I use to come here all the time. I stopped after the new menu came out. They won't let you split the family pack any longer there is no combination of wings and strips available. There are a lot more choices for wings out there now. So if they are not willing to accommodate a simple request like having splitting a family pack among tenders and wings. My experience at this restaurant has been one of the best ones. I was really hungry when I walked into the establishment and the manager Lennia Reyes was so great and she efficient. Maybe it's just a coincidence but the few times I have visited this place to pick up a phone order, I have received it incomplete and now with the coronavirus restrictions we cannot even check what's in the bag. Ordered food over the phone was told that it would be 15 minutes it took over an hour to get my food. Then got home and was missing food. By this time it was after hours and I called the following day and was told I could go back and get the missing items on my next visit because it was not done the same day there was nothing more they could do. read more

Waited 30 minutes for our order, by the time the food arrived the restaurant was closing. I don't feel that anyone should wait that long and receive cold food. Since the restaurant was closing, the bathroom was being cleaned and the smell of the cleaning solution lead me to lose my appetite. I always get the boneless lemon pepper wings and a side of honey bbq to dip them in, oh lucky day. They are always on point. The bone in joints go hard too. They also have a like a wing breadstick pizza and its also worth trying. read more

My favorite wings, always has been since I was a youngin'. I know that people don't like that this particular franchise recipe is vinegary, but that's what I like about it most. I'm all about it. They may sometimes mix up your order, but I've learned to check my order before I leave. I like my wings extra hot with garlic--at times they skimp on the garlic, others it's overload (my ideal). There are inconsistencies between location; one will charge for extra dipping sauce (this location) the other won't. It doesn't phase me much, but I can see how it can be annoying. This is closer to work, the eastlake location is close to home; I've gotten both good and bad experiences that haven't hindered my return. read more

pros... a great place to get some hot wings and other chicken parts. just got an order from here the other day. we ordered the chicken fingers with the medium hot sauce for lunch. had the front desk pick it up, he was back in no time at all. service is fast and we could see the menu on line as well. the last time i was here, the place was clean and orderly, and filled with people. it was just before a football game too. but the service was quick and the order we made was right on. cons... wish there were more of these guys around. we need one closer to us in the south bay. as usual my favorite gripe is parking, this one is in a small strip mall off broadway in chula vista, very busy. but that's a good thing right? read more

Poor Poor customer Service. the employee answering the phones is not very informed. he explained that my big order would be ready in ten minutes or less. we get there about 20 min later and end up waiting 35 min i called and spoke with the manager who had bad service as well stating that we took too long and that my coworker was only there for 4 min. She went on and told me that they don't put sauce on the order till someone arrives. That would've been good to know when I ordered. Just what I needed on a Sunday afternoon, got the 10 chicken wings combo MILD sauce with the bread and celery/carrot sticks at $9, got them to go but when I ate them they were still crispy crunchy nice and with a good taste not to hot. Normally love this place. Today was so bad that I never want to return. Sat for thirty minutes waiting for our wings. Asked a server after he delivered food to another person who sat after us. Was told our wings just came out. Took another ten minutes to get our wings. Sitting with a family of four and the lady who served us didn't bring any plates, when asked she gave us three. After we got four plates realized the wings were cold. Told the lady and she stared at me with a stupid face. Repeated again that I had waited 40 minutes to get cold wings, thats not ok. She sighed with annoyance and took my plate of half of my wings and reheated them. I told her I wanted everything to go, since the other half of my wings were also cold. She did not return with our carrot sticks, but at this point nothing would surprise me. She brought my microwaved wings and a box for the other half of wings and a bag for my cold breadsticks. Nothing to put the celery in. Seriously seemed annoyed about having to do her job, never did anyone apologize for the crappiness of the experience. I had a bad experience here last April and hadn't been back since. My wife convinced me to go since we where in the neighborhood. Walked in reluctantly and one of their employees noticed I wasn't very happy to be there she introduced herself as Nereyda. She asked what was wrong and I told her about my previous experience. For the rest of my time there she made sure to make my experience a positive one, went above and beyond to restore the restaurants image. That and the delicious food deserves 5 stars! read more

Wings and things used to be my first option when it comes to chicken wings. But lately they have been doing horrible, last weekend I ordered a family pack of the tenderloin strips, and they gave me regular wings instead. Although they kindly agreed to take them back and make me the right order we had to go all the way down to pick them up... but the choke was soaked half with sauce and half with OIL! Staff is pleasant. Bathrooms are clean and they always have a game on the tv so no complaints from me. I found a bug in my salad once and I called and they quickly gave me a refund and I got a new order. No questions asked. I've been going here for 3 years so I didn't think much of it. It happens. Good place, good food, good service. No complaints on this establishment. Chicken is cooked nicely, buffalo sauce is good, breadsticks a little bit greasy but very good. At first prices may seem kind of high but portions are generous. So far, best wings in SD county. One of the mangers named Sam reached out to because of the passed experience I had and very kindly offered me the chance to try there food again. Parking is terrible at this location. I finally got a parking spot and got my order quickly. When I got home, a 10 minute drive, the chicken skin was rubbery as though it had been sitting for a long while. I was expecting crisp skin. You couldn't eat the skin on any of the chicken. read more

Oh why oh why can't they build a Wings & Things up in the Inland Empire? I love unidentifiable chicken bits drenched in hot sauce. I always go for the chicken strips plate with the bread sticks, celery and carrots but really who the hell eats the carrots/celery !?!?
