick up a rental, and put it on their account, to be later repaid by my insurance company. I rented a small truck for one month, paid the additional insurance fees with my card, and was done. The auto body and engine repair shop were great, my truck was fixed. They were handling communication with Geico, my insurance provider. Then on Thursday, August 1st, FOUR MONTHS LATER, Enterprise charged me without notice, and without authorization, another $965 !! Rent was due, and this was a major issue. I only found out about it on Friday afternoon, and of course everyone was closing for the weekend! There was apparently some problem with the auto body account, and the insurance hadn't paid yet, but neither of them knew that Enterprise would charge my account because thats just not how this works. As soon as the auto body shop found out that I had been charged, they wrote me a check for the amount, and said they were very sorry that Enterprise had done this to me, WITHOUT NOTICE, and WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. All Enterprise management ( Heather and Robyn Rosemond ) had to say through their employees was that they tried to call but my voicemail box was full. I am really disappointed in this terrible action and lack of accountability from Enterprise. Luckily the other organizations involved immediately stepped in to help me, because all my rent and bills were due right then, and this $1k subtraction was going to put me in a perilous situation. I had the best rental car experience at this Enterprise location. Enterprise has always been the only car rental business that I prefer to use. The Manager was super helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and you could see that she truly new what she was doing. I could really tell that she is a true asset to Enterprise. This would be my second time using Enterprise Rent-a-car services, the first was a different location. This rental was actually paid for by Ford for having service done to my car for the day. I was picked up from the dealership in what I assume was the driver's personal vehicle (wasn't clean) and brought to the office where I was given a choice of a Mini Cooper, a Ford Fusion and a Ford EcoSport. Being that I am 6'3, none of these fit an ideal rental as they are all small but that was my only choices in the stock. The first time I used Enterprise (in Petaluma) for a dealership recall I was given a brand new Chevy Tahoe-so needless to say this was disappointing. I chose the EcoSport because at a glance I thought it was an Escape, but it is most definitely not. The EcoSport was very slow compared to what I am used to, also SEVERAL paint blemishes/scratches/dings that I took record of. (This isn't supposed to be reviewing a vehicle so I'll give that a rest.) I just drove it home, parked it and used my truck for the day. Honestly the customer service was fine, I cannot complain about the associate I worked with. She was professional and explained all of their policies well, even if I did not personally agree to them. One thing I did not agree to was that if it decided to hail that I would be responsible for any damage done by the hail. --WHAT?! How am I supposed to control the weather? --Also they gave me the vehicle with less than a full tank of gas. it was some where in the middle of 3/4 and full so when I refueled I actually returned with more fuel than they gave me. When I dropped off the vehicle I was stuck in line for a while, there's not much that could change that as I had to wait on them to give me a ride back to Ford anyway. -One of their associates cut in front of me to pass through the line without so much as saying "excuse me" or eye contact. Would I ever actually rent a car from this Enterprise? Absolutely not, there are way better car rental options out there. This was comped by Ford so it was my only option. read more

One of the worst experiences in customer service ever. Specifically, requested a long bed truck and confirmed they had one. Nope. Waited 1 1/2 hours for truck. Kept getting the 'just a half hour more' speech. Wasn't on site. Then it was and had to be washed. Then it was a short bed. Then they initially refused a courtesy ride to Uhaul. Finally got one which also took over 20 minutes to figure out. No, these times aren't hyperbole. I was watching the clock because I had business and meetings I kept having to reschedule due to this mess. Never with any problem solving solutions except 'oh sorry. The customer service here is far better than Hertz. There's no comparison. I had to rent a car for about 10 days while my car was having repairs. Although my insurance company contracts w/ Hertz, dealing with them (just over the phone!) was humiliating to me. So, I turned to Enterprise. I paid a little over what AAA covers so I could have a larger vehicle and was given even a better vehicle when I showed up for rental. So that made me happy and I appreciated being treated like a human being by Heather and Kaitlyn (not sure of the spelling). Nice folks over there; they want to make sure you feel your experience is a good one. Rented a Ford Explorer sometime ago similar to the Ford Escape I drive as my personal vehicle. I left two pair of shades in the eye glass compartment which I notified them immediately. After about month of calls and finally driving in today I was told the car was rented out again for the 2nd time and no shades. I asked what happened to checking for them and getting a call back and was told we looked and didn't find anything. Pure lack of communication and care, I was even asked if I was sure which I replied 100% sure. Either the shades were stolen or they're still in the car. Let me first say I never write reviews, but everyone working there were SO professional they deserve it. First off I was in an accident over a month ago and GEICO has been THE WORST, however in the whole process HEATHER at Enterprise has been the first person I have interacted with that was SO compassionate and she doesn't even work for GEICO. Heather picked me up at my house to bring me there, she kept me WELL informed on where she was and gave me updates while she was on her way. When we got there another one of their members was dealing with the WORST customer ever that had dropped her Porsche off and was requesting on even though her insurance didn't cover that. She was being a horrible human being and bossing the member around. They went to the parking lot so he could show her her options and when they walked back into the office she demanded "I won't be renting any of these cars. TAKE ME BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP" and he just said "yes ma'am" and took her. He did not have to do that, and he did it with such tact I give him all the props! Back to Heather when it came to getting extra insurance for the car incase there was some crazy disaster that my normal insurance didn't cover she told me that my insurance policy was so good I didn't need any of the extra! Dealership paid for a rental because of our work under a recall. The customer service is polite and prompt. We explained we'd Had problems in The past with enterprise as we are both allergic to dogs and it seems they are always covered in dog hair where we are from. Not to worry we were told. Turns out Our rental this time also was not cleaned and much to the suprised of our associate as we opened the trunk to deposit our luggage we were greeted with muddy dog prints and hair everywhere. She politely apologised and said it obviously hadn't been cleaned and would get us another. She inspected it quickly and said she needed to clean this new one real quick (obviously more dog hair). When she came back the area in the trunk was somewhat acceptable, but they didn't clean the rear passenger seats thoroughly, as they were also covered with dog hair. We took it to the wash station and vacuumed it out again quickly..my nose has now been running for two days now. Free car but not worth the allergies. How come every business from Santa rosa north looses quality and proper customer service? Why do the renters see fit to let their dogs trash the cars? Since when we're animals allowed in the rentals that aren't service dogs? Probably won't use enterprise sgain. read more

