We stopped in for dinner. We liked the causal dining room, the cherry blossom trees, the neon signs, it is spacious, clean and we especially liked the music playlist playing in the restaurant. They have a lot of items to choose from on the menu such as Ramen, Ramen Toppings, Bento Boxes, Katsu Menu, Curry Menu, Appetizers, Salads, selected Sushi Rolls, Premium Baby Back Ribs in different kinds of marinade, Special Dishes, Ramen Combo Special, etc. Our server Cristiano was nice. We didn't get much water refills as we would like being that it was not very busy. On the menu: Calamari Tempura Grilled Chashu Signature Enza Ramen (level 1 spice) Ramen Combo Special - Tonkatsu Ramen (level 1 spice) and Spicy Tuna Roll Everything we ordered looked good and it also tasted good. The appetizers and spicy tuna roll were good. I liked the thin noodles and the flavor of the Tonkatsu Ramen, it was a bit on the spicy side for me but it was still good. My Fiancé said the ribs fell off the bone in the Signature Enza Ramen that he ordered, he liked his Ramen. The Ramen Combo Special is such a good combo and a good deal. We were satisfied and we would go back again to try other things on the menu.

We had a craving for some ramen and I saw this place on TikTok about the specials they have so we took a drive and decided to give it a try. Parking lot was a pretty empty and whence we got in probably only 2 tables were taken on a Saturday lunch afternoon. The young girl that was there was friendly, greeted and seated us right away. The 9.99 menu special was not bad pretty good selection, me and my husband both got the spicy Tonkotsu ramen I got level 2 husband got 3. We also ordered a side of the calamari. It's came pretty quick 5 mins maybe and not bad actually my broth was pretty flavorful, nice kick and everything was good only thing is my charsu pork could have been a little bit more tender but yeah both me and my husband agreed flavor is there not bad for the deal they have specially for the price now days of ramen in town. I only think they aren't busy because it's kinda of where it's located, not too many tourist make it this way specially because there are so many ramen spots near the strip already. Inside is a little outdated they do have some claw arcade going on but other than that it's not a bad ramen joint specially if you are on a budget. My husband did say level 3 wasn't that spicy to him and could have easily done the spicy bowl challenged which I believe is level 4. We will definitely be back when we crave ramen not a bad spot even though it's not the best in town but for $10 a bowl to satisfy a craving definitely would recommend.

Enza has been in this new location for about a year now, and there are good things, but some areas where they definitely need improvement. It's a larger space than where they used to be on Stephanie, and they still haven't gotten their liquor license, so although they have signs for beer and soju, we couldn't get any. They also don't have a soda fountain, so only serve soft drinks from cans (no hot green tea either). For some reason, they also discontinued their Happy Hour specials, along with several of the more popular appetizers. The food is still great, though. I had the signature Enza Special ramen, with the pork ribs, and it was as good as I remember. Their fried calamari appetizer is also great; light and crispy, served with a slightly sweet horseradish dip. The Fried Spicy Udon is also a winner, with a slightly sweet taste of kochujang. You can order up to 5 levels of spice heat for any of their ramen or noodle dishes, too. Service tonight was a little slow; probably because there was only one server for the entire room. Still, with the great food, it's a popular spot and I hope they continue to improve.

Food: simple menu; good Ramon noodles with flavorful broth Service: average Ambience: quiet area with spacious seatings. Overall, if you want a small place to satisfy your ramen cravings, this is pretty good. I was actually impressed.

Tired this place again and it did not disappoint. Despite having only one adorable server our food came out quick and everything we had was delicious!!! Highly recommend this joint!!!

We came here for the udon noodle that was advertised on its menu for five dollars. But when we got there and ordered it for my son, they said they no luck offered the five dollar coupon and the only other options were the Ramen and the Bento boxes from the lunch special. That's why we gave it four instead of five stars. We came there for the five dollar udon, which is my son's favorite food so he was having a hard time figuring out what to eat because he's really picky. But they worked it out and gave us the side of the noodles, we just put soy sauce on it. he wouldn't eat the Ramen noodle and in order to get the Ramen broth we would've had to order a $12 noodle that would've been too big for him so now we know for the future. As for the adults, we all got the dental boxes which were really big size and had lots of stuff and the food was pretty good. Nothing to complain about! But a lot of food to give thumbs up for. I would go back here again and just come prepared to order something different for my son or pack him lunch because he doesn't eat a ton of other Japanese food. As for the service, it was good. The ambience was also great quiet and calm when we went so that was nice not have to fight a crowd or listen to a lot of people chatting the whole lunch. Worth a stop if you need some Japanese food in the area.

