We were so excited to go to entourage. We love the sister restaurants - Vai's and fire and wine. We were hoping to find a new favorite. The presentation was beautiful. Both the food and drinks were a feast for the eyes. However the food and drinks were subpar as far as taste, unfortunately. My steak was very chewy and my drink wasn't mixed properly. One drink, which we ordered off the menu was delicious - the expresso martini! However, when I ordered my usual cocktail it was not good. I asked for them to change the proportions. They made a modification, but it still wasn't good. I left half a steak and most of the cocktail. I'd recommend that the waitstaff check to see how the customers are doing and to pay attention to what's working or not working with the customers. The bar staff was friendly, just missed checking in and making sure everything was as expected. The ambience is lovely. Overall, with some tweaks and more attentiveness this restaurant can become a 5 star. My recommendation - order a drink off the menu and make sure they know if there is an issue with the food. read more

Great return visit to Entourage after six months. Sat at the bar - had delicious cocktails served by thoughtful and very classy Staff. They took the time to listen and engage with us which was much appreciated. The food was outstanding and service exceptional. Looking forward to the next visit. read more

I've been here for multiple birthdays, holidays, even just walked in on a random day. Every single time I've been here, I've walked away happy and full. My family and I used to go to Vai's, but we had multiple experiences ranging from good, to okay, to really bad. (I state this because these two restaurants are owned by the same person/company) So when Entourage opened, we were very curious to see how they would perform. This restaurant is honestly so much better than Vai's, I truly believe they should cut their losses and funnel all of their time and energy into this place. The service has always been wonderful, and the food has always been hot, fresh, and delicious. I haven't had a bad experience here yet, and I like I've said, I've been here numerous times for different events, busy or not. It's definitely worth the price and your time. It's also one of my favorite restaurants in Naperville now. read more

Service? Excellent. Food? Spectacular. Ambiance? Meh. It's a little loud and difficult to have a conversation during the dinner hour, but better during lunch at the high tops. I tried the deviled eggs, and now I can't go back there and not order them. They are amazing. read more

The "wedge salad" arrived as a stacked pile of chopped iceberg lettuce--no wedge and no balsamic drizzle. I asked for an actual wedge salad and the menu described a traditional Wedge Salad. When I asked my waitress about the style Wedge salad I was served, she said, "Oh, I'll ask the cook not to cut it up for you," which was confusing. What came back as a replacement was a small piece of iceberg, about the size of a large brownie--not a wedge. Really? Sad service, sad food I'm glad I made the visit so I could see for myself, but it didn't meet expectations, and now I know. Please, Don't waste your time.

Did not live up to the hype or the "Ramsey Reputation;" will probably not return. Overall experience - kind of "meh."

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, and I want to highlight a few aspects while also suggesting some areas for improvement. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were courteous and attentive. I appreciated the contemporary interior design, which added to the overall experience. We were there for a work dinner with my coworkers, and we enjoyed everything, especially the desserts. The old-fashioned cocktail was exceptional, and I found the Angel cocktail to be subtle and beautifully presented. However, I did notice a couple of things that could enhance future visits. It would be great if the outdoor staff could be a bit more patient, considering the nature of a work dinner, as it felt a little rushed when it came to ordering drinks and packing plates. Additionally, I appreciate that our server, Paris, was proactive in packing my plate, but a heads-up before he did so would have been preferred. We also asked Paris to take pictures of our group, but unfortunately, they didn't turn out as well as we had hoped.
