The food was very delicious! I loved my chicken enchiladas. My Dad said the Mole Burrito was outstanding. The service was quick and easy!! No hard alcohol but my mom liked the wine margarita, and my Dad got a Negro Modelo. I'd come here again!

I ordered a meat platter with chicken, steak, and shrimp that came with rice, salad, and refried beans, all very delicious. Free chips and salsa. The people that work there are very friendly. Went for dinner and the location was very dark since I parked around the corner.

    Fried Calamari was good.

Off top, Las Palmas gets 4 stars because of the customer service. Jorge is amazing, and his customer service will take him anywhere. He was genuinely kind, patient with all the guests, and you could see his smile underneath the mask. Incredible service. Fried Calamari was a good appetizer. The food was just ok. The Carnitas Flautas I ordered had no flavor, the guacamole and sour cream really pulled through for it. We also ordered the crab enchiladas. Again, no flavor, but the rice and beans were ok. Also ordered a wine margarita, the best I've tasted. Again, the service did it for me. Customer Service is always 85% of the grade. Jorge and the rest of his team really shined. I would literally go back for a margarita while Jorge is working.

Service was great but the place is a dump and the food is just not good at all. If you're looking for good Mexican food go somewhere else.

Hearing the stories behind the restaurant while tasting dishes that have been enjoyed for generations makes for something far more memorable than just a meal. The guacamole was the best I've ever had, fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. The salsas were light yet flavorful, and the corn was delicious. The presentation was minimalistic but still managed to stand out. The carne asada tacos were a generous portion, and the fresh tortillas made all the difference. What really stood out was that everything was made from scratch, and you could truly taste the care and quality in every bite. The hot chocolate was wonderful and is a must try if you enjoy a rich cinnamon hot chocolate. Experiencing the oldest restaurant in Napa is incredibly special, and it's a place that captures the heart and soul of the valley. A must visit for anyone looking to enjoy not only great food, but also a piece of Napa's history.

Our spicy margaritas came out first, with the perfect blend of sweet, sour, and spice. We sat outside in the sunshine, with no trouble finding a table with the large outdoor patio. The spicy margarita gave a nice cold relief to the spice from the food and I could have had another. Definitely worth the stop if you're in Napa or driving through.

Walked up and quickly placed our order. Food: Chips and Salsa - large variety of salsas so decided to add an order of chips to try the variety, verde was my personal favorite here bright, refreshing tomotillo with a little bit of jalapeno kick, the other salsas were okay Al pastor taco - solid, meat had decent seasoning but was hoping for more char but a solid Al pastor fresh pineapple was a nice touch Mushroom taco - not good, had an almost sour flavor, appreciated the cheese crust but the tart note from the mushrooms really put us off for this one Carne asada taco - fine, lightly seasoned, beef portion felt generous, salsa doing the heavy lifting for flavor but a solid choice Chicharrones taco - a bit disappointed, chicharrones wasn't super hot or crispy, was hoping this would be fresher but felt like the meat had been sitting for a while Service was fine, fast casual order at the counter and pick up your order from the pass when ready, everything else is self serve. Overall pretty disappointed by Mother's Tacos. Tried a variety pack of tacos and most under delivered given the rave reviews was expecting more. I was hoping to try the suadero but they were out so maybe braised meats are the way to go if you do visit would suggest visiting earlier cause 2:30pm seems like they food wasn't the freshest.

So we finally did it. We planned our entire day around a meal. No spontaneity. Just commitment, a full tank of gas, and moderately managed expectations. The verdict? The food is genuinely tasty, the service is warm and friendly, and the outdoor seating is generous enough that you don't feel like you're eating on top of strangers. All good things. Now, about the bathroom situation. To reach it, you must walk through the kitchen. Yes, the kitchen. The actual working kitchen, where people are actively cooking your food. Since I knew we were going to be passing by, I had to stop in and try it for myself. I ordered a couple of tamales, one chicken mole and one pork. I also tried the crispy shrimp tacos, and the shrimp were enormous. They were served on corn tortillas with shredded cabbage and definitely gave me Baja vibes.
