This place is awesome! My husband and I played 1 hour of bowling here for $20 total (including shoe rental). The lane set up is super cute and casual with comfortable seating. The lanes/scoring are electronic and you set up the players on a touch screen. We did have trouble with the lane freezing up several times though they were quick to fix it and add some extra time onto our lane. Afterward, we purchased an arcade card and were able to load how every much (or little) we wanted in order to play some games. They have self serve stations to reload your cards for convenience. read more

There's nothing worse than writing a 1-star review for a place I've spent a great deal of time and money at over the years, but I'm not writing this review for the management's sake. I am writing this for all the businesses and corporations surrounding this establishment planning holiday parties and everyone visiting the mall looking for a place to take their kids to play the video games their parents used to play. I'm part of a large group of professionals that has been coming to this location for an extended amount of time on Thursday nights, even before it was known as "Pac-Man Entertainment." Now it has a name that, if I didn't know better, had likely fallen to two former McKinsey & Company consultants to name a company something so wrong that it would nearly guarantee to get them out of a vast shopping mall lease and settled on something that sounds like what happens after the service at a mausoleum, but I digress. So this large group I hang out with at this establishment eats and drinks quite a bit, so much so, under previous management(s), the bar and wait staff would look forward to our group for the high level of courtesy we'd give the servers, but also the tips! Plus, the space we used to have for 35+ people is now being utilized with Bingo Night; seriously, if I wanted to go to bingo night, I could visit any American Legion hall and have a better time not hearing D-23 echo out of every speaker in the place. Tonight, I counted EIGHT people over by the bingo space; they didn't look like they were drinking, but I know the 30-odd people in the tiny spot they had us on Thursday night were racking up some decent bar tabs; mine was $80+ With record inflation today and a recession around the corner, if you're reading this, consider this your warning to find someplace better to spend your money, as this isn't the place. read more

This place is massive. Lots of arcades. We dine at restaurant and it was fine. Nothing stands out but was not terrible. We mainly went because kids wanted to go to arcade. Price point. For meals and drinks aren't bad. Bowling is first-come first serve, so get your name on waitlist if you want to bowl. I do like that it has a separate entrance from mall. So you don't have to battle the mall crowd just to come here. It is also accessible from the mall through the food court. read more

A solid place and super fun for a date night. I have been wanting to come here for YEARS and, sadly, waiting until a few weeks ago to finally make the trip. Some of the photos are how the place was before - namely the big lego Pac-Man. That is no longer there - but it's still a very cool place. There is bowling, a restaurant and bar and then plenty of video games! Highlights were the giant Pac-Man game and a bunch of classics like Q-Bert and Tapper. Overall, we had a good time. We liked our food, the beer selection and laughed at not being as good at the arcade games as we remembered (ha!) Shout out to Giselle - server at the bar. She was super accommodating and great with her service. We even started talking to some folks next to us who were enjoying the nostalgia as well! Read my original review. I have to go down to 4 stars. Only due to the food, everything else is great! So the good. Bowling was fun and a good price. We also ate here and service was very good. I had to update my last review though. I mentioned I heard the food was good. So, this time we ate here. We ordered the fish & chips and appetizer calamari & shrimp. Fish & chips were overcooked triangles. For sure just frozen and fried there. Fries were very tasty, but again, didn't seem home made. From our last visit, I thought they made their food in house. They also do not have malt vinegar. But, they did offer some white vinegar which worked fine. Calimari came out soggy with the soggy breading just falling off when picked up. The shrimp were alright. We sent back the calamari and they did send us out a better cooked replacement. I'd still say this place is great and has good deals as well! But, the food just wasn't as good as I was expecting. Kate the manager very rude, very mean, she said with a very bad actitud than can't seat 13 people to eat because only 2 waitress, I told her she needs to bring more people to work, I told here in my company we have over 50 employees and every day we bring extra people to work in case people call off, her reaction was very bad, she just say that now she canceled the bowling too and we are not welcome here anymore and needs to leave her place... Went to Enterrium for a date night with my boyfriend. When looking at the menu there were so many options for food and drinks to choose from, it was hard to pick. We ordered with our server, and everything we wanted they were out of. We had to rethink our decision so we ordered beers to start. My boyfriend, ordered one type of beer and was served a different one, because of course they ran out of the one he wanted. He was not given a choice to pick out a new one on his own, which I thought was strange. We finally placed our food orders. We got nachos as our starter - the nacho meat (pork I think) tasted like canned meat. I kept saying I feel like I am eating dog food. We ate everything, because we were starving and they seemed like they were out of basically everything we wanted. Later that night, both me and my boyfriend got food poisoning. Spent the night hanging over the toilet, instead of spending quality time together. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich - The bread was par-baked. It was under cooked. The sandwich was loaded with peppers which really threw off the taste of the entire sandwich. Fries were terrible. Do not recommend. The Bacon Mac & Cheeseburger - Drier than dry. I took a bite and returned it. It had no flavor at all. There was 6 noodles total for the mac&cheese. It was just meat, cheese, and bread. Do not get this burger. The fries were hard - way over done. Hope this kitchen has improvement. Our date night had a rough ending with food poisoning. Almost all the items on the menu we wanted to order they were out of. All the food we did order was super disappointing. Hope other people have better experiences that us here, because the concept with the games next door is excellent. read more

