Visiting Vegas and make a stop here to have a good bowl of noodles at such a reasonable price. We love the green onion pancakes. All the noodle soups are good but we each ordered our own bowls and 3 of us couldn't finish. It was like a never ending bowl of noodles. They are very generous portions.

This place was so good! Had the Dan Dan noodles and my guy had the beef soup. They were both delicious and we had the scallop fried pancakes. Great service too. Family owned. Very good will come again. This place deserves more business.

I've drive by a couple times and since I was craving noodles, I knew we had to stop in. For an appetizer we had the scallion pancake. It was piping hot and delicious! I ended up going with the Dan Dan noodle and my partner had the Beef Noodle in Original Broth. It wasn't too busy so our food came quick and we were well satiated. We plan to go back so we can try more!

Came here with my in laws since it was highly recommended by my MIL's friend. But we thought it was kind of disappointing? The menu is a combination of Szechuan and Shanghainese cuisine but everything tastes Shanghainese. Not that it's a bad thing but no point also having the Shanghainese style Szechuan dishes since they were just mild!! Feels like the Chinese restaurants in the US just have to have some Szechuan dishes to draw people in. Anyway we got the sweet and sour pork, mapo tofu, meatball, zhajiang noodle, braised belt fish, string beans and youpo noodles. The youpo noodle is not spicy. As a dish it's ok but nothing outstanding. The sweet and sour pork had a lot of batter, I recommend the same dish from special noodle instead of this place. The mapo tofu is Shanghai style, not spicy or tingly spicy and didn't have any meat. It was ok but just not what we prefer for mapo tofu. My favorite was probably the string beans, although again Shanghai style, but it was flavored nicely and delicious. Anyway, I don't really recommend this place, since there are loads of better options in Vegas. It was slightly cheaper since it's kind of off Chinatown but I probably wont come back.

Noodle King restaurant offers a variety of Chinese dishes, from the more American influenced ones to more traditional Shanghai type cuisine. We came to this restaurant specifically for one dish - Lion's Head Meatballs / Casserole as it can be difficult to find in town. The flavor of this dish was good, but the meatballs were a dry inside. It also comes with some glass noodles and veggies. With the sauce it is decent, but I'd probably rate this dish a 2.5/5 due to the dry texture. However all the other items we ordered were good. The Sour Dumpling Soup was excellent. It wasn't too sour or spicy and came with plenty of delicious dumplings. The noodle soup and bean curd dishes were also fresh and pretty good. Other items we ordered that I forgot to take a picture of was the Mongolian beef and chicken wings. They were both fresh and very flavorful. Overall, I'd order everything again except for the Lion's head meatballs. The restaurant overall appeared pretty clean. When we walked in around 12:30pm on a Saturday, half the lights were off and no other customers were inside, but the workers quickly turned on everything and got the restaurant started for us. Shortly after, a large party of 8 or more came in. Service was friendly. I'd come back to try some of their dumplings or other menu items, especially the more traditional items that are rare to find! Give them a try!

This is the restaurant to serve Huaiyang cuisine beside noodles, which emphasizes on freshness and slightly sweet, no spicy at all. So we ordered some traditional Huaiyang or Shanghai cuisine beside their menu: fried eel shreds, deep-fried fish, casserole lion head, Shanghai three-yellow chicken, four-happiness roasted gluten, steamed dumplings, in Chinese there are :油爆鳝丝,香炸拷子鱼,砂锅狮子头,上海三黄鸡,四喜烤麸,小笼包子. The eel shreds were fresh and delicious except little oily; the fish is anchovy growing Yangzi river; the lions head is large stewed meatball. Overall all dishes tasted authentic and delicious, we would come back when in Vegas.

Came here for dinner after my friend got off work. Had saw this place being talked about and had heard this was under new management, so decided to put it on the list to check out. The restaurant is located on the northwest corner of Rainbow and Sahara, facing Sahara, "behind" Buffet at Asia and Taquiera Casa Del Sabor. There was no customers when we had arrived around 5ish PM but it was a bit early for typical dinner diners. We had ordered PORK INTESTINE DRY POT and STIR FRIED RICE CAKE SHANGHAI STYLE to share The STIR FRIED RICE CAKE SHANGHAI STYLE came out first. Decent portion. Flavorful and was pretty good. Probably one of the BETTER ones i've had in recent years in town. The PORK INTESTINE DRY POT came out later. Rice comes with this dish and I'd recommend eating with rice. Surprisingly NOT as spicy as I had originally expected this dish to be despite the chilis on top and red oil on the bottom. The pig intestine was deep fried and was super tasty. The cauliflower this dish was cooked with had absorbed a lot of the chili flavor but not overpowering which was nice. Both dishes were delicious. I want to come back and try other dishes ! I hope they do well as this is a pretty quite plaza they're residing in.

