Amazing Hotel. Highly recommend staying here. Modern, Clean, with all the amenities you expect. The managers Terry and Wendy are awesome, they were remarkably attentive and provided great recommendations on places to eat and sights to see. The room was very comfortable, attention to detail was evident. Complementary Coffee, Tea, Oatmeal, Snacks, Free Laundry ROOM! We will defiantly stay here again when visiting.

Great service, amazing room and amenities, beautiful view, and thoughtful layout. Anything you could possibly need is taken care of here. Coffee press in the room and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. There is even free laundry for guests. We stayed one night and recommend them to anyone staying in Escalante! Contactless checkin was smooth and easy. No doubt if we return to the area we will stay here.

Um, yes! HIGHLY recommend the Entrada Escalante Lodge. After a long, cold week in the mountains... my bro and I were delivered into the welcoming hands of Terry and Wendy, who manage the lodge. They were so nice and accommodating, and super fun to chat with. BTW... the rooms are immaculate! Complete with comfy beds, elegant bathrooms, kitchenette, dining table, snacks, and beautiful view from the terrace. So clean and comfortable. I've travelled the world and will always remember these accommodations as second to none. Hungry? Step across the street for a cold beer and a delicious burger from Circle D, or killer Mexican food at Georgie's. Or a yummy breakfast, steps down the road at the Mercantile. Trust me! Book your stay here, pronto!

Spacious rooms with king beds, Distinctive structures in the Southwestern style. Our room had a back porch with a mountain range view. Escalante itself offers interesting dining options. Great base for Staircases Park. Laundry on site also.

Ofland Escalante kept popping up in my Instagram feed. I usually ignore ads, but this place felt…read moredifferent. What really sold me was that they're dog-friendly with no additional pet fees. We were originally planning an RV trip, but work got in the way. Staying here felt like an RV adventure without all the hassle. We stayed in one of the Airstreams, which had full hookups, a split AC unit, a sink, and a mini fridge. There wasn't a restroom inside, but the nearby bathhouse was spotless and honestly felt like a spa. The property itself was amazing. There's a great lounge area, delicious food from the onsite food truck, and an incredibly friendly staff. The drive-in movie theater with classic cars was such a cool touch. Brownie and Max absolutely loved their stay. Ofland Escalante is located east of Bryce, and the remote setting meant some of the best stargazing I've ever experienced. I could even see the haze of the Milky Way. Each Airstream site has its own fire pit, and they provide one complimentary bundle of wood. We ended up buying more because we loved sitting under the stars so much. Max, being a city boy, preferred relaxing inside the Airstream with the AC, while Brownie, who was always a lap dog, stayed curled up with us outside by the fire the entire time. We visited during their opening weekend in March, so it was peaceful, not overcrowded, and there were barely any bugs. I'll always have a special fondness for this place because it was our last camping and road trip with Brownie, who passed away this past Sunday after years of fighting congenital heart failure. Thank you to the entire Ofland Escalante team for giving us such a meaningful memory. One of the few things on Instagram that look better in person.

It was our favorite place with a great property and a killer location! The staff are great, the property itself is huge with a communal area, easy access to ice/water/coffee etc. There are plenty of chairs, couches and firepits to share. The drive-in is as great as advertised but some of the cars are a little bit uncomfortable (just get there early!). The unit itself was cozy with a huge bathroom and outdoor shower. Even in the cold evening air, the hot shower was amazing! Its also very close to Bryce and several other hikes plus they provide you with a lot of information about the surrounding area so you can plan your own adventure! We can't wait to go back! Also Dog Friendly!!

My bad experience at this motel came before we checked in…read more I booked 4 nights through Hotels.com. I needed to change it to 2 nights, and Hotels.com said I had to cancel and rebook (I'm sure this is a Hotels.com problem, not their fault). When I canceled, Cowboy Country Inn had already charged me for one night (it was charged when I booked). The cancellation policy says you can cancel without penalty up until a certain date and I hadn't hit that date so I figured it wouldn't be a problem. Boy was I wrong. I spent a month trying to get a refund. According to Hotels.com, Cowboy Country Inn was the one who charged me and therefore they couldn't refund me. They told me I had to contact the motel. Unfortunately, this motel doesn't answer the phone. I tried many times. After a lot of fighting, I finally got Hotels.com to make an exception and refund me themselves. While I'm glad I didn't have to pay extra, the motel still stole money for service they didn't provide, so I can't give them a good review. We still stayed here for two nights (I wasn't going to try to get refunded a second time). We had no major problems once we got there. The WiFi didn't work when we arrived, but they resolved it quickly. I wish there was a way to get ice there. They make you go to the gas station and you have to pay if you need it more than once. Based on the fact that they don't refund people according to their policy, I wouldn't stay here again.

We hope we are luck enough to find an available room at this motel next time we are in the area. HIGHLY recommend!

Left for the day and came back to a different code to get in.1st change. No service on room. Not even trash taken out. 2nd change. No front office personnel. Never before was expected to check out in middle of a stay. 2 individuals on site Tall guy with glasses brandishing a 6 ft staff behind counter. Thought he was a homeless guy but he had access to room behind counter and was presenting himself as some sort of employee. Asked if he was or ever had been an employee and he said no. Then said he was some sort of consultant and he lived there. Inquired if place had new management and he laughed and rolled his eyes. Asked and complained about lack of service and he directed me to above mentioned phone. 2nd individual told me directly they do not service rooms anymore until one has been there 4 days, We should have left and just re booked to get a new room. Not an issue if you stay only one day. Whatever these guys were they were not helpful at all. Then when we finally left I called to express my dismay at the service quality and got a message to call back during normal business hrs. No permits or licenses on lobby wall so had to research who the new owners were. This was not anywhere even close to what I was expecting. Heaven help you if you have a room issue anytime outside of call center hrs. And if you book for more than one day you will have to empty your garbage cans if full and if you need any supplies you are expected to find it in the lobby and restock yourself. On our way out of Escalante it was past nine so we pulled in to make that call. The Big guy with his club was outside and when he noticed me on the phone he came in with his club and stood about three feet from me so he could listen in to the phone call. For the record the people on the other end were dismissive and could not have cared less. End of story.