We came here to celebrate my young daughter's birthday hoping to play in the arcade afterwards. The hostess sat us down and brought us water. There were at max 4 tables and 2 waiters. No one came to take care of us. We walked out at the 20 min mark after multiple attempts to flag someone down. When we walked out the waiter looked at us like we were crazy and unreasonable. We decided to go to Enterrium on a Tuesday evening. We being myself, my husband and my two children. Upon entering we saw a sign for, "Unlimited Bowling". The options at Enterrium are bowling, arcades and a bar/restaurant. We decided to bowl based on the advertisement. After booking the bowling we were told we could not eat in that area. OK, we decided we would eat when we were done bowling. One hour exactly passes and our lane for bowling shut down. We call over an employee who explains that there is now a wait to bowl, so we need to exit the bowling area and if we want to bowl again we can get on a wait list. It is now 6pm, and our children are young. So we can't foresee wanting to stay long enough to get on a wait again. We didn't feel this was properly advertised, this or the lack of being able to eat and decided to ask for a manager. The manger, Andres Neris comes over, and instead of listening to my concerns he asks us to leave. Immediately he created a hostile situation. I explained my intention wasn't to upset him, he ignored me and only spoke to my husband then pretended to call security. He then demanded that we leave the building. There was no security on site. My husband attempted to also diffuse his anger but Andres continued. It was bizarre. Moments later the power went out on all 8 lanes. All of which were full. After leaving, on our own terms shortly after - I started to search for ownership of Enterrium because his behavior should be noted. It's very difficult to locate a corporate office within the states. Andres is unstable and single handedly created a bizarre and intense scene in front of children and customers. We obviously won't be going back. For context, my husband and I both work in the industry and have literally never witnessed anything like how Andres acted. read more

Booked this venue for a birthday party for my 14 year old. The venue is ok but bowling screens and just overall technology is outdated. The game play was slow for our group of 20. This is partly the kids fault, as they were touching the screen a lot , but even after some time, still didn't work. Party hosts were ok, friendly service but slow. Food was really good. Asked repeatedly for to go containers, waited an hour (party was still Going on) and none were given. Front desk is rude. Cookies part of birthday party were not given out. Also, their policy about game cards given out for birthday parties makes no sense. There's a cap of either 200 or 500 points. So if one of your party guests hits a jackpot, they can't get any more points. The way you get your bowling shoes - terrible. They are just thrown on what looks like a plastic table and you have to rummage through it yourself. Not a great idea for a party of almost 20 13-14 year old boys. We came here on a weeknight to bowl and checked out the arcade too. Bowling was fun and there was only 1 other group there while we were there. The lanes were nice but the lane locked up a couple times while we were planning which was annoying, but they were able to fix it after 5-10 minutes each time. They also added some additional time onto our clock. It cost 20 dollars for the two of us to bowl for an hour. We got thru about 3.5 games. After we were done bowling we went to the arcade and put 5 dollars on a card. We played pacman, mariokart, and flappybird. The games were fun! read more

