I booked Epic Limo for my transportation needs for my wedding this past weekend 5.29.21. I ordered a party bus, and a passenger shuttle. The drivers were very nice/professional and prompt on their drop off / pickup times. My hotel/reception was in San Rafael, and the church ceremony was in San Francisco. Both drivers were able to get us to and from the places safely and on time. Weddings can be very hectic but if you go with them you do not need to worry about your guests arriving on time. First of all, the yelp feature of being able to ask several limo companies for quotes simultaneously is so very cool. Out of the companies who responded, Epic was offering the best pricing for a day trip from SF to St. Helena and back. The 23 seater we had was brand spanking new. Some confusion on our driver's part regarding pickup, he went to the wrong address. If he had read the instructions more clearly I don't think that would have happened. Since he planned on being early, he was still more or less on time-ish but it was disappointing. However, I would definitely hire Epic again! read more

This weekend was the second time booking with Epic Limousine, and I have to say I couldn't have been happier! The drivers always do their research ahead of time and go out of their way to make sure your trip goes smoothly. Our driver this past weekend, Sam, even took the time to call the cafe we wanted to stop at for brunch for us to make sure that we didn't need a reservation for our large group. I have always pictured my bachelorette bash to include a wine limo tour to Napa and once I saw Epic Limo's reviews online I did not even consider using other services out there. What a wonderful time to start off my 30th birthday party this year!! The initial setup was easy and the representative was very professional. The bus came out on time, clean, and my driver was amazing. We had two complimentary bottles of champagne and lots of water to refresh ourselves. My guest thoroughly turnt up and enjoyed themselves. I called many places and decided to go with Epic Limousines because of the reviews, price, and general attitude on the phone. I booked an 8 passenger limo for a pick up at SFO. It was $150 to go from SFO to Fisherman's Wharf, which was a good deal. Irwandie was very helpful on the phone, emailed me a receipt, and even added champagne to the car after I texted him before pickup. There was also a reminder email a day before. Booking was swift and easy, and Irwandie was incredibly prompt and helpful at pickup. The limo was beautiful, stocked with sodas and water (and champagne), and had an auxilkiar cord for music.
