This is a great office staffed with professionals! I had to drop my truck off at a local repair shop and they were quickly there to pick me up. Paperwork was quick and easy. Vehicle options were nice. The run down on what to do, not to do, insurance options, etc was smooth and I didn't feel pressured on anything. A special shout out to Dale. He is a constant professional and is very courteous from the moment you walk in till your walking out with keys in your hand. Husband picked up car today. It was covered by insurance while mine is being fixed. They had a Mazda Miata convertible that I have been thinking about trading my Lexus for. He asked several times for this car and they 1-ignored him several times, 2-told him it was too much money for him, and 3-said it was too small. They were extremely rude. Terrible customer service!! They were supposed to pick me up at 2:00... they told me they had 2 cars available covered under my insurance. At 3:30 they calld me to finally come to pick me up. When they realized the other location was closer. That they would call me back. Then i received a call from the ynez location. They stated they only had an undesirable vehicle. I called back to this location & suddenly they no longer had any cars available. I literally had to call B.S. but they didn't care. Apparently customer service is not their strong suit. Had issues with my car and being from Encinitas, I was very far from home. I had my vehicle in a shop right down the road at the local Pep Boys. The guys there recommended this Enterprise and even offered a ride down to them. I got in the vehicle and off we went down to Enterprise. When I got there, I was greeted by Kaiti (I think that is how you spell her name), regardless, she was awesome. Very attentive to my needs and very sympathetic to my situation, I was stuck in an unfamiliar situation. She got me a really cool vehicle to continue on my way up to Los Angeles, and the next day when I got back and was ready to pick up my vehicle from the shop. They went out of their way to give me a ride back to the shop to get my car. I also want to mention some of the other individuals at the rental place that were also helpful (Dale and Ben). Renting a car is usually a hassle, especially if you've been in a car accident and your insurance company sent you here. That being said, my anxiety was put to ease the moment Kaisja came to pick me up from Temecula Auto Body (these peeps were great as well!). She was very kind, personable, and calm. I enjoyed the short trip we shared back to Enterprise. Paperwork was quick and I was on my way! Thanks Kaisja, for making an unenjoyable experience as good as it gets! Great customer service upon return as well. The employees aren't so nit picky about minor surface scratches and check-out was a breeze! I rent cars pretty often because I don't like to put miles on my personal vehicle enterprise is the worst first of all I made a rental arrangement on expedia.com for 1230 on a Saturday I got a call Friday evening that I missed and someone left a voicemail the voicemail said they were calling about the reservation to give a call back I didn't get a chance to call back during their business hours so I called back first thing Saturday morning three hours before I was supposed to pick up the rental I called three times and got hung up on three times so I said forget it I'll just go up there when it was time to pick up the rental. now on Expedia I book my rental for 1230 when I get to the office it's close so I call the office and get no answer so then I go back online and I see if I can book a car at the Murrieta location and it lets me book the car but then I get a call from the Murrieta location saying it's too late of a notice they don't have a car available which was fine but then I said to the women who called that I had booked a car in the Temecula location "I'm here now and it's closed you guys might wanna update Expedia on your hours" the girl on the phone says yes you can book the car for 12 but you have to be there by 11:30 to get the car.... no where does it say that online nowhere does it say that in the pick up instructions and the person that left a voicemail The night before could have just said that in the voicemail now I'm supposed to be in Newport Beach with no car to drive congratulations Enterprise on ruining a family weekend read more