I was super excited to take my kids here but was extremely disappointed. It cost $2+ to play each game, when you go to get your prize from your tickets they won't let you pay the difference with money. We stood at the front for 10 mins waiting for someone to come help us. The food was nothing special. Next time I'll just take my kids to Chuck-e-cheese where you can get a game card for an hour and still collect tickets. We didn't have a chance to try out the bowling but I also don't think I'd ever go back since there are probably 10 bowling alleys between my house and enterrium. After catching a movie with the little one on a recent Saturday afternoon, we stopped by to kill some time before dinner. We typically go to Main Event in Hoffman, but wanted to check this place out for some time. I can't comment on the food because we didn't order any, but it smelled and looked good from what I gathered as we walked through the dining area. We spent all our time in the arcade, and they definitely have a good selection of games. Not as pricey as I would've expected for it being in the mall, so that was refreshing. I've only come here for bowling so far, but in the one hour that we bowled, we definitely got our money's worth and sooo much more! On Tuesdays they have a deal for bowling for $2.57 per person per game including a free shoe rental. But, we came on a Wednesday (unfortunately, we thought?). After some quick calculations, we realized if you only have two people, it's WAY cheaper to play per hour. Their normal bowling costs $5/hour per person (a bit weird that they charge hourly per person, but I can't complain). Shoe rentals are $5 (really pricey), but good thing we had our own bowling shoes. With only my husband and I on one lane, we bowled 5 games in that hour (my arm was sore for the next two days...), making that just $1/game! On top of that, they apparently have yellow pin bowling every day. If the yellow pin shows up at the front of all your pins, call the staff over to watch you bowl. Get a strike and get a free arcade gift card! After five games (with many opportunities to win a gift card) and sore arms and fingers, we happily left with 3 arcade cards at the end. We'll be back for the arcades next time! The staff was really nice. We felt bad calling them over so many times to our lane, but they were all patient and excited to reward us with our prizes. Why is this place so far? Why is there not more of these throughout the city? WHY WHY WHY I really love level 257, it's such a great place to eat and enjoy family and friends without feeling rushed! Not only can you come here to play games like Pac-Man, and go bowling but they also have really good food and drinks. I have tried a few dishes here and there is nothing that I didn't like. I enjoyed the sushi, I enjoyed the quesadilla (with no meat ), I've enjoyed everything about this place from the decor, the cleanliness, the service.... everything was perfect to me. And say you have a problem with a dish or a miscommunication, they will do everything in their power to fix it! This place is Awesome and I highly recommend it over similar places like it in Chicago.. Definitely check them out, you will not regret it! read more

If you planning to attend! Turn around and run away! Worst customer service ever! I called a week ahead of time to book a reservation for a party of 10 people and I was told they don't take reservations. they have the rule first to come; first to serve. Taking into consideration the business time I decided to attend earlier and I found out the they didn't have servers only two working on a Saturday. I tried to get a table and they asked for a reservation and here comes my nightmare. I tried to explain the manager Katie the situation and she was so rude to us screaming to us for not having a reservation. Katie not friendly enough for a position as manager. Left his passport at home, the woman at the bar wouldn't accept his up to date Mexican ID with his photo and physical description on it. Had no problem getting drinks the last time he was here. Holy crap this place is a god damn blast! Brought my 10-year-old here to celebrate her birthday with some family and we all had a really good time! Definitely beats the Chuck E. Cheese feet smelling , gross pizza environment! We are currently here on a Saturday night and opted out of having dinner here we had dinner elsewhere and came here for some fun we've been here for about two hours and we were able to enjoy arcade and bowling I think that you are able to reserve Ahead of time for bowling which I would suggest we got here and waited an hour and a half (they call you when a lane is open) which worked out for us either way!
