Hands down one of the best ramen spots in town! The ramen was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. Our only wish is that it was closer to home. We'd love to see them open another location in the Henderson area near 215 and Eastern it would definitely become one of our regular go-to spots!

Marufuku Ramen took over the old Skinny Fats location in Summerlin, and it's wonderful! This branch has some new appetizers compared to others (namely the otu-sagari bbq beef, which I recommend). The food comes out really quick, service is prompt and friendly. The tonkotsu broth is rich and creamy! Be warned that means there's lard in it, if that's not your thing. I always get my ramen half cooked, and they do it well here. The setup here is spacious and not noisy at all. I'll be back when I'm in Summerlin.

It's great to have a place to get Ramen in the shopping center. First time trying it and it didn't disappoint. Service was quick and friendly. The food came out fresh and hot. The portions are great. I really enjoyed the fact they serve the kids plate nicely and at the end they give the child a coin to grab a prize. The place has nice music playing and very spacious to eat in groups.

So this was my first time at downtown summerlin. Strangely there are not many restaurants here that appealed to us. I was in Vegas to visit a friend who moved here a year ago. So I was asked to pick a place since we walked around without finding a place we both like. So I suggested what about that ramen place we walked past earlier. So we came back and saw the sign "Marufuku Ramen". Now I won't called myself a ramen connoisseur, but I supposed I have eaten enough ramen, esp Tonkotsu to be exact, to know what's good and what's not. Most of us will know Tonkotsu ramen was a noodle soup dish originally hailed from Fukuoka (Hakata) and featured a creamy pork bone broth. Usual toppings would be marinated soft-boiled egg, chashu (braised pork belly) and black wood ear mushrooms. SERVICE 5/5 Staff were friendly and helpful. Our server asked if we liked him to explain the menu, we like sure, why not? AMBIANCE 5/5 We were here around 5-ish so it was not too packed. I do like the ambiance here. FOOD 4/5 We both ordered the same: Hakata Tonkotsu. When the bowls of tonkotsu came, my friend just dived into it. Hahahha.. I took my time and tried the broth first (5/5), then noodles (cooked perfectly 5/5) and the chashu (pork belly 4/5). Broth was rich, creamy and savory. Noodles were cooked perfectly. The chashu was the only thing that had room to be improved. It was nice but paled in comparison to the broth and noodles which were both a solid 5/5. The chicken yakitori skewer was A-ok. Still I highly recommend this place for a great tonkotsu ramen in the area!!

Came here last Thursday and absolutely loved it! The staff were very friendly, helpful and gave recommendations on what to order. The food came out very fast and was reasonably priced.

Yummy food with wonderful service! We were surprised at how easy it was to get a table close to noon on a Saturday. We were seated immediately and they offered to give our daughter a coloring activity. We got a whole set of kid's utensils, plate, bowl and water cup to use. If you buy a kid's menu item, there's a coin you can use to get a capsule toy at the front. The noodles had great texture and mouth feel, so fresh. The broth were so comforting and felt good. The marufuku buns were soft and delicious. We got only the scallop skewers and they were cooked just right. I would love to try more skewers next time. Servers were attentive and courteous. I love the indoor outdoor space. We were so delighted dining here and will definitely come back!

I've been wanted to come since they opened at Downtown Summerlin!! The interior was modern and authentic. I liked it. I was with Kids. friday lunch Time. so the order was a little bit complicated. Orderd Paitan Noodle with Thick Noodle and Kaedama for Kids to share and Spicy Tantan Noodle for me as it is. Spicy Tantan noodle was tasty! just the bowl is kinda small and full. so I understand it's impossible. but it's a little bit dropped out the plate when it's served. It came with Thick noodle. I didn't noticed the Paitan Noodle came with thin noodle. and I already shared to kids...started to eat. when I realized, told the other server and he mentioned that He would give me Kaedama with Thick Noodle and No charge. I didn't wait for my server to be available. Then the Kaedama came and she didn't mentioned about the mistake. Kids loved Noodle and Soup When the payment came, it looks the server was very busy. I didn't get the chance to see breakdown. and she tapped my credit card to the device. asked the receipt. and I realized they charged the Kaedama anyway. Just I was disappointed. It was understaffed. Too many customer for just 2 servers. The taste was very good. I felt it was too expensive with knowing How is Ramen in Japan...