I rented a truck for our company and it was a "smooth as glass" process from picking up the truck, paying for it and returning the truck. Everyone in the office was friendly, helpful and even gave me a perk** when I turned in the truck. Extremely slow!!!! I made a reservation and the car class was not available. Told to wait and see what they have come in. I was forced to wait over 1 hour. Friendly phone service and horrible customer service in the office. I overheard a customer extending her rental complaining that there was a grinding sound with breaking. The representative told her i don't have anything now but you can call back later at close to see if we have anything. There was obviously no concern for customer safety! Out of all the places I've rented a car from, this was by far the easiest and fastest car renting experience I've ever had! 5 stars just for that! I will say that I rented an economy car for a business trip this weekend in Arizona, and the car they had available was a Fiat which was a little small, but boy it was zippy! That's the only downside, cause it said a Kia Rio or similar model, but hey, needless to say, I will be upgrading with my next rental. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I have been dealing with Ryan there at this location for over a month now dealing with a balance that was left from me renting a car due to an insurance claim. Ryan told me days were covered by insurance come to find out they weren't. After going back and forth between my insurance and THIS location of enterprise for a month they promised a partial refund. Week later still have not received it but they took their money out though. Will be calling corporate if my money is not refunded back. Please pick a different location or rental company. This place is a joke. My husband had to rent a car because he was rear ended and the only option from insurance was enterprise. The guy who gave us the rental was late and rushed us through the paperwork. He barely explained any of the additional charges and all the "optional" fees. What he told us would happen and what actually happened were two very different things and if I were the manager of this facility I would re-train immediately. He essentially told us that there would be a hold on our credit card until we returned the car, 50$ every 3 days but they wouldn't take the money out unless there was an issue. When we returned the car there was a charge for 300$+ with no explanation. My husband called and they were rude and told him there was nothing they could do and wouldn't give us an explanation or our money back. The rental was completely covered by insurance so there was no reason to take money from us. A couple days went by and our money was back in our account but after another couple days they had taken 200$+ with no explanation and after everything was already completed, the rental was returned with a full tank of gas and in the same condition it was returned. Don't rent from this place, seems to me they are running a scam. read more

Very poor customer service. Dont get me wrong. The people are nice. But nice does not get business done. I have used them twice in the last week. Both times I was forgoten about. Both times I was told my reserved vehicle was ready and waiting. The first time we got there and they said are vehicle was in back being washed. They said go grab a bite to eat and we will call you when it is ready. So 2 hours later I finally walk up to the counter and asked where my car was. The lady left for lunch. Failed to tell anyone that I was waiting. So they sent my car out to somone else. Finally 30 mins later I get a car. Make it to my house when phone rings and I am told the car has a safety recall on it. So for my toubles they will upgrade me to a mercedes. I am good with the upgrade to make up for the long delays. They said it will be ready inTen minutes. 1 hour later we get the car. I give them props for stepping up to the plate. So the second trip was just as bad. I was left waiting at the body shop 30 mins later they called enterprise again to let them know I am still waiting. So 15 mins later the body shop is closing. My car is already torn apart. So I decided I will walk there. Walk in tell the lady I am from temecula collision center and a BIG light bulb goes off in her head. Oh no. I forgot all about you. Slaps the guy next to her and blames him for not reminding her. So once again a vehicle that I was told was reserved and ready was not. It is out back being washed. 45 mins later the car comes out. So far I have waisted over 4 hours off time with this place. I am done with them. I told the lady. Dont worry about forgetting me. Its no big deal. I am getting used to it with you guys and you dont need to worry about again. I wont be back for you to forget about me....... YOUR Customers time is very important. Dont forget that. read more

My insurance company set up this rental for me. It was very frustrating when I had to call the associate back and the phone just rang and rang and rang and then hung up on me. When I did finally speak with the associate, I gave him all my information and receive my confirmation number. The next day I went to pick up the car only to have to repeat all my information again?? Whenever I have a bad experience at a business, I feel that it is best to let things settle...sleep on it and give myself time to cool off. Well, I did that and I still woke up mad as hell. This place gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! A total disregard for even the slightest bit of courtesy or customer care.. Really...My wife and I were treated like we were unimportant. Went in for a rental due to an insurance claim. Guy behind the counter was going to show me 3 different cars that I could choose from. He ended up not showing me anything and pushing me into a Nissan Altima. When we asked if we could see the other cars before we decide, he gaffed us off in a big way. He ultimately left us sitting there in the waiting area while he drove off with another customer that came in long after we arrived. The whole experience was just stupid. We rent a lot of cars. I will never go to enterprise again for my rental. First thing in the morning, I will be complaining to USAA for using this place for their insurance claims. read more

