What a rip off!!! I ordered the Philly Italian hoagie which is three more dollars than a regular Italian. there was one slice of meat a bunch of roasted peppers and a little bit of cheese and a whole lot of bread. Save your money there's plenty out other good sandwich shops this is not one of them it's awful.

This place has the worst customer service ever!! A few months ago I ordered pizzas, one cheese, one pepperoni. They get delivered as two pepperoni's. When I called the manager admitted it was his mistake but refused to remake and send out a plain cheese. Fast forward to tonight, figured I would give them another chance so I called and was put on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up and called back. A man with a very heavy accent answered the phone, I told him I wanted to place an order for pick up that I have a coupon for two large cheese pizzas $16.99. He said new price is $22.99 pizza went up and yes I know the coupon has no expiration date but price is $22.99. I said if there is no expiration date then you should ben honorable and honor it. He continued on that the price is $22.99. I said then start putting expiration dates on your coupons. I will never order from this place again!

Excellent food at reasonable prices. The sausage, pepper and onion stromboli is some of the best I've tasted.

And the food was delicious! They filled up fast after 4.30, so I do recommend reservations. Last night my reservation were for 6.30 pm. They were PACKED, so we didn't get seated til 7. Even tho there was a table available on the lower level. No biggie, up top is better. 7.10 I asked for water, and to have my wine opened, which we eventually opened because we actually had a cork screw :) and we eventually got water, they were definitely run off their feet not equipped for the seatings they had. Ho hum. The acoustics when crowded make conversations difficult, and to hear the specials, ( which were the same as a week ago) I had to ask our lovely waitress to come closer. All of these things are not complaints, just info on my experiences. The entrees are incredible, great portions and HOT! The starters, were not so hot temp wise, two of the items ordered, Arancini and the famous crab bites. However, if you look at customer pics, menu pics, there are FIVE balls, we were served THREE! That was disappointing, let me add, even tho it's a BYOB, the menu price points are $$$! Which brings me to desert, yip we did the full monty ... my creme bruelee, ( A favorite) was teeny tiny, served in the tiniest of dish, not like the photos at all and way DRY and Stodgey and the pistachio Ricotta cake was a sliver not much thicker than my thumb. And EXPENSIVE $25 for both! My one guest asked for a scoop of ice-cream of Gelato, our server in this Italian restaurant said, sorry, we don't serve anything frozen. Hmmm look at the pics of the menu! Sadly I didn't ake pictures of the deserts, but take my word! I did take entree pics, but I only have the one to share without people in them. So I'll post that one. After all that, Do I recommend OA, Yes! So, if you go, please go with my review in mind, truth be told, order mindfully, and skip desert! The staff kicks you know what! PS the gorgonzolla gnocchi is out of this world, add protein for an extra bang, and buck.;)

We didn't have reservations but were still able to sit outside on their enclosed patio with a tinkling fountain. We were delighted to find on a Wednesday that they were still having happy hour specials all day and even had a 3-course price fixed. My daughter and I loved the Gondola Ride with citrus vodka and limoncello. It was a refreshing, summertime drink. For the 3-course price fixed, we tried the lasagna noodle soup which was unique and delicious. My corn cappellacci (not on the price-fixed menu) was a new entree. The pasta was light and airy, and the corn and shrimp made it a tasty dish perfect for a summer night. For dessert, the gelato twist with banana was heavenly. Our lovely server even made sure to put a birthday candle in our daughter's dessert as it was her birthday. We'll be back!

We ordered straight out meals- Tortorlini à la vodka, and Gnocchi Pomo. The ambiance was so lovely, sweet and a real feeling of being in a restaurant in Capri Italy! Our waitress, the same who greeted us, was a hoot! She brought out our food and refilled our water glasses to the top! Loved it! Wow everything tasted fresh, delicious and so Italian!! The Gnocchi was soft, the sauce had a nice kick to it and the topping of cream was so flavorful, wished for more!! My mouth watering now as I type lol! The only bad thing was no bread basket to sop up all that good sauce! The tortolini was fresh tasting too. You could really taste the difference between dry tortolini and fresh kind! I don't fancy vodka sauce but must say this was good! This plate was also topped with that delicious dollop of cream . The price of pasta dishes compared to portions was on the higher end. It was just the pasta no vegetables or protein. Food was delicious but wouldn't come back as it's not in my budget.

Almost every one of the delicious items that we ordered in May were gone there was no chicken dish, and the prices of everything had gone up significantly. Burrata, Caesar salad, sangria very good. However fusilli with sweet sausage was actually hot / spicy sausage and didn't have much flavor. Tortellini was a huge disappointment. Shrimp dish was ok but really heavy noodles / pasta I actually didn't order an entree. Environment and ambience are nice but spending couple hundred dollars and not getting what we were so looking forward too was extremely disappointing. Others did not want to leave bc we already sat down otherwise there a several other great options right by. Call and confirm their menu - I asked them to update website.

Our mistake was eating at the bar. The bartender( is there such a word now?) didn't seem too be interested in waiting on us, after we had our water. Was busy talking to a couple exclusively, who decided it was their right to talk as loud as they wanted. Finely we tracked him down to order. To be fair, he was making drinks, for others. He did bring us our bread, as requested( he didn't ask). When meals came, by other servers, he didn't come back to see if we needed anything. I understand it is a bar, but, we have had other servers more attentive. My husband asked for pepper, after getting wrong one( black instead of red) , my husband doesn't always define his requests, tried to get the " bartenders" attention, to get the right pepper. Took several minutes, even though the bar wasn't that crowded. To make things worse, a 4- some came in, & sat next to our area, & proceeded to talk as loud as they wanted. I heard every discussion about their children. So my advice, get a table if you want to enjoy your meal. Oh one other thing. The music! All we heard was " thump, thump". Why do restaurants have to have music? We have been to some very nice restaurants that do have music, but low, & soft. My one irritation.

The ordering counter is also nearby and has a display case with pizza pies in it. We were immediately seated after arriving and ordered the following: Medium holiday veggie pizza, which has mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, ricotta, green peppers, and diced tomatoes. We didn't realize that the pizza didn't have red sauce but we still liked it. Hubs said that he needs to read the menu closer next time when ordering pizza. This wasn't the first time we accidentally got a no sauce pizza. LOL. Daughter and I shared Vongole, which is linguini tossed with 12-15 little neck clams with your choice of white or red sauce.