Excellent restaurant with many choices and options on the menu fast and friendly... I would come here again. A+

New management! The menu is new and revamped. The people working here are friendly, nice, and service was attentive. This place is warm and cozy, a perfect spot for soup or some noodles. The prices are reasonable and portions lean toward the larger side. The salt and pepper wings came out blazing hot, with a light seasoning. The soup dumplings are currently on a Bogo deal - super great price. The tomato egg noodles were unique with the wide flat noodles giving awesome texture.

They are closed on Mondays and from 2-4pm. It was my mother's birthday last Sunday and she wanted to come to Noodle King. We got there a bit after 11 and since there was 6 of us the server went to clean the big table by the front that was a semi private area. We ordered soup dumplings, beef roll, scallion pancake, 2 different beef noodle soup, zazhangmein, and a pork and tofu dish that my mom was craving. There was only 1 server and 1 chef working so things were a bit slow coming out. Dishes were also coming out as they are ready so the beef noodle soups came out first, then the soup dumplings... The soup dumplings were okay, the skin needs some work since as you can see from the picture, it was breaking. The whole point of soup dumplings is the soup inside the wrapper. The flavor of the meat was decent but yea that wrapper needs to be a bit thinner and hold better. My sister and her boyfriend had the beef noodle soups and one of them were good and the other one was super weird. It had tons of veggies, like all kinds; broccoli, mushroom, snow peas... then sliced stir fried beef pieces with a very bland broth. My zazhangmein could have been great if it wasn't so salty. The noodles were good. My mom said they are hand-pulled. Oh the kicker of it all, they used paper plates... I mean I understand people were hit hard with covid but come on now, it's been a while. This place raised their prices and then uses paper plates? This isn't a fast food restaurant, I expected some kind of service.

The beef noodle soup is amazing! They make their own noodles and you can really tell the difference. It's absolutely delicious food and we come here all the time. It's just a little tiny family place but it's super cute and we go and play the escape room next-door super fun date night the service is great.

Service was nice and attentive and fast. Ambiance is casual dining if you want to have a nice quiet meal with family and enjoy a conversation without any loud background noise. We had sweet and sour chicken which I give an 8/10, shrimp fried rice also an 8/10 and pan fried potstickers which was a 6/10.

Sadly for Vegas, anything that taste like Chinese food, that is not great, but not horrible would be a 4 stars. Nothing has been on par to 4 stars LA (which is 5 stars here), which has much more competition, more ppl cultured in the food, and has a larger dense community to judge/higher expectations of their own cultural cuisine. This place would be a Vegas 4 star, except all the sand and pebbles we kept eating. I'm very sure it can be a 4 star in Vegas. Many places that don't even taste like Chinese food still get 4 stars by ppl. Chinese food is expensive in Vegas because there isn't much of a community here, and both tourists and many locals don't know what it's supposed to taste like. 17. A-Choy, Garlic $15.99. - This has a bit of sand in it. Not cleaned well. 10. Spicy snails $9.99. This is already premixed so you can not customize on the spicy level. - The snails are super tiny. The taste was medium spicy, with herbal hint of flavor I like. - This has A LOT of sand in it. Not correctly purged/cleaned. More than 90% of it had sand in it :/ Like alot of sand, not just tiny amounts in each one. On top of it, it's like tiny pebbles too. This dish is NOT edible. 3. Wok-Fried Pork Kidney and Liver $22.99. We asked for small spicy which translates to mild. SO enjoyed this. This dish normally is just too salty for my tastebuds which is normal. But at least it's not as salty, and taste better than Special Noodle Restaurant (a restaurant I'm not a fan of). I am interested in trying out a lot more dishes. I'm actually full of hope for this place. Because there really isn't that many decent places, I'm open to mistakes like sand, less clean process, etc. Doesn't mean I'll eat the sand. We'll just to find the dishes that's better. But everything tastes on point. :( Beggars can't be choosers.

Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. We ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle, Spicy Dan Dan Noodles, a side of dumplings, and the pork belly and every single dish was outstanding. The spicy beef noodle soup had a rich, flavorful broth with tender beef and perfectly chewy handmade noodles. The Dan Dan noodles were packed with bold, savory flavor and just the right amount of spice. The dumplings were juicy and delicious, and the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with the fresh pulled noodles. The portions are HUGE, so come hungry or plan on taking leftovers home. You definitely get your money's worth. What really sets this place apart is the fresh handmade noodles. You can taste the difference in every bite. We really enjoyed our…read morevisit to the W Flamingo location last year; this one on Maryland was closer to our hotel for the night. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men