Horrible experience...had a reservation through my insurance Monday morning, get there and it's over a hour wait so we go back at 2pm as suggested., wait another hour and end up with a DIRTY SUV, the air didn't work in the back, low windshield wiper fluid and the gas was on E. We called the next day (Tuesday) and didn't get a call back until today (Wednesday) for us to pick up another car. This one was a lot smaller then needed, smells like cigarette smoke and DIRTY! According to them no other options available including from any of their satellite offices..wouldn't recommend this place to anyone read more

We were very shocked at the service provided and the vehicle we received. Any customer New or old should not have to go through what we had experienced. We had called ahead to make sure our vehicle was ready. The moment we arrived the vehicle was not ready. Gas was not filled, car was very dirty, and parts of the vehicle was missing. Waited an hour for a rental car that I had a reservation for to be washed. Then when it was finally ready they told me the gas tank was completely empty and asked if I wanted them to put gas in it, it would take longer. Not to mention, unless they hit a swarm of bugs leaving the bay, it was a terrible wash job. read more

My car was in the shop for quite a while and my insurance co. allowed for only so much money for car rental. The problem was, when the money ran dry from insurance they didn't notify Enterprise until the day AFTER it expired. Which meant I was instantly on the hook for that charge. Ultimately I should have confirmed the last day I had coverage with the insurance company. But when I mentioned it to the coolest car rental dudes EVER...Jason, Dale and Chris at the Temecula Location, they instantly removed the charge, shook my hand and told me to have a great day. NOW THAT'S SERVICE! Holy cow...they didn't have to do that at all. But they did, without me asking. I will always always always, use Enterprise for my car rental needs. I reserved a mini van for a family vacation a week in advance from when we were leaving. I scheduled pick up time for 8am which is when they open as we had a long road trip ahead of us to San Francisco. We got there at 8 and the employee was also just getting there so after waiting a few minutes for him to get organized we were in formed that they had no 7 passenger vehicles available yet and to give him 30 minutes to an hour, so we went to grab breakfast and wait for them to call us. An hour and a half later we decided to stop by to check the status and were told they still didn't have our car and weren't sure when one would be coming in and had no answer as to why they allow people to make reservations if they won't have the cars available. By this time we had already lost way more traveling time then we wanted so we went down the street to Avis and thankfully they had a van available for us immediately. Then around 4:30 pm that day I finally get a call from the enterprise location telling me they would have a car available that afternoon but they closed at 5 and to please let them know either way if I'd be picking up the vehicle I had reserved for almost 8 hours prior. No apology, no explanation, nothing. The worst renting experience and customer service ever. read more

I'm a retired auto claims adjuster, so I've worked with lots of rental companies and I've used Enterprise for years. This time may well be my last. Made a reservation for a Ram ProMaster 3 weeks ago because I knew I would need a large cargo van. The day OF pickup, Enterprise calls and tells me they don't have the vehicle I reserved, the largest they have available is a minivan. I told them that won't work, so they said they'd call around. Never heard back ( for hours) so we went ahead and drove over there. They not only had nothing, they hadn't found out if anyone else had anything either. Finally they refer us over to the Murrieta branch saying they had a van. We drive over and wait ( and wait and wait ) and eventually they take us out to a little Nissan mini cargo. I told them again that isn't going to work, I needed a full size CARGO van. They simply said they didn't have anything. What good is a reservation when they don't reserve anything for you ? Then, to top it off, I found out thru another location that the full size Cargo vans ( including the ProMaster that I reserved online ) are not available at any location EVER except for the truck rental location in Corona. Why can you reserve them at every location then ? And why do none of the employees actually seem to know this ? And since they did take the reservation for this vehicle, why did I have to drive down a second day to the Corona location instead of having the vehicle brought to the location I reserved it from ? VERY POOR customer service all the way around ! read more
