Tapas are decent. Wish I could say the same about the paella, but after waiting for 1 hr (after finishing the tapas), our paella was delivered to the wrong table. Their excuse, " we had 17 orders of paellas", which still does not explain why ours was delivered to a table that had placed their order 20 mins earlier - bet you they were happy with the service. The staff asked if we could wait a few more mins, after 1 1/2 hours of waiting. No attempt to compensate or entice us to stay with some complementary items, except for excuses. The place is poorly organized and managed. Poor customer service . This was our first time and sad to say, our last. read more

We were looking for a nice place to dine on a Saturday night so we decided to go to Entretapas, this was a big mistake. The first half of our meal was ok (although the music was very loud & we couldn't talk to each other or hear our waiter), but as soon as it got closer to 11 pm the staff turned the bright lights on, got their cleaning products out, started sweeping underneath our table & spraying chemicals on the tables nearby, they even put horrendous music on to make our dinner even more enjoyable! We were "subtlety" forced to wrap the rest of our meal & put it to go and we were not offered coffee or dessert. If they didn't want our business to begin with, why did they seat us?!, it would have been a much more pleasurable dinning experience if we went to eat at McDonalds :( read more

Great atmosphere specially Friday and Saturday with flamenco music and dance between 8 and 10. The octopus is wonderful, as well the chistorras and the tortilla espanola. It is a nice gem inside Weston which lacks of choices. Recommended for those who want have the Spanish experience in the US. Ask also fir a sangria. read more

As soon as I heard about this restaurant's opening I made it a point to go check it out. Being of Spanish descent and having eaten tons of delicious food in Spain, I needed to compare. I must say I was impressed! I enjoyed the croquetas which reminded me exactly of the ones I've had in Spain. Creamy smooth interior and full of flavor. The sangria was one of the best, went down like juice. The paella was delicious as well. We ordered for 4 although we were 5 and there was a descent amount left to bring home. Our waiter was charming or perhaps we were just so happy that he was from Galicia and from Santiago close to where my family's from. The musician playing the guitar and singing was enjoyable and pleasant. There seemed to be at least one person at each table singing, clapping, and dancing in his or her seat. The music was just right, allowing for conversation but loud enough to be enjoyed! The only issue with this restaurant, which I hope they will fix was the lack of service in seating people and keeping people waiting. There was no host/hostess. People grew tired of waiting and were leaving. There was not enough wait staff to bring out the food and keep up with people's requests. I'm still giving this restaurant 4 stars because it was the first week they had opened and I'm thinking they weren't expecting so much business initially. I truly hope they correct some of this before they lose customers. read more

I ordered the seafood soup. I was excited to see it had 4 muscles and 2 clams but all the shells were empty and there was no seafood in the soup other than 2 small pieces of fish and 1 calamari. I basically paid $10 for salty broth. Overpriced for what I got. read more

Entretapas is brand new, but it already feels like a local hangout place. The waiters were all very friendly and outgoing, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. Now, on to the food: Gambas en ajo: hard to pick the best tapas of the night, but this dish just edges out all the rest. The shrimp were large and tender, deliciously garlicy and just a touch of spice. Fried Calamari: not greasy or chewy at all. The dipping sauce was excellent! Served with a small side salad that was dressed just right. Croquetas de Bacalao: perfectly crispy on the outside, silky smooth on the inside. Again, wonderfully grease-free. Garbanzos con chorizo: best I've had in a while. Wonderful traditional prepapration, only thing missing was some bread to sop up all the yummy sauce, but I'm sure my cholesterol level appreciates the restraint. The sangria was refreshing and packed a pleasant punch. The crema catalana had a perfect crunch of sugar on top. From start to finish the meal and atmosphere were spot-on. The live entertainment was thoroughly enjoyable! One of the chefs even came out into the dining area and carved fresh slices of serrano ham straight off the very large bone of a tasty pig, yum! Our outing was a perfect date night, but the menu also has more causal and relaxed fare, like sandwhiches, for more frequent visits. I'm not a food expert, and I think the restaurant is good but could improve. I tried paella much richer and tastier than this. Chickpeas with chorizo are delicious fried calamari does not have much flavor. The skewers are rich but very dry, they are overcooked. On the other hand I think the big problem they have is they do not know properly manage a restaurant. There is good customer service, people may have stopped for 30 minutes and not speed up the process of cleaning the tables continue to respond quickly to people. They have inexperienced waiters that fotget the orders, besides that take a long time to serve, even if the kitchen has dishes ready, the waiters are inattentive and saturated with so many people that arrive. I think the restaurant has potential and is a matter of time that the owner takes into account the comments and can improved. read more

We came here through a friend's recommendation. Just finished having dinner with my husband. This is a little Spanish gem hidden in Weston. We had croquetas de bacalao, Jamon iberico and pescaditos Fritos, these were so deliciously good that there was no need to add any of the sauce or lime that were offered to us on the side. The food took us back to Spain, to the real, local Spanish flavors that we have missed since we came back. We had crema Catalana and membrillo con queso for dessert.... this membrillo made me so happy, I still remember when we were bying a bar of membrillo at Buqueria in Barcelona. This was my first time and definitely my last time. I went with a group of friends/co-workers. The food wasn't very good, but I decided to just go with the flow. When we ordered dessert, only one came out. After asking four times, my friend's came out 25 minutes later. No apology. We initially asked if we could have separate checks, the waitress said yes, but when it was time to pay...only one check...AWKWARD! I thought the missing dessert would have been comped, NOT. I asked to speak with the manager, who turned out to be one of our waitstaff, she said the owner said not to comp it. I asked to speak with him, but Silvia said he would not come out to speak with me. TERRIBLE customer service. This place will not survive. Have not been here in a while after a negative review a long time ago. Have it another try and the good, wine and entertainment is a 5 star. However again service is a three max. Had to ask for more bread two times and when it came we were given two pieces each.... Servers polite but they need a manager who watches the floor to male sure service is working. It was surprising how fresh and authentic the food is, we ordered the broken eggs with Spanish sausage ( amazing and unique),my girlfriend had the honey eggplant which was very good. The restaurant was set out in a place that was empty for a long time, and I didn't even know that they were already operating almost for a year. What a nice surprise! It is nicely decorated with high and low tables, a choice of Spanish wines for purchase, and a bar that overlooks the musicians and an intimate ambiance (the lights could have been toned down a little bit more for a Saturday night). Driving Alligator Alley from Miami, heading back to Tampa, pulled off for a bite. Entretapas was the first restaurant we saw - and we're very grateful for that fact. At 12:30 there were many customers, most seeming to be locals. The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic!