After movie late lunch. Closest ramen shop by the cinema at Summerlin Town center. Quite busy even at around 2pm. Service was quick. Interesting menu at reasonable prices. They also have rice bowls. Place is nice and clean. We were greeted and ushered to our seats right as we entered the doors. We both ordered the Hakata Tonkotsu ramen spicy and a side of tofu chasu. You have a choice of spice level upon ordering. Never heard of chasu tofu so we ordered one. Also takoyaki as appetizer. They have quite a selection of alcoholic beverages for a ramen shop. Serving was just right and ramen was flavorful tho served with a whole egg (unsliced) instead of a sliced half. So you end up chasing the egg in the bowl trying to slice it with chopsticks. The chasu tofu was a marinated firm tofu. It was ok. The takoyaki was served piping hot so be careful biting into it. Delicious! It was an ok ramen shop. Nothing to rave about but service was good.

We recently tried Marafuku in Summerlin and I was pleasantly surprised. I'm usually a miso ramen girl and pretty picky when it comes to ramen, so I wasn't sure how I'd feel about their tonkotsu. But after trying the Hakata tonkotsu ramen, it was surprisingly good. The broth was rich and flavorful without being too heavy, and the bowl was well-balanced overall. I also ordered edamame to start, which was a nice simple appetizer before the ramen. One thing I really enjoyed was the drink selection. This isn't just a ramen spot, they also offer cocktails, beer, and wine, which makes it feel a little more like a full dining experience. I ordered the strawberry yuzu lemonade cocktail, and it was so refreshing. Definitely a very girly drink light, citrusy, and easy to enjoy. The only thing I noticed is that it's a bit pricier compared to other ramen spots in Vegas. My edamame, Hakata tonkotsu ramen, and cocktail came out to about $40 before tip, which is on the higher side for ramen. Overall though, the food and drinks were good and the experience was enjoyable. I'd come back when I'm in the mood for ramen and a cocktail.

Yum!!! Tasty ramen in Downtown Summerlin. 3:30p on a Saturday, no wait. Hakata tonkotsu (5/5) - flavorful yet light broth, a full soft boiled egg, fresh noodles, perfectly boiled bean sprouts and kikurage. Hits every spot without being too salty. Also I'm obsessed with the thick nonuniform bowl. Interior is beautiful and modern. Love all the natural light. Delicious on a cold winter day. Contrary to other reviews, no bad service.

We stopped by after the Lunar New Year parade. We were told that it would be a twenty minute wait time. (which is no issue). What happened was we got a message to seat four of us at the bar despite saying we prefer a table. It was then another twenty minute wait. When we did get in we enjoyed the dim lit dining area. They have sliding doors that open up to their outside section. We were sat inside. What saved it, was the food and service. Honestly it is some of the best ramen I have had so far in Las Vegas. Their karaage chicken and takoyaki were delicious too. Everyone enjoyed everything they got. I got the Spicy Hakata Tonkatsu DX. You can choose your spice level. Thankfully they had a crushed chili powder on the table, I had to add a couple spoonfuls. Chana made it worth it, and was on top of it. She was prompt and got our beverages squared away. She was awesome!

We went to Marufuku Ramen, a new spot in Downtown Summerlin that took over Skinny Fats. On a Saturday afternoon we came in and it was pretty busy. We definitely had to check in first and got seated maybe 15 minutes later. The hostess at the front was nice and you could tell she was busy but handling things well. Once we got seated, the food came relatively quickly. We ordered a bowl of ramen and a chasu rice bowl. I love the indoor outdoor vibes, which is not too common in Las Vegas. We sat outside because it was such a nice, refreshing brisk day. I would definitely go back if I needed a different option in the Downtown Summerlin area. Does it hold up against the best and my favorite ramen place? It doesn't, but it's still a nice option. I was a fan of the broth and the noodles were good. Overall, a great addition for variety at Downtown Summerlin.

Ambiance and service was very good. Food was good. Our favorite was the shrimp tempura bites. Flavor and textures were fascinating and satisfying. I ordered the Hakata Tonkotsu DX with spinach noodles; no spice. It was good and filled with ingredients. The broth flavor was not as developed as I was expecting, but it was still good. I did order it no spice because I did not want it spicy hot. Maybe the spice was a blend that included cayenne. Maybe mild level would have kicked up the broth flavor, but I did not want to take my chances that it would be too spicy hot for me. Spice levels are subjective. The karaage bowl was okay, but there wasn't much to it and a rather boring flavor profile. We were expecting a sauce, but it consisted mostly of fried chicken and rice. We had a good experience and tried new-to-us menu items.

About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.

We also got the cucumbers, which sounds simple but don't sleep on them - cool and refreshing with a nice little kick, and the scallion sauce pulled the whole thing together so well that I'm already down a rabbit hole looking for copycat recipes. We rounded it out with the spicy miso ramen because it felt like the right call at a place like this. It was solid, but the chicken set such a high bar that the ramen felt like the supporting act. Nothing wrong with it, just not a must-order the way the other two were.
