They're amazing ribeye with arugula salad and chimichurri

Our favorite restaurant! I've written before about it, and posted many times on Facebook! Love them!

If you're looking for a starting place for appetizers and drinks or a nice dinner, Entrecot has both. We had a reservation and were seated down immediately. The restaurant is small but very nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly. We ordered the tapas flight which was great for sharing and I ordered the international red flight. The wines were a great pairing for the tapas and allowed a great taste of different varieties.

Went here for dinner on a Saturday night. It's right at the waterfront. We had a reservation and were seated right away. Really liked the interior, felt very cozy and comfortable and noise level was also pretty low. We ordered some drinks and empanadas as starter. They have glasses of wine for 5 dollars which is a great deal, especially in Napa. The caprese empanadas were a bit on the underbaked side, not the golden brown outside you like to see. The filling was great though. As mains we ordered the skirt steak and the disco a pollo. The skirt streak was amazing. Cooked to perfection and great taste. Zero complaints. It came with a sauce but didn't really need it. The pollo a disco was good as well, the sauce could have been a bit more creamy though. The potatoes with cheese were great. As desert we ordered the flourless chocolate cake. The cake was a bit disappointing, was too dense and the sorbet which came with it also wasn't great. Overall still a great dinner with fair prices and excellent service. Would try this place again.

    Flan. Really nice, but tiny.

Wonderful spot and we really enjoyed. Great food and service. The skirt would have been the highlight but it was a bit underdone from our mid rare request. Everything was good, all the flavors were there. Would repeat.

Big props to the chef! The food was amazing...the Asado dinner and polenta cakes were to die for. The service on the other hand was the worst I've had in a long time. Usually when you go to a nice restaurant in Napa, you expect good service - from the moment I walked in, it was horrendous. We were not greeted for 14 minutes. The restaurant was slightly busy but there were still lots of empty tables & they were fully staffed. There was about 5 workers who walk by without acknowledging us - purposely not giving eye contact. Maybe they have a rule that they can only help their own tables but at least a hello would've been nice. There was a guy behind the bar who couldn't come by to get our drink order but he was too busy polishing the wine glasses the entire time! Finally, the server came out from the back- it wasn't one of the 5 people who walked by. She didn't apologize for not being available, she acted like all was fine but it wasn't. I thought about calling for a manager but the only guy I saw that could be a manager was a guy who stood off the side completely useless and micromanaging without doing a thing. There were several people standing around polishing the wine glasses/forks, I've never seen anything like it. I took a picture at one point as proof that there is something really wrong with how the front of the house is run. Since the food was so tasty, I honestly contemplated going back for 2 dinenrs in a row but because of the horrible service, I opted to head to the Lincoln for dinner the next day (service and food was amazing). I feel very sorry for the chef who is top notch, the review isn't a reflection on the food. But when dining out, it's not just about the food but the whole experience matters. On my way out, nobody said thank you or good bye. The host should definitely be trained to do so. Food = 5 stars Service = 1 star

Delicious food, great ambiance, strong drinks, and lovely, attentive service. Can't wait to come back here! Perfect for an intimate date night.

I forgot the name of the food but it was pretty good! The service is excellent and the price is right! Its quite nice, clean and elegant inside too. I will be coming back!

We arrived for Locals night. They have free corkage and encourage you to bring a bottle. They have 2x1 drinks and food specials for the evening. They are dog friendly and brought us a dog bowl with ice for our four legged friend. We order the empanada appetizers and we each order a sandwich, the special burger and the Milanese sandwich. Food was outstanding, service was on point, and they are super friendly. Give them a try!

This place was an epic find. The food was all amazing. We got beef empanadas and onion empanadas and found mixing them really adds to each flavors. They have glasses of wine for $5, which is UNHEARD of in Napa. We are outside with a view of the river. This is somewhere I would really recommend

Wonderful authentic Argentinian food, great location, great service! Try the "Parrillada Argentina" (pictured). Also, the "empanadas" are a must! (best I've tasted in the region!) The only thing we were not impressed with was their wine tasting of South American wines. Also, their advertised five dollar glass of wine was not a good choice! So if you're going to order wine, order from their lengthy Wine list or bring your own. Regardless, this is a great place to try and impress your date! Prices were very reasonable too!

