Just had my first visit to this office... It was very thorough... I moved my four kids and myself here and even my kids loved it... The staff was very friendly and the appointment was very thorough even getting pictures of my teeth for me to see right there on the screen. Start to finish it was fun, the office is immaculate and has a cool vibe, the quality of care was amazing and BEST PART they have a no needle anesthesia called the Wand...it only numbs the tooth they are working on, it was pain-free, the numbness was not my entire face! Dr Redmond is a true artist as well as the most gentle and caring general dentist I've ever had work on me. I should know, because I am a dental hygienist for a Periodontitis. We provide specialised gum treatment but do not do general dentistry so I needed an artist to work on my teeth. Dr Redmond did some cosmetic bonding on my two upper front teeth. We were recommended by a good friend to go to this dental office to actually receive the honest truth regarding our son's Dental Care. We have been to three dentists and the last two weeks and all had different opinions of what work needs to get done. Their opinions where to such extreme that we had your question there truth. We called Dr Redmond and let her know that we would like a fourth opinion and to let her know that they do not cover our health insurance and are willing to pay out-of-pocket just to receive some honesty. The conclusion from Dr Redmond is that he doesn't need any of the dental work that they mentioned. This just goes to show how many scam artists are out there taking advantage of people and doing unnecessary done to work on young kids. I will forever recommend their office to everyone. We've been going here for our dental health for more a dozen years or so. No preaching, just good service. They run on-time, and my hygienist is gentle. They do book up pretty far in advance, but if I need to change an appointment, Kathy at the desk is always accommodating. She will email me with last minute cancellations to try to squeeze me in. My father needed a "really good Dentist" after retiring to San Clemente. MediCal clinics weren't performing the work he needed. I am an orthodontist practicing 3+ hours away. I did some homework and got recommendations from orthodontists in the area. Dr. Irini P. Redmond and her expert team took on a challenging case in my father. He needed a root canal and some serious crown and bridge work. I've learned through the years that cheap dentistry is an expensive mistake. Seeing what was being done for him at the clinics, it was obvious to me that he would never be happy. Dad recently had his dental restorations placed. He is very happy and Mom says he looks handsome again. The power of a great smile. Dad is only concerned about function. He was concerned that his upper front teeth now overlap the lower teeth. I explained that this is normal and his bad bite before is what trashed his teeth in the first place. I spent some time today checking out his new occlusion/bite. I'm very impressed by the quality of the restorations and the fact that a functional bite was able to be achieved. The best part was that my Father tells me how much he appreciated their kindness, encouragement and positive reinforcement. Extensive dental procedures can be tasking for a man in his 80's. What a pleasure to find such a professional group to care for the most important person in my life. Tomorrow I plan to stop by and pay the bill. Xmas present to my father.
