I love wings and things and this place used to be my go to. But recently it's gone down hill. From having to wait almost 25 minutes and watching huge groups of people get their order before my friend and I that ordered ten minutes after us is kind of insane. As well as not being organized with their order numbering system and the lady questioning me when I told her she was delivering my food to the wrong table. And then gave me attitude when I told her I didn't get a receipt even though the man at the register didn't tell me I needed it. I have never reviewed on yelp before but because I was so disappointed with this place I had to let it be known! First of all, I have never been refused tap water at a restaurant before (I understand we need to conserve water ) not even from the soda dispenser was an option because "the owner doesn't buy us cups to hand out" said one of the employees. I was willing to buy a cup but again water dispenser is not connected to the water line and they can't give me water from the back. Ok, fine then they tell us our food will be 10-15 min. We waited 34 min for ONE order just ONE 4 piece meal. We ended up asking for our money back. The employee who helped us out did ask us a few times if we were sure as our food was already in the bag. At that point mt husband and I really were just not filing the wings anymore. Another employee who wasn't even helping us right away with a slight attitude stated she could void the transaction. It seemed as she was a pro at that. I'm assuming we weren't the only ones that have asked to cancel our order. Unfortunately this is not the first time I've waited so long for food. I went to Wing-N-Things after work expecting this to be fast and convenient dinner for my family. I order 30 wings 20 hot and 10 mile. After waiting 20min and seen the people after me leave I asked an employee about my order, but was told to simply wait. I figured maybe because it was a large order. After 40 minutes of waiting and asking for the status of my order several times, an employee took my receipt and realized the order was never given to the cook. Although this was upsetting I figured they would not keep me there any longer and make my order priority. For the next 20 minutes 3 kitchen staff came out and asked me to verbally repeat my order to them. At this point I asked for the manager. The manager who claimed her name was Sonia or Sofia (a tall, black hair, olive skin woman) told me that the order was now being cooked, but that the employee who took my order noted mild chicken wings, so that's what I would be getting. I asked her for the store Manager's number, she stated that she was it. I asked her for the number of a higher up & she stated it was family owed business, and refused to give me the number to corporate. In her own words she stated, " I cannot help you, we are really busy and the food is being cooked now " and walked into the kitchen without even hearing my complete experience. I could not believe her careless attitude towards a customer who at this point waited over an hour for wings! Because of my experience above I felt like I did not trust the food, therefore, decided to return the wings. Sofia, or Sonia refused to give me the voided receipt (said that she will do it after closing). Two young employee laughed as she stated this. As she walked away, I said "I'll find a way to make an official complaint" at this point she walked back as if she was ready to get in a fight stated "what!" with an intimidating voice tone. My niece who was with me told her that she was very unprofessional and why would she walk back in that matter instead of helping a customer who had been waiting for an order over one hour. Still she refused to give any number to a higher up or corporate. read more

Came to this location only because the one in National City was being remodeled. Called in my order ahead of time, they kept me waiting still another 20 minutes because someone called in an order and was complaining to the employees so they dropped everyone else's orders to serve him. When I finally got my wings, they were not warm which indicated to me they had been sitting around. Management did not offer an apology or warn me that I would have to wait 30 minutes for my order. Will definitely not come back nor do I recommend you go to this location. Have never had a problem with the one in National City or Eastlake. read more

It was busy but still no excuse. I ordered over the phone. That got my name wrong then I got the wrong flavors. They forgot my fries. It's only 2.50 but I really would of liked some fries with my wings. I will go back but I really hope they get it together. Next time I will check my order before leaving. read more

I have gone to this location many times and received horrible service and never posted anything but today was the worst. I place a simple order of only wings and was told would be about 10-15 minute wait which I believe is what they're told to say regardless. I came back in 15 minutes later and waited just over 5 minutes when I asked if my order was ready since I saw several bags waiting in the back to which was told "a couple more minutes". Other customers are getting their orders and 5 minutes later (25 minutes after order was placed) I see the guy who took my order place a bag on the counter then hopped on the phone to assist with orders. Then he had a break in the line to which he looked right at me several times. 10 minutes pass and the girl I asked about my order sees me still waiting and hands me the bag that had been sitting there over 10 minutes. I did speak to who I believe was the assistant manager to express my frustration about the wait and lack of follow up with her employees and was offered to have my order made again (no thanks, not sure what will be done to my food now) then offered a free drink. read more

I had been passing this restaurant for a couple of years now and today I decided to pick up lunch from there. I had the original wings. Two of the wings had a sour- chicken going bad taste. The celery sticks that came with the dinner seemed old also. I visited a little after noon time and the place was not busy at all. That should have been a red flag. I will never go back again. The Blue cheese dressing was ok and the wing sauce was good but all of the sauce in the world won't cover up bad chicken. I hope I don't get sick. read more

This is the worst eating experience I've ever had. They have very bad costumer service and it took forever for them to get us our food. We waited for 30 and everyone that was behind us in line was getting their food. After about 30 minutes we went to the cashier to ask how much longer it would take. So they went to go check and they told us that it would take another 15 minutes because they haven't even started making them. So we asked for our money back and they told us the stupid idea that we would get our money back in 7-14 days. 7 to 14 days!!!! Just to get our money back. And this place just gives me the vibe that it's dirty. The bathrooms are dirty and overall feels dirty. The one by eastlake is bigger, cleaner, nicer, better costumer service and doesn't take 45 minutes to give you food. read more

the food was fine. but one day that night my kids and wife ate here and we didn't know we left the iphone4 in the table and we never get it back, phone was no line so I guess they couldn't find out whos the owner. well we just realize the next day phone was missing we came back to this place and ask one of the crew service they said no iphone4 left or found.
