I made an appointment for a routine teeth cleaning. The staff was very responsive and attentative. What I like most about this office is that they are very prompt in terms of your appointment times. May times when you make an appointment at a doctors/dentist office you always have to wait 45-60 minutes past your appointment. Not here. Great office, great staff, great dentist. What I appreciate the most is that she's not quick to suggest an expensive procedure, but rather will "watch" a tooth and only fill it or crown it when absolutely necessary. I would always leave her office as handsome as ever, and never have to suffer the indignity of a smile marred by a broken or missing tooth! The team is very organized, very friendly and makes you feel warmly greeted. You relax within 60 seconds of arriving which is very nice. This visit I had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist (Angie, she has a PUG dog) sorry if I got the name wrong was outstanding. WOW, very professional, low key and friendly. I will never forget the day my son's front teeth were knocked out while taking an elbow to the mouth during a basketball game. They were his permanent teeth, so you can imagine how we felt. I have had to have 2 crowns in 2 months and Dr. Redmond did a great job. Even in the middle of the Covid-19 crisis she called and kept me informed about when the office could reopen.