Visited the Rainbow location and it was such a satisfying experience. I ordered everything at Spicy Level 3, and wow -- it was way spicier than expected, but in the best way possible. Bold, flavorful, and addictive. What we tried: Seafood Ramen Rich broth with plenty of seafood flavor. The crunch added great texture, and the heat really hit. Miso Ramen Deep, savory miso flavor with tender brisket. Spicy, comforting, and very well balanced. Premium Baby Back Rib (Korean Spicy) Fall-off-the-bone tender with a sweet-and-spicy Korean kick. A must-order. Curry Katsu Combo (Udon) - Spicy 3 Crispy katsu paired with curry udon was hearty and comforting, with just the right amount of spice. Gyoza Perfectly cooked, juicy, and a great starter. Pork Fried Rice Flavorful and satisfying -- a solid classic done right. The service was outstanding -- our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I've already recommended this place to friends, and I'll definitely be back again. If you love bold flavors and spicy ramen, this spot is absolutely worth checking out.

I've been to the Enza in Henderson and happy that this location is close to me. Good size restaurant and the worker was friendly. I came here for lunch and wanted Ramen despite it being so hot outside (summer.) I ordered the Miso Ramen no Bean Sprouts extra spice. The broth was delicious. Silky yet a little spice to make me want more. The noodles were cooked perfectly. I hate it when some restaurants overcook it. They also offer sushi and specials. Stop by and check them out.

Great gem of authenticity. My wife is Japanese and we spend much time in Japan. One of the best curry and ramen restaurants in Japan Great choices Great taste Huge selection Beautiful decor. Really under appreciated place that deserves to be busy all the time.

I randomly found Enza advertising on social media. So my husband and I went for lunch date and ordered Black noodle, Bulgogie rice and Seafood Ramen. While waiting for our food my hubby wanted to playnw/kiosk unfortunately it didn't work. Instead it played scenery videos but menu ordering wasn't functional. After foods arrived my black noodle was alright but there wasn't any much ingredients in it. Just noodle, corn and black sauce. No meat or seafood just plain noodle and black sauce. Bulgogie rice was good but a little sweet for my taste but still good. My husband ordered Seafood Ramen but he said it was too blend. We ordered Lychee Flan for dessert. Flan came out after the meals were done but we didn't taste any lychee in it. Our waiter never checked in on us when we dined in and when we asked for box, napkin and check. He showed up w/one item at a time. Total came out around $60. I really wanted to like it but it wasn't what we expected to be. I hope my remarks help this business grow and improve with time.

Enza offers a delicious variety of Japanese favorites at an affordable price! I dined in on a Saturday afternoon and was met with very friendly and attentive staff. I opted for the ramen lunch combo (your choice of ramen & a side) and it is a great deal for only $16.99!! I got the Tonkotsu ramen, spice level 2, and it was great! My go to ramen spot is Ramen Show in Chinatown and this ramen has impressed me with the flavor and quality, making it a new go to! The broth was rich with flavor and just the right amount of spice. Toppings were plentiful with bean sprouts, kikurage, green onions, bamboo shoot, seaweed, and a fish cake. The chashu was thick and perfect balance of meaty and fatty. For my side, I got the salmon roll and it was delicious! Fresh raw salmon in the roll and was the perfect ending to my meal. They also bring a side of pickled cucumber/radish to enjoy with your food. According to their instagram, they have a bunch of deals, so I will definitely be back to try more items!!

Stopped by for dinner on a Thursday and was seated promptly. Cute decor and lots to see. They have a couple claw machines. I initially was going to get ramen but then I saw that they had Jajangmen and I've been craving Jjajangmyeon so I tried it. My friend ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen. I give the Jajangmen 3.5/5, it tasted different than other Jjajangmyeon but was still good. My friend enjoyed her ramen. I appreciate the pickled daikon side dish you get. Their portions are good. Service was fast and friendly. I'll come back to try the ramen.

Fortunately, the wait was only about 10 minutes, which was surprisingly quick. I ordered the soft-shell crab, baked green mussels, and BBQ ribs with steamed rice. My son ordered the yoshu ramen and fried rice. The food came out fairly quickly, but I noticed that the baked mussels never arrived. When I asked our waitress about it, she said the kitchen was backed up. However, after waiting more than 30 minutes and already finishing the rest of our meal, it felt like the order may have simply been forgotten. What disappointed me most was the lack of an apology. The waitress even asked if I still wanted the mussels at that point. I was ready to cancel the order, but Kyo stepped in and tried to make things right. Thanks to his efforts, the mussels arrived about 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, when the mussels finally arrived, I was disappointed again. They were prepared very differently from the baked green mussels I'm used to getting at restaurants in Los Angeles. They were quite spicy, which wasn't mentioned, and the flavor just wasn't what I expected. After waiting more than 40 minutes for them, they definitely weren't worth the wait. Overall, the food was decent, and the restaurant was busy and energetic, but the service mishap and the disappointing mussels left me with mixed feelings about the experience. I do appreciate Kyo's effort to make things right, as he was the one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating situation.