I would not recommend this branch. When I picked up my car, I mentioned damage that I noticed on the vehicle. I was told by the employee that it was too small to matter. However, a week after returning the vehicle I received I call saying that I damaged the car. I was billed over $900 for damage. After two months of going back and forth with Enterprise, they finally waived the charges (however, did not admit to making a mistake). read more

This review covers not only my most recent rental last month from this Santa Rosa location, but also the numerous Enterprise rentals from the Rohnert Park location and some from the Menlo Park location down the Peninsula as well. Every single experience of my dozens of rentals from Enterprise has been excellent! This one last month was also wonderful. My Volvo was in the body shop at Lou Saare because someone had backed into my car. The person had integrity and left a note on my windshield promising to take responsibility, and she did. Her insurance, Allstate, paid for everything including the car rental from Enterprise. A driver from Enterprise Santa Rosa picked me up from Lou Saare Body Shop and brought me to the Enterprise counter where I met Callie. I always like the professional way that all Enterprise employees dress, and Callie was no exception . . . plus, Callie is a beautiful young woman with a warm and sincere smile. She took care of my paperwork and debit card deposit very efficiently. The normal debit amount is $50 but I told her I did not have that much in my account. So, the manager asked if they could debit $20 instead which is just about how much I had! That was quick and painless. The $20 was refunded a day after I returned my rental. My rental at Santa Rosa was for one week and I was thankful for another nice experience from Enterprise---this being my first time from this Santa Rosa location. In years past, I have rented numerous cars and vans from the Rohnert Park location where the manager used to be Sarah, and then later Will. Both managers left impressions with me because they treated me SO well. I really love Enterprise Rent-A-Car because of Sarah and Will. You never forget when someone goes out of their way to make you feel liked and treated like a friend. I rented a few cars from the Menlo Park location when I had a second residence there. Enterprise was fine there as well, but not as memorable as the Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa experiences. My favorite name for a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier is Enterprise. I am also a major Star Trek fan, and Star Trek is all about starships named "Enterprise." Is it any wonder that I love a rent-a-car company named Enterprise? Review 0040 read more

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I had a rental from them and was instructed by enterprise to leave the rental at the auto body shop to be picked up once I picked up my car from the auto body shop (since enterprise and this auto body shop worked in connection) . I did and next day I was told there way a massive dent on the back I was liable for! So of course I asked for video camera footage from the auto shop to prove I dropped off the car in perfect condition... and just like I said NO DENT WAS SEEN WHEN I DROPPED THE CAR OFF. Still they have been contacting me in any way saying I'm liable. I asked them to prove the rental came back on their lot with them dent by showing me their own security footage which I was ignored. Also they took 3x as long to return my deposit. People and service here was god awful. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else please. I've heard countless stories about this same thing happening to other people at this location. Also to note I had this rental for less than 48 hours, I returned it with full gas and they also claimed that I returned the car with no gas! Super shady read more

This place has the worst manager of any business I've ever dealt with in my life. She denied me service because she said I was rude on the phone. I was upset I had to walk to there location because it took them 20 minutes to pick me up and i was 4 blocks away. She said I made the other female employee cry her eyes out. Those were her words. She said that she could deny service to whomever she want as she sees fit.. Her words again. Her name is Robin , out of respect I will not post her last name. These two amazing people agreed to stay a little late after closing for me to be able to get a rental car because my wife and I start out for our work days before they open. Very impressed by this Enterprise location. I was rear ended on the freeway and as a result insurance sent me here for a rental car one night after 6pm. Their shuttle stops running at (I believe) 5pm. The manager picked me up in her own car and gave me a ride back to Enterprise. She already had two rental car options ready for me and all the insurance paperwork was handled. She had me into the rental car in under 15 minutes and was very personable and sweet. I had gotten into a car accident and needed a rental while my car was in the shop. My insurance recommended enterprise. I have to commend this branch as they were absolutely amazing through a very difficult process. I was advised my car would only be in the shop for two weeks and we're now going on six weeks. Robin, the manager, has been stellar to work with. She ensured that I had a luxury vehicle for work and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. She worked with my insurance company and the collision center and took care of everything for me. I even returned a vehicle as my collision center told me they would provide a rental and sure enough it was a nightmare. I went back to enterprise three days later and picked up another vehicle. Robin continued to go above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met. I can't recommend this enterprise enough and more importantly, Robin. I was rather difficult at times and she kept her composure and was able to secure exactly what I needed. Their customer service is top notch! You won't be disappointed! read more

I rented a car from them for 3 days. During my trip, I got a flat tire. Unfortunately, the car was taken to a repair shop. When I called this location for help, they were rude and disrespectful. They hung up on me several times. I reached out to enterprise Long Beach and even they said enterprise Santa Rosa was being disrespectful. They also tried to help and enterprise Santa Rosa hung up on them. Long story short, I got a flat tire at 11pm Sunday on my way back to return the car. It's a seven hour drive so I would've had enough time to return it. I never got another car and was charged all three days. I ended up renting another car with hertz and they were way more helpful and professional. I'm never renting from this enterprise location again. To anyone reading this please go elsewhere.
