After the sale was completed, the salesperson, Basa, told me that he had already put the floor mats in the car. However, when I got into the vehicle, I found that it only had the original factory mats that came with the car. I don't understand why he felt the need to say something that wasn't true. I was straightforward and honest throughout the entire purchase process, and I expected the same in return. I really wanted to give this dealership a 5-star review because the overall buying experience was positive. Unfortunately, this incident left me feeling misled and disappointed. Trust is an important part of any purchase, and even a small dishonest statement can ruin an otherwise good experience. Because of this, I can't give a full 5-star rating, and I hope the dealership addresses this kind of behavior. I would hesitate to do business again with a salesperson who isn't honest. read more

I just went into this car dealership and I wasn't really planning on buying a car at first but this guy named Basa approached me asking if I was looking for anything and I just said yes since I did have a lot of questions about EVs, some car parts, and more! He helped me a lot making it easier for me to understand the information he was giving me about this dealership and he was really enthusiastic, persuasive, and really fun to hang around! He had the look of a true salesman and I really saw the amount of passion he had for this job and I really admire it. On Monday, I went in to look at a Trailblazer, and met up with Tee to go for a drive. After the test drive, I inquired on other vehicles which lead to a few more test drives. He was a great co-pilot about assisting with what the vehicles had and didn't. He was very straightforward with helping me make my final decision about what fitted me after our in depth conversations of what I really was looking for in a vehicle. This is what I want from an expert! Purchasing a new car can be very stressful, and some salesman can be off putting. This was not my experience dealing with Tee. I felt very comfortable and no pressure at all. Even dealing with the final purchase was just as comfortable when this can be the worst part of buying a vehicle. With that said, I didn't get the Trailblazer. My entire experience at Epic Chevrolet was a pleasure. If you are looking for a vehicle, ask for Tee! Not only is he a pleasure to deal with, but also a very good salesman! HORRIBLE experience. Found a 2024 Genesis G80 for sale for $39,995 that I loved at the dealership. I thought great! That's when it went bad fast. Spoke to the salesman and told him I wanted to buy it. He said okay it $47,439! I said what, why so high? HIDDEN FEES, they call it the "EPIC Package" for $2995 which is essentially a spray on car wax and a gps to track their cars inventory and you! I said I didn't see that in the advertised price, they said you have to pay it, even if you don't want it. California Vehicle Code Section 11713.1(e) specifically states that advertised vehicles must be sold at or below the advertised price, regardless of whether the purchaser was aware of the advertisement. I said that's not included in the online price. They told me so what! BUYER BEWARE! read more

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE Without a Third-Party PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) I was seriously considering a vehicle from this dealership, and the sales team assured me it had undergone a "thorough inspection" and was in great condition. I asked about a PPI, and their reaction immediately raised red flags--they kept repeating the car was fine, but something felt off. Thankfully, I insisted on bringing it to Mercedes for a full inspection. The result? Over $10,000 in necessary repairs. The car was absolutely not in the condition they claimed. Either their in-house inspections are completely unreliable, or someone is seriously cutting corners. Yes, I spent $600 on the PPI, but it saved me from buying a used and abused car and losing tens of thousands more. If you're thinking about buying here, demand a PPI from an independent shop--preferably a specialist. If they push back, take that as a sign to walk away. Bottom line: Always get a PPI. And if you do buy a car here, make them cover the cost. You'll thank yourself later. (See attached photos for what they tried to pass off as "thoroughly inspected." If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay FAR AWAY from this place. So we ended up having to take the car somewhere else to have it checked - Not a dealership. (Please see my review from a month prior.) We had to go back and forth a few times with diagnostic but it turns out it needed to be factory reset. We took it over to Maita Chevy in Elk Grove and they did the factory reset. Turns out, it was COVERED under warranty. So no cost, no time wasted, and good customer service! Go to Maita. Epic could have diagnosed this from the get instead of giving us the run around costing us time, money, and frustration. Terrible. read more
