Staff is pleasant. Bathrooms are clean and they always have a game on the tv so no complaints from me. I found a bug in my salad once and I called and they quickly gave me a refund and I got a new order. No questions asked. I've been going here for 3 years so I didn't think much of it. It happens. I'm a bit confused. Let me tell you why. So basically I have never really had a BAD experience with you guys. I mean you're a bit slow truly but its fine i'm a patient person. Other than that the food is always adequate. But reading these other reviews I am a bit confused. I have once heard from a dear friend that there was a very rude employee, she wasn't responding to me when I wrote this so I couldn't get her side of the story but you get the point. So if all i'm hearing and reading is true, maybe the manager has got to like be talked to. But lately they have been doing horrible, last weekend I ordered a family pack of the tenderloin strips, and they gave me regular wings instead. Poor Poor customer Service. the employee answering the phones is not very informed. he explained that my big order would be ready in ten minutes or less. we get there about 20 min later and end up waiting 35 min i called and spoke with the manager who had bad service as well stating that we took too long and that my coworker was only there for 4 min. Just what I needed on a Sunday afternoon, got the 10 chicken wings combo MILD sauce with the bread and celery/carrot sticks at $9, got them to go but when I ate them they were still crispy crunchy nice and with a good taste not to hot. Normally love this place. Today was so bad that I never want to return. Sat for thirty minutes waiting for our wings. Asked a server after he delivered food to another person who sat after us. Was told our wings just came out. Took another ten minutes to get our wings. Sitting with a family of four and the lady who served us didn't bring any plates, when asked she gave us three. After we got four plates realized the wings were cold. Told the lady and she stared at me with a stupid face. Repeated again that I had waited 40 minutes to get cold wings, thats not ok. She sighed with annoyance and took my plate of half of my wings and reheated them. I told her I wanted everything to go, since the other half of my wings were also cold. She did not return with our carrot sticks, but at this point nothing would surprise me. She brought my microwaved wings and a box for the other half of wings and a bag for my cold breadsticks. Walked in reluctantly and one of their employees noticed I wasn't very happy to be there she introduced herself as Nereyda. She asked what was wrong and I told her about my previous experience. For the rest of my time there she made sure to make my experience a positive one, went above and beyond to restore the restaurants image. That and the delicious food deserves 5 stars! read more

One of the mangers named Sam reached out to because of the passed experience I had and very kindly offered me the chance to try there food again. I love this place. They keep the sauces simple but tasty and the chicken is really good. Me and my wife get the double meal and it's plenty for her and I. It comes with chicken, 4 bread sticks, ranch and or blue cheese, and fresh celery and carrots. The only thing that would make it a steal of a deal is drinks to come with it but it's still a good deal regardless. If you need a delicious wing fix without paying crazy prices this is the place to go. P. S. Parking lot is kinda small so bigger vehicles proceed with caution. Wings are okay, but nothing to write home about. Bland flavors. They don't even have garlic parmesan. For $17 I got a double order of wings. Wanted to split it as half tenders but was denied even though there would be no difference of price for doing a tender order and a wings order but didn't feel like arguing. No napkins on the table. If you get a water cup it's prefilled with no ice. So you get a small warm water and that also means you can't refill it. Need to be walked to the bathroom by somebody with a key to wash your hands because there is also no wet wipes. Overall just unsatisfactory for the price. Why, you ask? Well, because of the customer service! James makes it all worth it! He goes above and beyond to make my family's experience an excellent one! We were there earlier this week and there was a mix up with our order. While "mix-ups" can be frustrating, he did all that he could to fix the problem. We really appreciate his great service, his ability to problem solve and just his overall knack for customer service! Not sure his position there, but he deserves to be in a lead position. I've warmed up to this place over the years. It's so conveniently close to home. I usually order take out and don't have to deal with eating there. I'll order take out and usually just go home and eat there, so I'll have napkins, forks, and such to my convenience. I have to say first off that I eat at wings n things all the time and love it. This was my first time at this location, and I promise it will be my last. I ordered buffalo chicken fries and buffalo chicken pizza. The fries had nasty old fries, and the chipotle sauce was all the way to the top so my fries were actually floating in the tray. As for the pizza, I'm wondering where the chicken is. Three of the eight pieces had chicken on it, and the only sauce on there was on the chicken itself rather than spread out all over it. Like all the other chains, this Wings n Things tastes great! My wife is all for some strips and so am I! I like getting the hot sauce on the side and some ranch. Only goof one time was the incomplete Greek salad that I bought and there's a lack of parking during peak dinner hours. There's also transients asking for money sometimes out on the bench in front; nothing wrong with the struggle, but c'mon.. Asking me on the way in and then also on the way out! How fast they forget!
