But none felt confident, they all rushed to conclusions without a proper diagnosis. Vadym stood out by taking the time. He thoroughly examined the fridge and, when the issue persisted, he consulted his network instead of guessing. Eventually, he figured out the noise was caused by the condenser pipe and water pipe being too close, which caused vibration when the compressor kicked in. In the end, he fixed it. I asked for his patience and asked him for recommendations - my partner and I were considering replacing the diswasher instead - he provided feedback on some brands we were considering (the broken washer was Maytag, the other models we were considering were Miele, Bosch, and Thermador).
