Overcharged!. Charged 5-days for a 3-day rental. Utilized the overnight drop box on a Friday but was provided the explanation of the key could not be found until Monday even though the office is open on Saturday. Spoke with the branch manager in-person and over the phone and she stated that they would check with Lindsay Collision because it is their camera that oversees the drop box. Could not give a definitive date of reply when asked (I take this as she will get to this when she gets to this and/or they've already got their money). Luckily took photos of the car in the parking lot upon return to ensure quality of car. Brought photos to the office on a Saturday and was informed by a representative that the photos would suffice and the issue would be resolved on Monday. Over a week later, still no word or resolution. Rent cars often but have never ran into an issue like this before. Not only is money the issue but the fact the office does not respond and is not helpful is sad and disturbing. read more

Only wish my brother had that extra time. Disgusting service- would never ever deal with such a unfeeling disrespectful company. Don't ever ever depend on this company. One good thing, the drivers who picked me up & took me home were pleasant, courteous & respectful- perhaps they should run this location, certainly would be an upgrade. #3. All I can say is steer clear of this location, unless you're into criminals and fraud! I was rear-ended in October 2015, and Lindsay Collision fixed my car. The person that hit me paid for the rental. The paint job shattered within months so Lindsay provided me a rental from Enterprise. They were apologetic and patient while I unloaded my car ... again. They gave me the keys and I was on my way. Months later, I received a bill for $500 stating I was responsible for the rental. I disputed it with my credit card company, as it was NOT my rental, but Lindsay's rental. Maria Skobeleva, manager of that location, was furious that I filed a dispute because it cost her "too much paperwork". Imagine my surprise, when three days ago, discovered I lost the dispute, and was charged another $500. That "Maria" simply stated I owed them money and signed a contract. There was NO contract! It was NOT my rental! I marched into their office yesterday and demanded my money back as it was not my rental. I left there with a receipt that the bill was paid by Lindsay back in October as well as a credit back to my card. Ms. Skobeleva was double dipping! She charged Lindsay as it was their rental and she charged me, because she had my credit card on file in the event of damage from a previous rental. This woman, has committed a criminal act of fraud and is not to be trusted. And if she's managing this location, nor should the location be trusted! read more

Rented a car last year. Was given a sedan and should've been given an SUV model since that was my vehicle coverage type through my insurance. The sedan was detailed, clean and dried with no scratches or damages visible. I requested an SUV to match what our covered vehicle type and was told there's one available and to wait a bit so they can clean and pull it up. Waited an additional 20-30 mins for the SUV vehicle. Finally got to inspect with the rep and it wasn't cleaned inside as it smelled like cigarettes, had scratches all over the car and was still wet from the quick wash. It wasn't clean inside out like the sedan they had first brought out to me. We walked around with the rep and he agreed with all the scratches we pointed out. During the inspection, it started to rain and we had to rush the inspection and the rep had us digitally sign the agreement outside in the rain. When it was time to return the car, it was sunny and the car was dry. The manager accused us that there were new scratches and we have to pay for the damages. A year later, we get a bill for approx. $500. What a scam! I think they were upset we requested a different model car that we're entitled to and that we passed up on buying their insurance plan. I've gone to other Enterprise locations and they've always matched the vehicle type of what I owned to rent and never had to request (always automatic) and the vehicles never had as much damages as they black SUV they rented to us! Terrible service and will never trust this location. In fact, have already warned family and friends not to go here and they have traumatized me not to want to rent from Enterprise ever again. Worse experience ever and the manager was rude. He couldn't provide before photos to justify their damage claim when I asked. Now they want me to pay to repair for a new hood that had TONS of scratches all over it already??!!! read more

"Fender bender" had me at Lindsey Collision (co-located for super convenience!). Hiba -- soon to be manager somewhere, if not here! -- hooked me up in no time with a perfect ride. Smooth as silk. Just what one hopes for in a rental car experience. Drop off was just as easy. Service with a smile the whole time - even on day after a major holiday when no one wants to be at work! I used this place for years, but the last few times I was given dirty, old vehicles, one with a dangerous defect, and then got a lot of pushback when I complained, with no compensation. There are other Enterprise locations in Springfield with better cars and better service. Avoid this one. read more

I called today to rent a truck from Enterprise today at 11:15am. I told them I was leaving and would be there to pick up the truck. As normal traffic was congested here in Northern Virginia so I attempted to call the branch back at 11:50 as Google Maps said my new ETA is 12:05. I was on hold with the location for the entire time until I arrived at 12:04. I walked in the place was cleaned out and put away. There is no way that could have been done in 4 mins. They did not answer the phone and packed up way before 12. I wasted my time to drive to this location to rent a vehicle. All I heard while on hold was how they pride themselves with customer service that is only in talk not by actions. I'm sure they will try and reply that the person on duty had some sort of emergency and had to leave right at noon, but the other people at the shared location said they run out right at noon every Saturday. read more

I have NEVER been so rudely spoken to by a service company. Enterprise's staff is usually very friendly and helpful. I have used Enterprise numerous times in the past and 3x at this specific location. This Enterprise location is located INSIDE of Lindsay Collision off of Industrial Road. I returned the rental vehicle off yesterday at 5:15pm at Enterprise (bc my car was ready/repaired) I walked through the vehicle yesterday with the Enterprise Rep and all was fine. I am at work today and receive a VM from COREY HARRIOTT at Enterprise stating that there was a hubcap missing and I needed to call him back asap. I called back and spoke to Corey Harriott and he began to tell me that there is a hubcap missing and that I am responsible for the repairs, and he continued with stating that he will file a claim with my car insurance to rectify the matter. I asked him for his supervisors information in which he responded and stated that He is the manager. I asked for his higher-ups contact information - in which he responded and told me that he has the authority of a head supervisor and that the information he has given me is correct and it will be the same information if anyone else calls me back. I told him I was going to call HR and he encouraged me to do so. I called HR and spoke to a rep and they were SHOCKED by his behavior and professionalism. I played back the Voicemails for Enterprise HR and the lady told me she was literally "Cringing" while I played the voicemails. During my phone call to HR, Mr. Corey Harriott called back and left another VM. He told me he apologized for the accusation and that his manager told him to not even mention anything about the matter to me since it was over 22hours later that they found the issue. 1. WHY DO EMPLOYEES REFUSE TO GIVE MANAGER INFORMATION? 2. IF AN EMPLOYEE IS NOT SURE ABOUT SOMETHING, WHY DON'T THEY ASK A HIGHER-UP?