I visited Entrecot with a friend and as we were seated I took in the ambiance of the restaurant. Dimly lit with soft music in the background. The wine list had mostly Argentinian and Sonoma coast wines- many Pinots, but also Cabs. My only thought was it would be nice to add some more wines by the glass options. I'm not a red meat eater so I did choose their vegetarian options. They had empanadas which were tasty, and I also had the butternut squash dish (I believe it was). Loved the presentation! We ended dinner with flan for dessert and I'd say it was the best flan I've had to date. We had a nice time over all.

Milanesa napolitana nad skirt steak, yummy!!!

Amazing Argentinean restaurant, great service, beautiful views, delicious food. First start with the empanada sampler (4 perfect prepared), then you must try the skirt steak! Wow!!! Huge very tender and tasty! And the Milanesa Napolitana, breaded meat with red sauce and cheese on top, you will be amazed and have leftover for sure!!! And leave room for dessert!!! Manager, Gonzalo, will help with anything you need! I will give an 11 out of 10 to this gem restaurant in Napa!!!

Went here for my husband's birthday. All of the steaks were juicy and flavorful. the servers were attentive and refilled our drinks so many times. They gave my husband a special dessert for his birthday. I would come back here again.

After spending time in Spain, we've become fairly tough critics when it comes to tapas and pintxos, so our expectations were high. Thankfully, ZuZu delivered a memorable experience. We originally came hoping to find a Basque cheesecake, but instead discovered their Basque cake. My husband absolutely loved it. It was rich, flavorful, and a wonderful surprise that more than satisfied the craving. The cooling sangria was exactly what we needed on a warm Napa afternoon. Refreshing, balanced, and not overly sweet, it paired beautifully with the relaxed atmosphere and felt like the perfect way to unwind before our flight home. For dessert, I ordered the chocolate mousse, which was perfect for a warm Napa afternoon. It struck a wonderful balance between light and indulgent, with a rich chocolate flavor that never felt too heavy. It was the kind of dessert that leaves you satisfied without slowing you down, making it the perfect treat before a long walk through Napa or heading to the airport. While our stop was brief, ZuZu left a lasting impression. Between the impressive gin program, refreshing sangria, thoughtful desserts, and lively atmosphere, it was a wonderful final taste of Napa before heading home.

The pastor tacos (also happy hour) were by far the best pastor tacos I've ever had. Super flavorful and cooked perfectly. We also tried the lettuce wraps. They were good, but probably not something I'd order again. The fried chicken sandwich was solid, juicy, flavorful chicken, and I loved that it came with fries since that's becoming rare in Napa. The burger was also good, again with fries (much appreciated). THE STAR: the octopus. WOW. So tender with the perfect balance of flavor. It was the only dish I managed to take a photo of because the presentation was beautiful and honestly better than any octopus dish I've had in the valley. 10/10!! Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable, helped steer us in the right direction, and kept things fun at the table. Huge thank you to Em for such a great experience! However, there weren't a ton of people in there so a larger party like ours thankfully worked. I was a little bit confused by the menu because I felt like it was attempting to be a fusion restaurant of some sort. Flavor profiles ranged from Asian cuisine to Italian and to Mexican/Latin. That being said everything that we ate was delicious. I do feel like some of the entrées felt a little bit incomplete. For example, the octopus dish was very good, but clearly needed a vessel to soak up all of the rich sauce. A side of rice would've gone a long way had it been included in the entrée. Our server and the bartender were amazing though. They came over and checked on us regularly, refilling our waters as needed, and took a group photo of us more than once lol. I just think that the menu could use some refinement and direction and if I returned, it would be more of a date night or just with one or two friends versus a larger group.

Nice touches adorn the restaurant throughout. The menu has a lot of wonderful options. The service, provided by Alex, was excellent. We started with the Dungeness Crab arancini, which are probably the best thing we ate all evening, and that's saying a lot because everything we had was great. These arancini are perfectly fried crab meat rolled into a ball served over a delicious tartar sauce. I wish I had 3 orders of this, at least. We ordered the soup of the day and their bread service. The soup was a white bean and sausage and it was perfectly salty and fatty. The bread and butter was a perfect accompaniment. The Carpe Diem salad was also really special. It had these Cabernet soaked dried cranberries that were so good and tart. For an entree, we ordered the short ribs which come over a risotto. It felt a little heavy, and maybe the sauce could've used a little acid to cut the heaviness. It was still really delicious though. For dessert, we had the espresso crème brûlée. This was just the icing on the cake of a great meal. I love Carpe Diem and hope to come back soon!

What caught my eye was their Taco Tuesday specials and today just happens to be Tuesday! We came in early evening, just before the dinner rush and apparently this is a very popular local bar and grill. Most of their customers were regulars, I could tell. It felt warm and comfortable inside and it had a very community feel in there. I was observing how the server conversed with every customer and she was so kind and attentive. She was very helpful to me in suggesting some of their popular menu items. We got the fish tacos, the shrimp tacos, the lamb sliders, Brussels sprouts, grilled tri-tip, the flautas and the empanadas. I would say my personal favorites were the grilled tri-tip, the Brussels sprouts and the empanadas. The Brussels sprouts were lightly crispy and chewy but absorbed all the roasted shallot vinaigrette, so it was a nice umami bite every time. The tri-tip was cooked like I like it (I don't like my beef bloody, sorry, not sorry). It was so flavorful thanks to the black truffle compound butter! Omg! It was delicious! The empanadas were lightly crispy and came with a really good chipotle crema sauce and I was dipping my empanada in that sauce because it really complemented the chicken tinga filling and crispy cornmeal crust. My oldest son loved the fish tacos. They were so crispy and loaded. My youngest son loved the lamb sliders. They were tasty and had a slight smokiness but the rosemary aioli brought it all together for me. It was such a nice touch. Overall, based on the outstanding service we received and the delicious food, I would highly recommend this place if you're in Napa. Yesterday was a low key chill day, and we needed a place to just relax and begin to let go of all the stress. The girl and the fig was just right. We showed up, no previous reservation made,we showed up during their peak hours and they managed to seat us within 5 mins perfectly were we requested. Perfect ambiance to sit, drink, eat and enjoy a beautiful sunset. We started with The Morel mushroom tartare, which is morel mushrooms, with an egg, shallots and chives oil over a perfectly well toasted sourdough. Delicious! The steak tartare did not disappoint either. Great balance of flavor between the two. The mushroom earthy flavors along with a light hint of pesto from the morel tartare really balanced out the richness from the steak tartare. The pickled figs served with in the steak tartare really called my attention as they were delicious as well. That was my first having pickled figs :) The salad was delicious, I am a sucker for cheese and the perfectly ripe figs along with the chèvre cheese truly hit the spot. The wild flounder pouched was the wild surprise! I love a restaurant that preps their seafood just right. I love seafood! And I do not like it when it's over cooked. This dish did not disappoint! It was so rich and delicious. Flaky yet nicely seared on one side full of that citrus flavors along which just enhances fish's flavor once it hits the taste buds! The flounder was served over a bed of mashed potato and spinach. That perfect combination. The drinks were delicious as well. Honestly, the service, the food, the vibe, the sunset it was all perfect. Otherwise, it felt bright and cheery! For food, I ordered the fig & arugula salad and the smoked salmon. The salad was a great portion size for a meal (or to share as a side), it was perfectly dressed, and the toppings were proportional & balanced. One of the better salads I've had out! The smoked salmon was good but nothing to write home about. Their house chips are nice and thick, which I like, but a little too salty for me. I'd like to come back up to try the mussels, duck or some other entree next time I'm in the area, though I probably wouldn't go out of my way.
